Dont choose this hotel. They not interst to help for Test & Go. This hotel ne Service and not professionelle. Waiting long time for answer and they not Support for Thai Pass and only take the money.

For the three-star hotel offers excellent value for money, adequate cleanliness, friendly staff, great waitress in the pool bar. Right across the street is a supermarket next to the new Terminal 21 Shopping Center. Many restaurants and bars within walking distance, 5 minutes walk to the beach. I can strongly recommend.

A beautiful place to explore the true Thailand culture, hospitable staff and really helpful. Room is also spacious and clean.

We booked our trip through MAKE my trip travel agents. The villa was okay but the Wi-Fi and the reception phones were not working. In spite of repeated reminders, the staff didn't bother to solve our problems. Room was not cleaned daily and poolside tables had Lizards droppings. The bar man was very courteous. Loads of mosquitoes too. Secondly my towel was stained with my Garnier hair colour which goes off quickly after one wash. They imposed a fine of 500 baht which was exorbitant In spite of me explaining that with a hot wash it goes off. This is ridiculous and fleecing the Tourists as how do you expect white linen to remain spotless after use? What about those who have kids? The only thing excellent was the continental breakfast and the friendly buffet staff. Would not recommend this hotel to anybody. Travel agents please make note of this. Florence Mendes. The hotel is at the intersection of major streets. But there's silence, a lot of greenery.

Nice place to stay in pattaya. Near to beach, lots of Indian food available around. Hotel restaurant does not offer any good food but outside hotel it great restaurant around.

This place is simply excellent! With a sprawling swimming pool inside a garden and a pool side bar this is a beautiful resort. The rooms are also huge with very big balconies. The view from the room is also beautiful with the garden in full view. One of the best experiences staying here. Highly recommended. Staff are also very friendly and helpful. This is an excellent choice for anyone wanting to visit Pattaya. The hotel is located on the main road and a kilometer from the beach. Very easily accessible and excellently located.

Good location. But average service. Will not give you early checkin even one hour before or else you pay them.

The location is great and the hotel is very close to the center of Pattaya. The pool is deep, you can swim. The room is clean. Breakfast was good. In general, the Price = quality accordingly.

Where to start … First of all nice staff but speak very poor English. Wi-Fi is a disaster is also turned off often! Breakfast is always the same selection ok but every day is the same boring. The Pool is as warm as a bath. In General the Hotel could use a renovation. The rooms are dirty without end of it is not wiped me exchanged items. The bathroom is the purest bacteria cavity the toilet was not cleaned in the 2 weeks once. Conclusion
Who wants to vacation there in this Hotel wrong, but who wants to only for the a and Dirt can be seen right there.

Excellent location. 10 mins walk from beach. I booked deluxe room with Jacuzzi tub as it was our wedding anniversary. No issue with room good size comfortable bed. Room was cleaned everyday. Tea coffee and bottled water supplied in the room. What more could you ask for. Buffet breakfast has a good choice. Im not a fussy eater but food for vegetarian people is limited. I did read all the on line reviews before I made my booking, instead of reviews of the hotel people were just moaning about size of water bottle or spicy food or insect by the pool. Swimming pool was nice and clean with a kiddy pool as well. I would recommend the hotel due to its location staff were nice and friendly a few were not fluent in English. But that should not put people of in staying here. Keep up the good work and I will definitely stay here again. Many thank to all the staff.

Nice resort. And in the middle of the city. Easy to access many attraction place and in the walkable distance. If you are vegetarians then you will not get anything in the breakfast. Even though it is complementary and free it will be just waste. Overall you can jstay there and nothing else…

Great quiet Facility! Relaxed atmosphere, ideal for relaxing!

Somethings I didn't like : 1. They only provide you with 2 500 ml bottle of water per day, extra bottle would be charged extra. 2. At the entrance there are lots of fountains and stuff, looks impressive, but they reek of chorine.

Very bad experience. The rooms doesnt have fan. Ac wasnt working properly. View from the room was totally bad. Road side. Batrooms too small. The TV, hairdryer not working. Staff uncooperative. Vegetarian breakfast very bad, tasteless. Strange hotel policies. Will advice to check better options.

A decent resort with a helpful staff. The stay was good and it is centrally located. Walking street is merely 3km and central mall is not even 1km.

Loved it. Breakfast is great rooms are clean and it's great to just hope on a 20bht taxi and u r in the centre. I would defo return.

Price is right, no claims are allowed, good pool area but as usual here too little umbrellas.

Great location. Lots of wildlife to watch. Loved sitting by the pool and listening to the birds, looking out for squirrels, dragonflys, lizards and a friendly cat. Near to beach, found some fabulous and cheap authentic restaurants and of course bars. Only downside was the price of Chang at the pool bar. Room was basic, but clean and air con worked well. Staff were friendly when approached (or when addressed in Thai), but otherwise fairly nonchalant. Bathroom was VERY slippery after a shower, be cautious. I loved the surroundings and the gardens were gorgeous. Easy to get around Pattaya from here and a good base for town or beach exploring. Reasonably priced and would definitely stay again!

Compared to other hotels nearby too expensive. Nice pool, room OK. Staff sleeps. You could starve by the pool. Wi-Fi last year as well as this year Nix function. Don't go there anymore.

Poor understanding of basic English language just irritates you to an extent that you even give up asking for the complimentary water bottles and end up buying them from marts outside. Food is ok. Hospitality in general is not great. If you belong to India you'll rate these people in negative in hospitality and courtesy. Though the property is big and green, it lacks basic facilities like laundry within the hotel and no iron and iron boards in the property. You need to be well prepared with your basic stuff like slippers, dental kit, iron, snacks to eat, etc.

Nice property with good ambience. But they treat Indians like dirt. Shocking! Horrible attitude, terrible staff and service and very rude. Major holiday spoiler! They need to be sensitized about their general behaviour.

I go there it's very rude staff. Dirty rooms not clean the room daily. Everyday the dustbins was full. Breakfast was also horrible, for Indians and vegetarian have no choice in breakfast. I suggest no one can go there.

Resort is great and their service is upto mark. It has good swimming pool which is quite deep. Rooms are clean as they provide timely service.

Not a place for us, we booked two nights over the phone. A nightmare from the start, anyway we arrived and the lovely service staff sorted our room. We took one step into the our room and it was like we stepped into "india" within 5 minutes we were back in the car and on the phone booking another hotel. Unfortunately the mass amount of a certain country has made it so we won't ever return. Sad but true!

This is the worst Hotel I have ever visited in my life. There is no service at all. There is not even room service no in the rooms. Staff is very unprofessional and start fighting with guests. Loot is open. There is no lift in the hotel maintainance is zero. Dirty pool side area. Breakfast is cheapest quality.
My humble suggestion is for everyone whosoever read it please don't waste your money and time taking such a worst place and spoil your holidays. Thanks.

This place is awesome. The rooms are good. The staff service is fine. Buffet breakfast was awesome. The location of this hotel is very good. Super market is 2 min walkable distance. There is a money exchange counter nearby which gives amazing rate of exchange. There are Indian restaurants around. Malls and fast food like Mc Donalds and Burger King are also not too far. My overall experience was amazing and would definitely like to visit again and recommend others.

One of the worst hotel in service, rude staff, no tourism warmth, they just want you to check out as soon as you check in, ill treat guest. They take u to another of their hotel even if u paid premium charges for the resort hotel. Very very very bad hotel. Dont go there.

Unclean rooms… the stuff in the rooms like cups and spoon was dirty too. Had to tell more than twice for them to do something about it. And then too, they shoddily cleaned it in front it. Looking at the lobby, I could see that the place is not being maintained properly. Could see torn cushions on the sofa… avoid this place if you can.

Had enjoyed staying at your resort in 2012… So booked back your resort for stay in may 2015. The only issue is of check-in time @2, hope don't have to wait again for hours in lobby again. Great resort, good landscaping, very friendly staff, nice location.

Hotel. Location! With a fork, you can go to any place in Pattaya. Close (across the street) is a good Café, where there are both European and Thai cuisine. Closely located currency exchange offices, yes you can exchange rubles! Near Bazaar (in the evening).
