The pros: The rooms are ok. They had a little fridge and complementary water. The location is walking distance to many things. The cons: We stayed for 1 night and they placed us on the first floor near the entrance, pool and the breakfast area. Some may like the fact that it’s close to everything but as for us, being woken up at 5am due to some loud blasting music and dishes being slammed was not ideal. They need to upgrade a few things. They had a little 17” TV from 1970. They also had a hot water run that was really rusty and dirty. I wouldn’t use it and try to catch something. The receptionist did not mention the free Wi-Fi nor give us a Wi-Fi password. Would we stay there again? Probably not since there are so many places to stay in that area for the same or probably better prices. But for some who just needs a room to sleep in and not worry about the things we do then this may be for you.

I like this place a lot. Next time if I come to Pattaya, I would book this hotel again. But one minus point is the door of the room are thin plastic, you could hear almost everything outside.

Clean and comfortable room. Lived in the new corps. It's just a touquet, not a walking option. It's a very interesting restaurant to the right of the hotel, where you sauté/'em yourself all you want to limit for 200 butt.

Small room, Small bath, no Wi-Fi, no toothbrush, poor shampoo and bath lotion. Far from the Center of Pattayya but with a cheap price that no problem.

The hotel is very good. Communication realized rooms vary. We have 3 floor was very good room. Of the trouble heard neighbors very well. Fourth day at breakfast, one and the same (. A nice hotel, are cleaned every day, Robyn has always just enough deposit 1000 baht, everything, even utensils. Staff were very friendly and helpful, the main thing to behave as you would if you were.

Reception is not friendly. Wai fai charged, steps awkward very high. We have a window on the street on which the shacks. At the reception saw a large rat.

Vacationing in may 2014. Only positive impressions. Breakfast at home, the room is clean, pool is cool. Recommend.
