Excellent accommodations and staff are very friendly. The breakfast was great with a huge variety of food to choose from. Main attractions are very easy to get to as well.

I have stayed here many times for long periods. I have stayed for about a year in total over 5-6 year. Gone down hill many of the best staff have been got rid of from the restaurant and reception. The door staff are the same and very helpful. The room year by year are getting tired. Now mainly Chinese Indian and Russian people stay. I have now stopped staying there. Breakfast times are a night mare I am disabled. The guest are very rude and noisy. The management do nothing to calm the situation. The manageress has recently left (Kate) to me that is the final straw that has broken the camels back. The owners family 2 of them part manage the hotel. One is very friendly and personable. The other very quiet with no interpersonal skills. I believe they need a big shake up and consider the direction in which they are going before the clientele change what was one of the best places to stay to a low class unbearable place to stay. Euro and Asian clients are not treated equally when being charged or breakfast provision.

All were great except when we wanted to check out. After checking our room before check out they told me that two pairs of slippers were missing from the room and we need to pay 500 Baht. I told them specifically that there were no slippers in our room, that the person who checked is giving misinformation. I also told them to check my luggage but they didn't listen to me. They kept lying that before we entered, there were slippers when there was none! Being clueless and angry, I wrote a formal complain which I know holds no value to them. This has never happened to me before anywhere in the world no matter how cheap and bad the hotel service was. Money wasn't the issue here, but the utter humiliation and feeling of being scammed was what made me frustrated. Not recommended at all for the price.

One of the nice hotel in Pattaya near beach road & near walking street. Great service and very clean hotel. Huge variety of breakfast. Restaurants also good. 24 hour hot water service available here. Safes available in room. Attached balcony with every room.

The hotel is in the centre, close to shopping malls and shopping streets. Good breakfasts. Good service. The rooms are in normal condition, but they have little light. It's four.

I was in the boutique wing. The room had no opening windows and the only window was 15 cm wide. The room was very small with no balcony and only one painted wall the rest including the floor was in painted cement. The location is grounded inside an endless amount of bars and the shady message shops. The only redeeming quality is that it's near the beach and the breakfast was good.

Very nice and clean hotel located at the heart of the city. Breakfast was absolutely perfect. Staffs were very helpful and friendly. This is one of the best hotel I have ever been! Highly recommended if you are looking for a pleasant stay in Pattaya.

Don't Go with the photos and reviews it's a pretty basic place for the price you paid, strat with the good things very centrally placed (the reason I select it), good breakfast thought it's boaring for a 6 days of stay, hot water everytime in shower Bad things this is a daam old property, rooms are small and unplanned bathroom drainage is a issue, no way near the 4 star plus property, very small swimming pool for the 265 room hotel. And they try to cheat you with room quality, we are booked a superior room with bathtub they initially give us a room without bathtub and bad bathroom when we keep aksing for the change of room they asked us to pay 1000bhat difference money per day for upgraded of room as they said there is no vaccines of there superior room which is 168 total in the hotel and there is no one is seen whole stay, and they also try to giving us there s wing rooms which doesn't have a window and balcony, but when we showed there website having description of bathtub in there superior room they given us a another room. So don't pay them untill you checked the room, they try to force you for pay but please do Cheek your room and then pay for a good value of money over here.

More very new, if the Hall and hallways are OK, the rooms especially old-fashioned, especially the bathroom. Far too expensive for what it is and in addition without breakfast…

Those who gave bad reviews are likely miserable individuals who also hate puppies anď teddy bears. I don't want them in the next room anyway. Nice all around and a four star experience. Best breakfast buffet on our tour — — it was huge, tasty and fresh. Service was so nice. Rooms have all you need and look very nice. If you are uptight and don't want your kids seeing bars, have a taxi pick you up and go to Tiger Park, Jomtien, etc.

Went with parents in the second half of January, 2018. Hotel coolest. Location: To the beach 5 minutes, down the street and you're on the beach. At first thought it would be noisy as the hotel is right in the middle of bars and cafes. But in fact everything was great and quiet. The food is delicious and raznooobraznaja. I would definitely stay there again. And thanks to the staff of the hotel for everything, the service was at an altitude!

A decent city hotel near the beach. The rooms are clean. Shops, markets, catering establishments and places where to buy excursions within walking distance. In my opinion a great option of settling.

Big hotel but I dont like the room. It like new bulding. The bathroom is small.

We were at this hotel in January and were sufficiently pleased with our stay. We were put up at the 'Superior Room' and it was indeed comfortable. The rooms, lobby and the surrounding areas of the hotel were very clean and well maintained. The location of this hotel is good and is very close to the beach, Central Festival Shopping mall and the Pattaya Night Bazaar all of which is at walking distance from this hotel. The breakfast buffet is lavish and has a wide variety of items to choose from. All in all it was a pleasant stay and is definitely recommended!

Large, bright rooms, equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Great breakfast. Good gym. In the courtyard there is a swimming pool with a sun terrace and a bar. Walking distance to beach, bars, central festival and Mini 7-11. Be careful on the streets leading to the hotel in the dark, local girls are very dissolved and can easily drag into their lair using physical superiority:)

Good hotel. Situated near to the heart of Pattaya. Two wings one with rooms having balcony if you want to smoke and other one is non smoking wing. Easily approachable. Well equipped rooms. In room locker to keep valuables. If you are booking it on single occupancy then no charges for guest otherwise for double occupancy the charges for guest are 1000 baht.

It's not a bad hotel, but it doesn't hold up to 4 stars! A few days constantly something dyed, from these smells nauseous, always walked than that Shshikali, then moved to another room where the smell is less! This room was worse than ours, when the smells reached already and before this room we asked to move again, they offered the room even worse and this room resembled a back-up, we did not move and went to another hotel for the night. After returning the smells were gone, asked us to return the old room to what got the answer that it is already busy. Audibility here is high, hear what the neighbors do behind the wall. The only pluses are the good breakfasts and the convenient location of the hotel.

Nice hotel in two minutes walk from the beach. There are two enclosures. In the case of the 1999 boutique Building No windows (in the photo sink and left and right shutters. This is the window). These numbers are called S. They have an interesting design and good lighting. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. And there is a second building from the 2nd to the 7th floor superior, with 8-11 Floor Deluxe. There is already a beautiful view. The second building was built in 1989, but it is not noticeable. Pool One. There is a gym and Wi-Fi is free in the rooms. I would like to note the friendliness and goodwill of the staff, there is a girl who speaks very well in Russian. The coffee shop has a 50% discount on cakes after 18 hours, and the rooms have scales…

The best hotel in its class: solid buildings (good soundproofing), rooms in main buildings — Superior (bathtub), Deluxe (much bigger size than Superior; separate shower and bathtub) — all have balconies; in Boutique building "S rooms" have no windows but nicely decorated with paintings. Breakfast is better than in some 5* hotels. Service is up to 4* level. The hotel is located on Soi 8 known for "Rolling Live 3" bar with live music and many small bars, massage shops. A couple minutes walk away from the big/best in Pattaya shopping-entertainment complex "Central Festival".

The hotel was kool for location. I could walk or take a tuk tuk or scooter anywhere. The staff were helpful for when I had questions on where something was or how to get there. It didn't get 5 stars because of the room they gave me. Which was suppose to have a "view", turned out to be the back of the hotel across the way. So paying the extra for the view wasn't worth. The dinning facility was nice. I only ate breakfast which was a good mix east Asian foods. Not too much western stuff besides toast and cereal. Also I never made it to the pool. But overall I like the place and would go back again. Plus I booked it on CheapAir and payed for it with bitcoin. So the price really worked out.

Average. Except for several people at reception, they hardly communicate in English Boutique rooms does not have windows. Sueeounding of the pool is a set of dirty buildings. Dont be fooled by fancy pool photos.

We did book hotel via makemytrip not sure if its due to sunbeam or makemytrip because of which we were sent to a room which is not well furnished and floor was dirty, walls were not painted. There were rooms just behind their main building. When we asked them that we didn't book this room they said its the agent using which you booked the room. We did pay them 2500 Baht extra to get room in main building. Be careful while booking room. Also they do charge you 1000 baht if you took any guest with you in night, which I don't think is good. Otherwise its very near to beach, walking street and honey massage as well. Within 2 — 3 km.

Location is perfect. Very close to night bazaar, shopping mall and to the beach. Friendly atmosphere and rich breakfast buffets.

Hotel is well developed. But I wished that they took house keeping a little seriously and swept the floor well. I could feel the sand on my feet even after the housekeeping did my room.

All staffs have been good serviced mind and well host. They keep an eyes for taking care of clients. Hotel is located central of pattaya near beach. Just walk 5 minutes.

My hotel was booked by Cox and Kings mentioning it is a four star hotel in room (Arcadia Superior Room no 8014). My stay was between 26th — 29th October 2014. I wanted to change my room Room and the hotel wanted Rs 1000 to 2000/ — for upgradation. The room provided was in a building behind the main building. The main building was good and the rooms were good. The rooms in the building in which it was provided did not have windows and was very stuffy and small Always you need to put the lights on and it was smelling too. The bathroom was extremely small and did not have a basin. The floor was of cement and the wall were shabby The bed was 2 separate beds and was shaking. There was no person seen in the reception and no security and anybody could enter any time. The cost of such hotel room does not costs more than Rs 700/ — in India. It was the worst experience I have ever had. If any body books a hotel in Eastin he must enquire whether it is in main building (having balconies and windows) or annex building. I will never also go with Cox and Kings for booking a room like this for me. I do not know who cheated me? Please do not stay in this hotel if you have not checked the Room, WORST PLACE TO STAY.
