Great place. Good location.

Great hotel, great stad, great food, great location…

I have so many positive comments to make about my stay here. I have traveled the world and I’ve never dealt with a more considerate and helpful staff. This includes Kang, the manager, Pla, another staff member and all the wonderful women and men who made our stay effortless and pleasant. The front staff made many telephone calls for us to find us the best tours to fit our personal needs. They greeted us daily, asked about our plans and asked how our day was when we returned. Every need we had was taken care of. I truly felt pampered. The second part of my recommendation deals with the location of the hotel. It couldn’t have been more perfect. A major temple is feet away. The Sunday night market takes place outside the hotel door! Breakfasts were great. The is a small buffet and a menu that presents additional options that are part of the meal as well. I will recommend Buri Gallery to everyone I know.

We stay here 2 nights and really enjoyed this place. Staffs were wonderful and very helpful. The location is very convenient especially to the Sunday might market. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a place to stay while at Chiangmai.

What an amazing hotel with amazing staff! Spacious room, delicious breakfast and altogether beautiful hotel! It was our honeymoon and they had the cutest set up for us when we got there. One of the best hotel experiences we have ever had! I highly recommend!

My trip is almost finish, the time goes fast in this amazing City, special in Buri Gallery House, because here you can feel at home, all the STAFF is amazing! From the first day they welcomed me with smile, kindness and cure.
My room was very cleaned, in the restaurant I tasted delicious dished and my favorite drink?! mango smoothie and butterfly pea latte :) I just want to say thanks so much for everything! ill came back to continue my school massage;

Good! I'm not objective. I just wish to say that I loved it: the welcome by the staff, the service, the villa or standard rooms are just beautiful and simple. Lanna art has not are the same. We're practically right in the middle of which we can radiate on foot. Beautiful temple, museum, spa. With a baby, it's great so we extended our stay.

The staff was very friendly, I liked also the decoration and the atmosphere. The location was great! The bathroom needs renovation and the room wasn't soundproofed well. Generally good price — quality. I recommend it!

Fantastic place to stay when you visit Chiang Mai. Just 10 minute ride from the airport, right in the old center, walking distance to many temples, cafés, restaurants. The resort is nice, very friendly staff, clean and they will do their best to make your stay as good as possible. I would recommend this resort to my friends and family. And if you like organic food, then you will be happy to know that most of the vegetables come from their own garden.

We love this place, great customer service, lovely staff who do their utmost best to give you a memorable stay. Best location on Sunday Market Street, in the middle of old town with temples at your doorstep. Can't recommend this place highly enough.

On our 2nd trip to Chiang Mai (Feb 2018), we passed by Buri Gallery House (BGH) and loved the homely atmosphere. And so, we booked BGH for our 3rd visit to Chiang Mai (4-night stay). BGH, thank you for offering us a complimentary airport pick-up by friendly staff, James and Parn (in Parn's personal car). Upon arrival, we met adorable BGH house cat, Jessy (She's my husband's Jessie's Girl by Rick Springfield) and at the reception, Dew gave us a very detailed introduction to BGH. We just love the rustic feel of BGH and the room (B6) that we stayed in. BGH provided most of the essential amenities needed which is a plus point. We love that BGH is a small establishment hence it is not crowded with too many people. We love the breakfast in BGH. You can choose from their breakfast spread as well as from their menu set. Above all, we love the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. They are really a bunch of young and warm people. We enjoyed our conversations with all of them. Stayed here for 6 nights and enjoyed every second of my stay. The hotel's practice of 'Doing what it takes to make your stay more comfortable' was truly felt. Firstly, we ordered a package to be delivered to the hotel and they kept it for us safely for 3 WEEKS, even informing us when the package had arrived (Thank you Su). The staff were very friendly, helpful, kind and always greeted you with a smile. Upon check-in, Dew gave us a detailed explaination of the surrounding areas, places of interest to visit as well as food recommendations. They even remembered our names and the room we were staying in. The hotel provided us with a complimentary airport pickup and we were also able to book all the activities we wanted through them easily, including a private car to visit Doi Suthep. The breakfast included with the stay had a good selection of meal options in addition to a buffet spread of bread, fruits and juices. In the reception area they have free cookies and water for guests to snack on. We loved their pineapple cookies so much that we asked if we could buy them, but to our surprise, they surprised us with a tiny jar full of cookies with our names written on the jar (really really sweet of them). They staff here really make you feel like you are part of the family here and I definitely recommend Buri Gallery House if you want to stay in Chiang Mai.

I had a very wonderful 6-night stay in Buri Gallery House From check-in to check-out I felt welcome and the service was great! Good information about sightseeing and eating in the city — including a useful map.
Booked several day tours through the hotel and the staff gave good recommendations as well as made sure all was running smoothly
Breakfast was filling and with many options, so I would say there's something for everyone. Some of the days the tours picked up so early that I wasn't in time for breakfast, but then the hotel packed a nice breakfast to go, so I still got to eat.
Best thing about the place is the amazing staff who is always there to help, make you feel welcome and ask about your day

Right Next door you have a 7 eleven and JNA travel agency. Always Look at several agencies when hiring a tour, they are usually cheaper than in the hotel itself.

Eating at the hotel comes out very cheap and has good quality.

Located in the heart of Chang Mai is a nice hotel with really good prices, it is close to all the people are very friendly make your state to be amazing, always willing to support you at all, we had to leave sometimes very early and Mo could take the breakfast Or, which by the way was excellent and we put it to carry US charm!

Small oasis in the middle of the old Town.

The front desk will say simple Chinese, the service is very good; the room is nice, slightly old. The hotel is very well located. Breakfast is also served at the hotel; I've had dinner here too, and it tastes really good.

Nice place in the hart of Chang Mai. Nice cosy hotel, with lovely and very helpful service. The reason it doesn't get max stars is that it's not very sound proof, and you easily hear you neighbours. But for the price it's at top notch hotel :)

Kitchen Fair price place peaceful and class to do!

The staff are super friendly. But it looks like it's a general Thai feature! We drank mostly drinks. And the Mojito is good:-)

Nice Hotel in the center. Near the temples of Chiang May. Great even just to walk out. Old historic but elegant home furnishings. Welcoming and helpful they also gave us a nice massage.

Such a great place to stay in Chiang Mai! The staff was wonderful and so helpful giving us ideas of unique things to do in the area and arranged for us to go in the mountains and see some gorgeous temples. Our bed was very comfortable too.

I can't even begin to describe the genuine hospitality provided at this establishment. The rooms were a bit smaller than I imagined but still cute! Very rustic. I would highly recommend to anyone. The staff is just so friendly and attentive to their patrons needs. Made Chiang Mai an even better experience.

This little charming place located right in the middle of the main walking street. With the price u pay, it put this place worth staying. Oh and free food breakfast. (They don’t really need to wirh the price u pay. ) People are super friendly, and they really know how to service! Ask them if u need local tips.

Hotel was good, but we didn't use the pool as it was dirty. Rooms are ok but also dirty. Is perfect for a 3 days stay in chiang mai.

It's alright, but definitely not the best hotel I've stayed in. The Buri Gallery House will amaze you with traditional rooms and jolly staff, while some parts of the hotel are uncomfortable. It is centered in the middle of Chiang Mai, near all of the city's greatest temples. The breakfast is okay, but I don't enjoy Thai food very much, so food nearby is a low rating from me. Okay, uncomfortable, but TRADITIONAL! Three stars…

Cozy hotel, simple style. The rooms is a little worn out, but ok for the price. The breakfast is not very good. Service is average.

Hotel that has nothing fantastic in itself but that has the merit of being right in the middle of Chiang Mai. We were fortunate to be able to park our car inside which was a real plus to be able to enjoy the city center at night and then day. From here everything is accessible on foot. On the other hand the rooms are nothing special. The air conditioning was not working in the first room in which we had been installed but the staff were helpful and we were upgraded. Breakfast was average.

Very nice place to stay for longer than one night. Close to Chiang Mai's must-sees. Its style and friendly staff make you feel really welcome.

The hotel is located in the centre of the old town in a great location. The rooms are in Thai style. Negative the bathroom as old and uncomfortable. The cleanliness leaves to be desired as well as the soundproofing. Ultimately this hotel should be chosen with the knowledge that you can not ask more than what it costs.

Rented one of the new villas and our room was great. Super clean, really nice little pool, and a great owner that is super helpful. Doing some more renovations to the property now, so it may be even nicer soon. Right in the thick of they old city and surrounded by temples. Highly recommend.
