It is clean and the staff is friendly they make an effort.

Only using this as a quarantine hotel for 24hr, it’s basic, very well priced for what you get.

The best hotel in Pattaya good service.

The money was stolen from the safe in room (it is easily canceled by a screwdriver under the safe), the hotel management refused to investigate, didn’t even call the police and didn’t look at the videocameras. $ 300 stolen from the safe. I dont recommend this hotel.

The hotel is magnificent for its sophistication, landscape, comfort! The rooms are clean, good furniture, cleaning is done daily. Pleases with its benevolence staff, breakfasts hearty and tasty, sometimes masterpiece, there are also favorite dishes. It's the second time in the hotel. Recommended! ;;

Nothing would overshadow the stay in this hotel if there were enough umbrellas in the pool area. There's 8 umbrellas for 50 beds. And of course a little annoying tourists (especially noticed for the French) who in the morning will occupy beds and umbrellas and may not appear until the evening.
By the end of the holiday there was another problem: there was a shortage of beach towels, they simply were not at the bar at the bossein and they appeared only by 13, or even by 14 hours.
The area: a large park area, all in greenery, silence, running squirrels, a large clean and beautiful pool.
Nutrition: A large selection of foods, fruits and pastries.

For the price, this resort was well worth it! Big room with a nice balcony overlooking the pool. In fact all rooms overlook the pool. There are no lifts at this hotel and with the rooms being set on 3 levels, of you have difficulty with mobility or use a wheelchair, be sure to send your requirement through to the hotel for a ground level room. The resort has a very large pool with sunken bar. There is also a kids pool. The beds are fairly comfortable and the TV has many channels in many different languages. The water pressure in the shower isn't great but is more than a dribble and good enough. Breakfast is ok, a reasonable variety. At the end of the alley out on the main road (1min walk on the main road) is a fantastic cafe called La Baguette where the food is superb! Just up from that is a mart and a pharmacy. There are lot's of bars/restaurants in that area and alternatively you can walk down to Beach Road (5mins to the dolphin roundabout at north end of Pattaya) or catch the baht bus. There is a good mix of nationalities at this resort, but I would say the majority are European. It is definitely more of a family resort or somewhere couples go for a nice getaway. There are also bungalo's available as opposed hotel rooms. The one downside to the resort is that the pool closes at 7pm.

Good place for a few nights, rooms OK, bed and lining were clean and comfy. The pool was nice and clean with an OK pool bar………. Only thing I would say is the breakfast is extra, 250 Baht a day. Really not worth it at all, way over priced! Would I stay there again…For sure.

For the hotel ⭐⭐⭐ very even cool rooms are normal except for the 5th case where there was no renovation and it is somewhere in the bushes so when booking specify the type of room STSNDART rather than SUPERIOR ☝️ and better to take the top floor. The pool is just super! Passes through the whole territory of the hotel, and the sea no need we really liked.

Always a great welcome and we can't wait to come back. We will be back again next year. The pool is one of the best! We can't seem to stay away!

Very nice hotel. Two pools-Big depth 1.5-1 6 m, and small for children with a depth of 0.6m. But the small pool is practically not cleaned. When the water arrived was clean, but here is the tenth day and the quality of water is just terrible, muddy, all the bottom in the sand. The rooms are cleaned every day, put water. But the floors were washed once, linen also changed only once. The breakfasts are good. There are fruits and vegetables, but most of the dishes are the same every day, only a couple change. The staff is polite. Half of the holiday the hotel was half empty-Russian and Germans. But then they brought a whole bunch of Chinese and Hindus. It was noisy. Especially near the pool. And the quality of Wi-Fi fell.
In general, the hotel for three stars is not even bad. For us minus in outdated furniture, boring breakfast and dirty children's pool.

Very, very good hotel in the ratio of price/quality/location. Three minutes and you're a noisy ant-Hill of events. Back and silence. The pool is one of the best for a hotel of this type, and to be honest, the best in Pattaya. We were both times in the same room on the second floor. The view is simply gorgeous, the Sea of sunshine and light. Very spacious room. The breakfast was very good.

Very convenient location! The hotel all in green. Good breakfasts, lovely basein. Nice rooms cleaned every day. Smiling staff. Took us 10 hours but check in is only at 14. Missed 1000 baht and move in immediately, even Breakfast offered. Went to eat at cafe Armenia he next 5 minutes. Very tasty and a good price tag. Next massage the blind are doing very well. Say that 6 times was here and there is nothing to compare.

We stayed in this hotel, the location is good, 2 minutes and on the dolphins you can sit on the Tukchuk and get to any point of the city. The hotel itself is overrated, at least in terms of rooms. The rooms are old, require renovation. The breakfasts are good, varied, tasty. The Hotel area is an oasis, palm trees, and the pool is just super.

The hotel is not pretty bad. The swimming pool is cleaned every morning and throughout the day periodically. Breakfast, varied, or rather every day something is added, something removed from the menu. To the left before entering the restaurant serves eggs, omelettes, pancakes. Towels for the swimming pool in the centre of the island. To change from 9 to 11 (approximately). Maid service daily, do not forget to leave a sign at the exit. Leave towels in the bathroom (white), otherwise they will not change. And yet, 20-30 baht tea on the plate, and the room will get out of stroke and pure.

Had to wait 15 minutes after 2pm to check in for room other guest had to wait 30 minutes. Room ok air con slow too cool room down. Next morning we go for breakfast at 9am and the food was cold and bland which I thought was a off day. Next morning I was proved right it WENT DOWN HILL the only thing I could eat was toast and honey stars have lodge complaint with guide and he approached the management. How this place has 3 stars is beyond me ok it has a good pool but the rest is 1 star if that with all the wonderful smells you get every so often. Would I stay here again that's a big NO NO NO. Have been looking for another hotel but it's sungkan week so not yet so another 6 morning to go.

Very nice and clean breakfast great choice only drawback-the rooms on the ground floor are a dark hole. What I find quite bad here is the "reservation" of the loungers by the pool. I really think that some guests in the morning at 6am put their towels on the couches!? And the coronation is that the reserved chairs are then sometimes not used! No one can look at it all day! and other guests who would like to stay by the pool will not get a couch anymore.
I think it should be looked at by the hotel management!

It's a nice place with a beautiful pool. The breakfast they serve has lot of options, even for vegetarians. The location is also good, having easy access to tuk-tuks. The decor of the room was slightly old fashioned.

The rooms are very nice. The pool is fantastic. The Wi-Fi is appalling. Several times I left my room before 7 and returned after 1500 and my room had not been made up, despite putting the please make my room up sign on the door. The staff are average at best. This hotel could be so much better.

Been here four times. North Pattaya. Quiet location to which it is easy to reach. The intersection of the streets of Naklua, the north and the second road is close. You can sit on a tuk-tuk (type of minibus) to go in these three directions. Very convenient. The rooms are ordinary. The staff is friendly. In English speaks well, in Russian-only a few words. Clean rooms daily, change the linen regularly, the frequency did not understand, but was always clear. There is a safe, small fridge, flat TV, telephone, kettle. Every day put tea in sachets, coffee soluble, dry cream and sugar. There is a balcony. I like the breakfasts. I like local rice, there are usually two kinds: just rice and additives. The garnish always has cabbage. There are beans and potatoes. Always sausage, sausage, meat, chicken. There is a salad bar and fruit. Delicious pastries. Beautiful interior area, large pool with "island" in the middle. There is a bar on the island and beach towels are provided. There are sunbeds and umbrellas. There are many trees to hide from the sun. The sea is close. Need to go out and the hotel and go left. At the intersection you can directly (near stairs to the sea, but have to go to the beach on the sand and stones), either to the right and in front of the Big Hotel (Cape Dara) to the left, there will be a second staircase. I advise you to go further, to the right.

Very good pool. Nice shower area. You also have mini bar in the center of the pool. Check in time 2.00 pm and check out time 12.00 noon. Rooms are neat. You have pool facing sit out. Best restaurant having wide range of breakfast as complimentary. Many nearby fruits shops and restaurants are available. People receiving you are rigid in the reception. Better not to talk to them. Take account of the room items while check-in. Else you will be charged for missed items. Too much even for spoon.

Only visited friends there but thought pool and bar area very good… entrance and foyer looked smart and local bars and restraunts just short walk away.

Nice hotel with a decent location. We got a modern room which had everything you need for life. There was no humidity nor insects. Good breakfast. Large swimming pool which you can swim in for fun with the bar in the center. The hotel itself is quiet and calm, lots of greenery. Many package tourists from Russia.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Desolate outlets, shower heads, air conditioning… the "Beach", located near Ettlich steps, is unusable… Rocky, filthy, ubgepflegt and stench from the huge canal of there probably Also running into the sea.

This hotel have best pool! Clean water and pool bar play edm music. Nice for chilling and very closer the beach, and nice price just 800~900bus a day btw water and other little thing will charge you other money still very OK.

Very nice pool. Clean, chlorinated. The pool is cleaned every day. Numbers-just in time. The hotel's name justifies 100%. You live in the Botanical gardens or the park, it's beautiful! And you're not going to tell me that Pattaya, like in the jungle.

The staff were very friendly and helpful razgovarivajushij in English. Recreation with the children brought a lot of positive impressions, a huge choice of dishes for European, Thai, Asian cuisine, and the fruit sea. It was not a problem to feed the child. A great pool of different depths is good for leisure with older children, there is a separate pool for babies. It's in the north, not far from the dolphin ring.

This is a 3 star rating solely on having a 5 star pool. The staff at the reception were rude at times, when we first arrived they ignored us, and then finally gave us the key there was no words exchanged, the same for when handing check out. The room was okay there was a good spacious deposit box, a decent fridge with a small freezer compartment. The beds were hard, the double is two beds pushed together. The aircon was very dated it didn't give much cool air and it was actually hanging out the ceiling. The Wi-Fi was also pointless, it would take forever to load a page!

The hotel has a huge pool. That was really fantastic.
The rooms are nice sized, well cleaned, beds freshly made and the bathroom was very spacious and fairly clean for Asian conditions. However, the room smelled quite moldy, which is probably to blame for the air conditioning.
What didn't go at all was the breakfast! The food that should be warm was lukewarm to cold. This was due to the stupid tourists who were really too stupid to close the lid on the heat container, as well as the kitchen itself. Who served the food cold.
One morning it was enough for us, we left the full plates and ate away.

Very good location, lovely pool. Well furnished rooms, old furniture. Executed in dark tones. The view from the balcony was in the pool, but the review interfered with trees, though we lived on 3 floor. Overall, really enjoyed it. Good breakfasts. The excellent location of the hotel.

Hi, I been to pattaya last month and had boarding at green park resort. THE resort was awesome with especially amazing pool. We had a very good time der. Hope so wil stay in da same place if we go pattaya next year.
