Good value for money. Nice room… good location… easy to travel around.

It’s noisy and musty room.

Our stay on this hotel is not so amazing. The service is not so good. And it’s very hard to communicate with the staff since their English is very poor. And it’s very disturbing when the front desk is calling us in the middle of the night. Some guest is also making a lot of noise but the management don’t do any action to control the guest noisiness.

Hotal is good but room service is not good not clean room in 4:30 p. M.

I am going first time in hotal hotal is good but hotal room service is very bad every day he complains he is giving no day; shampoo; tea and milk.

Modern budget hotel. Not so Cody and limited service. Surroundings are not do nice but it is close to walking street.

Spacious rooms, near to walking street and surrounded by many Indian hotels and eateries. Worthy place to stay.

That's all right. But a lot of Indians are male without wives. Obviously, they're going in search of sex. Many people eat with their hands and greasy fingers grab the lid of the pot with a common meal at the buffet.

If I could this weould be a no star rating. People yelling and screaming all night. Prostitutes in and out at all hours of the night. Room smelled like Sewage and cigarets (non smoking room). We made our decision to stay here because it has a roof top bar. That it did but it hasn't been used in years. Also no laundry service.

A good place to stay. Day starts with a healthy breakfast. But I think that they should add some more variety of Indian food as most of their guests are Indians.

Well maintained and clean hotel. Very helpful staff. Walking distance from the Walking Street (ha! ). Comfortable beds and clean bathrooms/shower. Please not that they don't have the kitchen open for lunch or dinner, which is not really a problem since you're better served with the amazing street food in the area.

I was there 4 times every time in march. In 2013 my first one it was really great friendly staff very helpful all clean good service. My second time was 2014 it was ok but not so perfect. My third time was 2016 same like 2014 but 2014 was better. My last one was 2017 on the first day bad staff, I was arrived at 09:30 a. M they told me check in time is at 2 p. M if I want check in at 09:30 a. M I had to pay 500 thai baht, I said no I wait to 2 p. M. Then after 1 hour came another staff and said ok I can go on my room what was with the first staff he want I pay more for what. So I can say the service go down every year. First time was very good the last time was bad. But I had to say in my first week 2017 the service staff was bad, at the second week 2017 it was better friendly and helpful they change staff at the time. Location is ok not far to walk to walking street or jomtien beach with baht bus. But in pattaya is easy to come to any location with baht bus or to walk.

The hospitality is nice. View is amazing. Food is nice. Great stay.

The rooms are clean and more than expected for the price. Had issues with the TV not working correctly called the front desk and they had a maintenance worker replace it within five minutes. I was very impressed with the service.

The service is pretty good and the facilities provided are okay. The rooms are not big as it seems but the cleanliness is good and the pool at the top is not so big, it's for little fun and have some talks. The location is good as you can reach to near by places easily by little walk also the clubs are nearby.

Door door bell facilities in every room. In lobby area other people disturbing at mid night. Bell not in room, so you don't know anybody inside room or not, so must be want.

Wifi does not work reliably, on and off every few minutes. Staff did not attend to situations properly and pretty much shrugged everything off. Rooms were not properly cleaned and curtains were dirty. I was charged 3, 000 baht for a dirty bedsheet where as their hotel was not worth the money. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. Check out Nova Platinum which is down the road from this place.

Awesome place and all main places nearby from here. Pattaya beach and walking Street just a shirt walk away.

Clean hotel, nice room, good staff. My only problem was some noise from a nearby building.

Perhaps the saddest hotel at the time of his visit to the us. An incredible number of cockroaches, the darkened atmosphere in a very compact room. Beautiful photo of the pool on the roof is just a photo. Unlikely You'll swim in it and certainly to live near it. I don't know what can be done to unambiguously improve accommodation, but we can start with cockroaches and cosmetic alterations of the situation in light and joyful tone. Maybe it will improve it to 2, 3 stars. Uncertain for sure, but there are suspicions here that holidaymakers short of cash, strangely disappearing from their Luggage. Will stay here count everything You have on the entry and exit, and better not leave the room for anything of value and certainly money.

The worst HOTEL in PATTAYA! AVOID IT! They considerated also my wife as a HOOKER! The service was so bad than even sleep on the street with the dogs, dogs will be more nice with you!

Nice Hotel… this was my second stay there. Loved the place… would definitely stay there in my next visit…

"Friendly Reception" I saw a lot of reviews from many reviewer about poor service and bad reception, but everything is different when I arrived at the hotel. Hotel was very nice, reception also very nice and friendly Breakfast quality was also fabulous. I recommend to any viewer to visit here and I will be back soon in November This year.

Very nice Hotel with super fast free Wi-Fi and they also give good facilities in room like hair dryer, two water bottles, hot bathing water, locker for keeping valuable, air conditioning, shampoo and shower gel, etc. Would surely like to visit aGAIn.

In fact it's Reasonable but need Improvements in general, like AC, TV. Furniture Rooms ، and regarding for the place it's very Excellent and close to everything, especially nightlife.

Reception is not Co-operative. The very outer look sucks, I personally don't recommend this hotel.
