Despite quarantine we are very satisfied with the room and service. The selection of menus also leaves nothing to be desired. Attentive staff and wonderful sunsets.

Great place to stay, excellent pricing for room rates and the down stairs restaurant is priced just right. Close to the beach and near by things to do.

A very basis service apartment. This place has very nice and spacious studio and apartment. Very functional. If you are travelling with family and need space, this is a place for you. It's located away from the crowded area of Pattaya yet very accessible. They have a shuttle service which drops you to the point where you get tuktuk or cab. There is a beach about 500mts from the property which is nice and less crowded. Some rooms have pool view and other have sea view. The later one is obviously at a premium. Over all nice place. Breakfast was a disappointment as the Indian preparation are not good. Rest of. It was all good. Please note that Check in is at 2pm and check out at 10am. They do not give the room if you reach early…

The Hotel is three. The Rooms are comfortable and large. The hotel itself is dirty. Requires renovation. The Breakfasts are good.

Nice view hotel… It has sea view. Free breakfast in the morning. Buffet breakfast and if you are booking there better book in off season coz u will get rooms sea view. Staff is really good.

Hotel deteriorated, to the offer that there are around for the same price or less there are many better deals. This somewhat hidden and away from the main area.

Me and my partner stayed at the hotel for 10 nights. The room was very spacious, and up to date. The breakfast was okay. It cattered more for thai and indian. The hotel was clean and tidy. The staff. Were very helpful. The hotel is near all bars and transport. But not too close as to keep you awake. All in all a good hotel and nice pool.

Best budget hotel visited so far…

Clean and spacious room. Great breakfast and value for money… A bit away from the hustle bustle which was good as it was serene thr and the beach and, walking street n main area was just 10 bath away in a tuk tuk.

Nice hotel, but the road from the hotel to the dolphins at night without lighting! walk is dangerous to walk a lot of thieves on bikes, driving to a meeting pull everything you've got gas! Better to wait for a tuk-tuk for free he carries to the dolphins and back to the hotel! and all the rules were… a year ago!. How is it now with the prices who knows write a review?

A very stylish hotel is nice to look at! Excellent location, friendly staff, fabulous breakfasts. There is a free shuttle to the "del′finčikov"-from there go Tuk-tuks in Center. I have read many reviews, the best 3 * hotel not found.

Many Russians, the staff is pretty cute. 1 girl understands Russian, the name is not known) If your phone problems with Wi-Fi then rasepšene stopped.

Not the best but not bad hotel. To dolphins two minutes walk. The rooms have a microwave and utensils, you can prepare yourself. Wifi in the rooms only on one device.
