Very bad service for 5-star hotel.
We had to make several calls from 16:00-18:30 for the baby bed that we ordered during the booking. The breakfast spaces are very limited until they had to set up the meeting room with around 10 tables to be the spare space; however, when my family arrived there, there were no spaces either and no hotel staff came to assist us, until I had to come back to the room to have breakfast from my last night leftover. This hotel makes my new year holiday the worst ever.

Staying here now. Staff is not professional, don't understand anything and can't take order properly. I failed to have breakfast and lunch because of the not competent staff. Food is horrible and quality of service is very poor. Restaurant manager is not wearing face mask during coronavirus and general manager is useless. Brand manager should pay better attention to the personnel and provide training. Also sharing photo of breakfast which was served after 40 min. First came dry toasts with nothing, followed by butter with no jam after 10 min, later after another 10 min she brought eggs and sausage and tomatoes had never appeared. Not really enjoyable. In the afternoon tried to place food order and they never served food. Welcome to movenpick.

Hotel facility and staffs are very nice. Ms. Rose from reservation is very helpful. We would like to see improvement on chocolate quality and variety offering during chocolate time and the proper combination of food at the lounge offered i. E. Lounge has cheese offering but no cracker! During afternoon tea, there were scone offered but no butter and jam provided!

The location is very nice. All of the rooms with a sea view. The swimming Pool with a pleasant size, it has the enough space. Excellent Breakfast with great selection. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. All in all it was a very nice stay. Thank You.

Went there over the weekend and we topped up for the Panorama club lounge access. The service there was great and it was almost like an exclusive lounge for our family as there was no other customer at the time we were there. All food and beverage were well prepared and fresh made. The staff were very polite and friendly. Khun Looknam was one of the staff taking a very good care of us :)

Almost everything was memorable for us. Check in staff was very helpful and nice. Room was perfect! All staffs were friendly and always smiling. Breakfast area was too crowded, unfit for the number of guest. Anyway it doesn't make us any reason for not coming to your hotel again. See you^^

The hotel is nicely located for those who want to stay away from the busy area in Pattaya. The room is very nice with comfortable bedding, good size of bathroom and great view from the balcony. The cleanliness of the room is the only thing I would comment on, there were a lot of stains on the lampshades. The bathroom after servicing wasn’t cleaned properly. However the housekeeping was really attentive and helpful. The breakfast was great and offers lot of quality choices. I think it would be perfect if the restaurant keep clean at all time. During the 3 morning I had breakfasts. There were foods on the floor while restaurant attendants kept walking pass. I didn’t had any chances to experience your club lounge but a quick visit to inspect. I think it’s very charming. Overall Thank you for a pleasant stay.

The only thing that makes me make it just 4* is because WE expected to have our kids 7 and 11 years old at the kids club so somehow we can also relax. We went to holiday to relax. But the kids club does not allow the kids to be there by themselves and it end up to have one of us to be there with them. We have been in many resorts with kids club and this is very different. And the staffs you have at the kids club doing nothing but playing phone. For what? Other than that, I could have done it to 5* only if the kids club wasn't like that. Other than that, the resort is beautiful. Facilities are good and staffs are nice :)

The rooms are spacious clean and comfortable, the terrace surface of the sea is pleasant, service is good, there are Chinese-speaking reception staff really good, Breakfast varied and delicious, the complimentary afternoon tea chocolate time is also very special. Although away from the city some distance, but a transfer away from the once Free, are also considered excellent, the Hotel Facilities, the gym is open 24 hours, convenient for tenant use, pool and water canoes have service personnel (should be a lifeguard) the presence, on the whole there is a management system, overall rating this is a great hotel, the family are very satisfied, unfortunately this time only stayed one night, next time will come again. Thank you Hotel All service team personnel of the intentions and service enthusiasm, make our wonderful holiday.

Beautiful, well laid out, comfortable, and stylish hotel. The stay was fantastic. The service was second to none. I was very impressed with the staff, especially the pool staff and the executive lounge staff. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again when in Pattaya. Highly recommended.

The service of the staff is excellent, the location is very secure. I like the security of the surrounding, making me feel safe to park my car although sometimes we come back at night. The room is beautiful and the view is awesome. Great and well maintained gym with great staff taking care of our needs. Great spread of choices of food for the breakfast buffet. Thumb up for the coffee selection! Will definitely stay in Movenpick for our next vacation.

Thank you for upgrading our room and providing little sweets for our honeymoon vacation. The bed and sofa are comfortable. The bathroom is spacy and clean. I love the beach view from the balcony. The place is quiet and relaxing. The staffs (receptionist, bellboy, restaurant waiter) are helpful and has a good English. Pool is nice and clean. Breakfast is delicious with enough variety of cuisine. It's just that the hotel isn't well known yet and located far from city and doesn't offer pick-up service. The shuttle service needs to be more often and reach further places.

My fifth visit since grand opening and on this occasion has been the worst experience thus far. The facility is degrading in the service department. Long lines, exceeded 35 minutes during check in process. Key cards malfunction. Cannot get into room. (reoccurrence from past visit as well) Long wait to dine at the breakfast area. The staff advised 30 minutes wait time. … Decided to order room service for breakfast instead. Food arrived after 30 minutes.
Ordered hot breakfast. Everything arrived cold. Overrall a big dissapointment from a 5 star rating facility. Get your act together to retain your best customers. Would not recommend to new guests. Stay at your own risk. Would I return in the future? Very unlikely. Better options else where.

Good location for the privacy stay because of a bit far from the city area, the shuttle buses help a lot. 3. I impressed for the bath tub, very comfortable. By the way, it would be good if the hotel provide hair dryer in the bathroom. 4. Good breakfast — diversity, good taste, good service. 5. Good service from all staff, very impressive.

The design of the hotel is all rooms with superb panoramic views of the bay. Good location in the area of cleanliness of the sea and the beach. Trained, helpful and friendly staff. Varied breakfast, presented several types of kitchens, the availability of delicacies, a very wide offer. A 24-hour fitness room is also available. Great music background by the pool and on the beach. Comfortable rooms with proper ergonomics.

Nice location on the beach away from the noise of central Pattaya. Swimming pool and beach facilities great.
Had a suite which was disappointing with odd layout of bathroom.
Waste of money paying for higher floor as the views over the sea are fantastic from all levels.
Breakfast at Twist Cafe was a huge disappointment with limited choice.
Worthwhile upgrading to Club access for the lounge. Same breakfast with a bit more choice and great views. Just less chaotic.

Great hotel. The view from the room is gorgeous. We live on the 30th floor. The room has everything you need, in my opinion. Breakfast for every taste. No cons yet found.

The hotel is new and stylishly decorated, but no where it is not said that the whole building and territory belongs to the hotel. It turned out that the hotel owns only the right part of the building and territory (Leva from the sea). Overall the hotel is four star.

Rooms with balcony are great, the rooms facing the beach view beautiful, Breakfast style More, the décor beautiful and the atmosphere is good, private beach is very secluded, the quality is very good, does not look very chaotic, organic will be sure to stay again.

A real 5* hotel. The room has everything for a comfortable stay, including an Ironing Board with tugom. Perfect purity. Great view of the sea. Responsive staff, good speaking in English. Food still not appreciated, abelli at a restaurant nearby. The sea is clean and transparent.

I checked out around 1200 pm on 28 of January,
After check out, I asked housekeeper for a bottle of mineral water for my daughter to take medicine, but reception said housekeeper told them that the refrigerator freeze because I turned power on ''max'' (after I check out)
But I never open the refrigerator… It's really bad experience, especially after I asked housekeeper then she told reception about refrigerator matter,

It such a very nice hotel in Pattaya. Especially the staff so friendly and helpful. Large room very clean and good views. We definitely return.

The hotel is pretty isolated and there is barely any infrastructure around the place. Without a car you are lost. A further drawdown is the fact that there are way to little sunbeds, after 0800 am it is impossible to find one. Lastly there is almost no shade on the beach.

Cozy rooms with stunning views of the sea, the presence of a spacious loggia, where you can watch the sunsets or just sit in the evening with a glass of wine, excellent breakfasts, friendly staff made our stay very comfortable. And even the lack of territory for walks did not influence my estimation, as we had read about it in advance and knew, where it is possible to walk with pleasure:).

Your people are so kind, hotel is clean. I liked especially menu at breakfast. If I go to Pattaya again, I'll go here Movenpick. Thank you. I was happy there.

The location is great and the hotel is very clean. At the moment we rest. The staff is not intrusive. No complaints. If next time we go to Pattaya then only to this hotel!

Great hotel! Great service! Delicious food! Nice Spa and decent gym. But… a Small pool and the beach because of the small area.

I love this place, friendly staff especially those who serve next to the pool and the beach (they are so amiable), nice pool, SPA, kids' club. But it has some issues with the restaurants La Costa and Twists. Food and beverages are quite expensive but the quality of food very unstable. For example, we ordered Schnitzels several times, on one of the days it was a big one with French fries, on another day it was much smaller with some Lays crisps, and the same thing with Thai favors, different taste and different amount depending on the day. The quality of the service is also unstable, on some days servants treating like the most valuable guest, another day you can wait 20-30 minutes just for a menu or a waiter's attention in the almost empty restaurant. In the restaurant, only some tables have tissues and salt/pepper. In my opinion, it has to be much cheaper, or it should have better quality. It's too expensive for the current food's quality. The T55 is awesome.

The hotel is nice, shiny, and new but lack of true substance of hospitality. Inconsistent level of service, dull facility, and second-rated spa, the only assets are the spectacular view, well-managed executive lounge, and the Swiss efficiency planning of space. Beware of guests that with the marketing strategy and you might get to deal with nice, shiny but obnoxious crowd. A quick fix and a blockbuster vacation, the hotel has a lot to climb up (if it aims to) to truly earn a class of five star emblem.

Amazing Hotel! Large rooms and great design) there is a children's room with razvlekuhami and children's slides, a bar in the pool, on the beach there are beds with Palantinami! Just gorgeous!

There’s something quite magical about visiting a city for the first time. We went to Pattaya and stayed at the Mövenpick Siam Na Jomtien Pattaya, with direct beach access, luxurious facilities and a warm sense of Swiss hospitality, the resort has everything our need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. And, ideally located close to many of Thailand’s top tourist attractions, and just steps away from the Ocean Marina Yacht Club, and stands as the region’s only international five-star hotel outside of central Pattaya. Come in and check it out for yourself!

The only reason I didn't give five stars is because they only accept cash for room service and cash or card for other dining. You can't charge it to your room. Otherwise the hotel is fantastic. It's very clean and modern. I plan on staying there again in the future.

I stayed there in Last January 2017 with my Company Colleagues, we were 29 persons having grate experience. One of the most beautiful hotels in Pattaya, Movenpick has unimpeachable service, Gorgeous rooms, can see the sunset. Beautiful swimming pool is not so crowded. Relaxing spa, Fresh flowers, Fresh Fruits and juices. Buffet breakfast was excellent These all things makes this resort one of best to stay in Thailand. All staffs here are very nice.

One of the most romantic hotels in Pattaya, Movenpick has impeccable service, gorgeous rooms, beautiful pools, a relaxing spa and the best chocolate hour daily from 4pm to 5pm. Fresh flowers, fruit juices and 8 flavours of Movenpick Ice Cream for daily buffet breakfast makes this resort one of my favourites to stay in Thailand.

Pretty new hotel (about 1 year). Sea view for every room. Big seaside pool. Many activities in hotel. Free chocolate fondue in the afternoon (4-5 pm). Very good service. A bit pricey.

I stayed there for my birthday. The place is perfect. The room is nice and also can see the sunset. The swimming pool is not so crowded. All staffs here are very nice. I asked one of them if I can visit the temple for my birthday. They gave me very good recommendation. The breakfast here was good but not much choices for Thai foods. This place makes me forget that I'm in Pattaya because they are much better than other places here.

Great restaurants in this hotel. Best restaurants in Pattaya. The service is slow but worth the wait. It takes about 45min + to have your food on the table. Do not go there hungry or thirsty. LOL! But it's worth the wait. American Portion! Everything was 5 stars except the wait time.

Loved this place, great service, food, view. For the same amount of money, you get way better view compare to pattaya beach.

The hotel is very modern.
There's no noise, and if the Neighbors watch TV, you don't'll. There are exit doors between the numbers, probably for fire safety reasons. Quite a lot in the guests from China, and they like to smoke in the balcony and in the rooms, although they're not allowed in the rooms. On entry, pledged to be ready: 16000 baht (for two and a child)

I lived on the 23rd floor of a nearby hotel and enjoying view of this beautiful hotel-especially in the pre-dawn hours. I dropped the picture.

Prices in the bar for Cloudy + 17% to tax and VAT price. The New year 2017 just sat down for the tables. The rains sent us to the bar lobby, and the musicians immediately left. Although the rain lasted 30 minutes, everyone turned to 23-00, allegedly ended alcohol, only put wine and vodka, the whiskey said it was over, and that at a price of $130 per person All 200 people are in shock, the attitude towards the Russians is incomprehensible to the main guests from Russia, and the leading English and Thai.
The new Year's withdrawal is meaningless, the beach is dirty sand with trash.
