I had a great great stay here for 4 nights. The service is wonderful! We had to join a trip very early in the morning and the hotel made a breakfast box for us. Also, the breakfast is so so delicious! Love it so much：）

Nice hotel located on the entrance of chiang mai gate. Very friendly staff and delicious breakfast buffet. I can definitely recommend it.

We just returned from 3 1/2 weeks in Southeast Asia. Our first stop was Chiang Mai and we stayed at Mhonsa Hotel. It was one of my favorites for the whole trip. The list of reasons why: location — easy to walk almost everywhere we wanted to go (hotel called cabs for us for the 1 or 2 other places) ; room (ground floor just outside the garden — perfect for reading while waiting for breakfast) and very nicely appointed; reliable internet; lovely pool — was too cool to swim but perfect for sitting on the edge with my feet dangling in the water after a LONG walk around the city; wonderful breakfast — the best of out trip — chicken curry for breakfast, who knew? Best of all, the staff — so helpful, so engaged in our enjoyment of both the hotel and Chiang Mai. It couldnt have been nicer!

Amazing hotel in Chiang mai. Very nice and helpful staff. Delicious breakfast, they also have nice outside pool which is really refreshing after whole day spent outside. The hotel is literally 5 minutes walk from the night food market just across the road.

This small hotel is a "home-like" hotel. The rooms are well decorated and clean (although this last item could be improved). The main advantage of the hotel is the staff which is really of great kindness. For breakfast, there is a buffet party (toast, tea, cereals, …) and a la carte part (scrambled eggs, on the dish, noodles, …).

Great hotel in excellent location just outside old city wall. Super polite staff. Everything just perfect for our 5 night stay. Clean rooms, great breakfast. For evening eats there is a large open air street food market just across the road. Great choice of Thai food for about 60bt a meal. Stall selling Mango and sticky rice for 50bt … amazing! Bring your own drinks though (and a bottle opener! ). You will be the most popular person there if you carry one of these!

Location: It is a city hotel. Very central but unromantic located right on the old town. In the evening there is a lot of Streetfoot. All major attractions are within easy reach.
Right on Saturday night market.
From and to noisy craftsmen in the neighbouring house.
Organisation: Booking and reception worked very well.
Rooms: We had a large deluxe double room.
It was a little too soberly furnished. Cold white walls.
But there are a lot of outlets at last!
And many lamps with bright light.
And a lot of cupboards to stow the clothes. A couple of wardrobe hooks were still helpful.
The view is sobering: corrugated sheet roofs.
Bathroom: lots of hot water. It's all there. Every day there were fresh towels.
Bed: unfortunately hard. There was a hard and a soft pillow.
Cleanliness: Everything was very clean.
Wi-Fi: Strong. Sometimes a little slow.
Air conditioning: As always, we tried not to use them.
Unfortunately, fly bars are missing from the windows. Especially in Chiang Mai it is so cool at night that you could sleep well with an open window.
Volume: It's a bit noisy. On the first floor you can already hear the street.
Breakfast: A bit inflexible and hectic. You have to order what you want on the eve.
It's not covered.

A great small hotel, not expensive and very well situation near the entry of the "square", ie. Chiang Mai's old town. The swimming pool is small but it is perfect for small kids.

Good hotel on the outskirts of downtown Chiang Mai but just 100m from the center wall. It is very well located, close to the Saturday night market. The beds are comfortable and clean just like the bathroom. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were on our honeymoon and had decorative details in the room.

Great hotel at affordable prices very clean with modern comfortable rooms location also great just outside the old city wall.

This brand new hotel is the best price / quality that you can find! This is our seventh trip to Thailand in three years, so we have some kind of an comparison :) Very friendly staff, super clean, spacious and light rooms, nice shower, great Wi-Fi, location is on walking distance of all important old city buildings. For breakfast you can choose from a variety of Western and Thai dishes that are made to order and there is a small buffet with fresh fruit, salad and toast. We were with a group of six and all the breakfast tables are set for a maximum of four. But the hotel made sure that we could have two tables close to each other. Probably in low season it is possible to move tables together. Hope they won't double the price, will definitely come back. (I previously added some pictures of the hotel and swimming pool)
