Name says it all, boutique style beautiful clean rooms, great breakfast for 160 baht, lovely pool area and THE friendliest, helpful staff ❤️. Great location for both inside the old city and riverside with beautiful restaurants, both no more than 100 baht in a tuk tuk.

Tranquility and wonderful friendly staff, in a central perfect location.

We came for 2 days and stayed for 7. The staff is wonderful! Friendly, helpful, informative and very kind. The food is great and the desk is open 24 hours if you need anything. The hotel is clean and well maintained. The pool is small but a perfect place to cool off in the afternoon. The hotel is close to a small temple and the Si Phum Corner. There are even 3 friendly little cats (Logan, Laura and Leo) for you to pet. A wonderful place that we would come back to for sure. ❤️

I stayed at the Chang Mai boutique large for about five days and I loved it. The swimming pool is amazing, the staff is attentive and so helpful. The rooms are very comfortable and nice and the location is great. I would definitely stay here again and recommend anyone coming to Chang Mai to stay here as well.

Hotel very clean we was very well received close to the old town staff at a small care and for the people not speaking English as we patcha speaks very good French and very eager to help she will be able to inform you we strongly recommend this hotel.

Fantastic stay here! The hotel is right across the road from the old city so easily accessible to restaurants and nightlife. The hotel itself is very well maintained and managed. We enjoyed especially the full breakfasts in the morning and sitting by the pool in the afternoon. Would stay here again and recommend to friends.

Impeccable, the service is perfect, the prices more than affordable, and the location is very good, close to the historic centre of Chiang Mai. I forgot my keys at the hotel and the staff sent them to me for free. Anyway, I'll be back here for my next stay.

It was a good place! The staffs are very kind peoples. We was two days here, and when we arrived, we booked the elephant trip in the jungle and the tiger kingdom taxi. The staffs was very helpful, I recommend this place.

Nice staff. Good rooms, slightly noisy corridors if you were after an early night but great little pool area and outside bar if not.

Located in a quiet area close to the old town has spacious and comfortable rooms. Very large beds and bathroom with window. The staff is very courteous, 24h reception and possibility to book transfer from/to airport.

Nice small hotel near the night market. Hotel breakfast looked good! Also the hotel is located right next to the ring area of Chiang Mai.

Great location close to the old town to visit the historic sites of Chiang Mai. Great room with all the comforts. Small pool bar and breakfast available. Very good service with a person at the reception who speaks French.

The room was very clean, the staff at the counter were very helpful, there was a small pool and free cocoa coffee.

Good location, friendly staff and clean. Bed is quite firm but not uncomfortable.

The hotel was tucked away from the main hustle and bustle of Chiang Mai — a little Oasis. Breakfast was outstanding with very large servings and a good range of food. Staff were so friendly and helpful, and made you feel at home (unlike large hotels). Excellent pool area to sit and relax. The beds were very firm which was the only downside. Thanks to all the staff.

Nice modern, small, quiet hotel. Easy to miss but as you come off old city boundary road and come around the temple you will cross a small canal. The hotel turn (to the right) is about 30 feet ahead. Look carefully you will see a sign for panda and below it a hotel sign. Go slow or you will miss the turn. Real nice manager and staff and remarkably quiet given the location.

A great little hotel who's owner is very very friendly and so helpful. She really set's the standard for her team who are all very friendly too. We had a problem with lots of mosquitoes in our room and were moved to a new room with apologies from the staff and owner. The hotel is very nice but it really the kindness and helpfulness of the staff that stood out. Thank you all for everything and good luck for the success of your hotel.
