Before Covid hits, Amari hotel offer very satisfied service, but now it’s a whole different story. I have no idea how everyone here says that customer service here is unparalleled. It’s our second time in 5 months and the service are still poor. There were so many excuses over just an room key that was not working. Bellboy was rude and the receptionist didn’t check the key before handing it out. Apology was not even made. This is our last time and we won’t be here never again.

Yesterday I had Christmas dinner and it’s amazing and great hospitality from the stuff. Highly recommended.

This was best located comfortable and luxurious hotel in heart of Bangkok my stay was awesome and will visit again next time.

Stayed here for a night and it went way beyond my expectations! I stayed In the room that was newly renovated, and everything works the way it suppose to be. Location of the hotel is excellent too, especially if you're into shopping and morning markets along Pratunam. Opposite of the hotel is the famous Platinum mall, which is linked to other malls like CentralWorld, The market, Big C Supercenter, Gaysorn, etc. I really like the large lobby too, which makes waiting or checking in/out much easier and not so cramped up. Highly recommend this hotel. Thanks Amari Watergate Bangkok!

We have a wonderful time at Amari Watergate Hotel in early November 2022. Staff were friendly and helpful. We even a surprise free room upgrade from the hotel! Thank you and we will be definitely back for more!

Great Location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. Specially "Nong Sami" without hesitations he really help me and give me all the assistance & advice he can give. Even before I knew that I'll be competing in Thailand, I am already in love with The Thai Culture and People. So, YES! staying here in Amari Hotel made me really love Thai people, culture and Thailand. This hotel iw worth it. We will surely be back again and will surely stay here. Thank you for your wonderful accommodation and the amazing staff you got.

It is a nice hotel located in the heart of the Bangkok. Ambience is very good. Breakfast has variety of options. Good family hotel.

Still rooms very old and not well maintained. Also very noisy rooms. 2nd time here and nothing extra. Thinking next time to change hotel brand.

The first time we stayed at Amari Watergate Bangkok. We had a wonderful time together with my fiance. We were impressed with the service from the hotel. Especially the hotel staffs are very nice and friendly. I would love to say that we will come back again next time. Our room is a lovely room but it's pretty old furniture but still a nice room. We are in the executive room and they served us very lovely service on the executive floor and private service on the rooftop too. Very nice and impressed! We are recommended this hotel is very convenient and the location is in the center of BKK. We like this hotel.

Amari watergate is a great property and a perfect location but the reception always try to delay in giving the rooms. They come up with weird reasons. The check in time is 2pm which is fine. At 5pm they still ask you to wait for 1.5hrs. The management need to look into this seriously.

The Amari Watergate is the best Hotel to stay in Bangkok. The Location is perfect for all your shopping needs. We have been coming back to the Amari Watergate for many years now and is always a great place to stay. We stayed in the newly renovated Executive Suite that was amazing. This year we came to celebrate my birthday and I got an unexpected surprise treat for the Hotel staff. The breakfast was excellent as always together with all the club benefits. We had the privilege to be welcomed by Patty and since we arrived she took great care of us and made our stay even more special, together with her colleagues S. B and WAT. We also had the privilege to have met the GM Sukamal Mondal, the Food & Beverage Director Anko Timmer and Sunakshi Mahendru the Social Media Manager. We have to congratulate the GM and his great team that made our stay more memorable. All the way from South Africa.

I would like to recommend just only 1 thing, for my room so very nice but have a connecting room with another room so thats why its not private for me.

Enjoyed the food at the Patiala House.

The price is very high for a dorm bed in low session compare to other hostels. The beds are shaking all night because it’s located on main road and noisy too.

I happened to stay at this guest house when I went to Bangkok in February and I found this hostel very clean and close to the Rachaprarop railway station. The staff is friendly and helpful. However, the prices of beds and single rooms are a little bit high. One of the biggest problem in this hostel is with the toilets because they are not supplied with bidet showers so that one who plans to stay at this hostel should be ready to use shower cubicles erected separately close to toilets for washing backs which really is disgusting.

The reason why I always choose Link is due to several reasons — the location is excellent. It’s very near the centre and is so easy to get to by using the Airport Link train. When there the local shops are plentiful and so interesting to browse for an afternoon or two. The second reason is the staff — they always make you feel welcome (especially Lalita) and are so helpful and friendly. They are always there at any time. I’ve made friends with all the staff and spent many evenings drinking, talking and playing games with them. The third reason is the price — reasonable when considering the location. I really enjoy Link. It really has a personal touch and makes me feel so relaxed. The rooms are comfy, clean and the atmosphere is great. Thabks so much to everyone there.

Little expansive, in that areas hostels are 200 THB.

It such a great hostel I've ever stayed, the room is very clean and has a nice view from the window, all staff were so nice and friendly and always ready to help me. Also can easily find from Airport Link Railway's view, near to many famous shopping mall, just 15 — 20 minutes walk.

I feel like home away from home. Love this place it’s just right at the center of Bangkok near to all shopping mall and 10 steps to Airport train :)

Good location but the beds shake when train pass. Clean toilets and room.

Has a washer, no dryer, hostel in old part of City not much here​. But good location right beside rapid transit. No pub's, No bars.

Convenient and budget friendly. If using grab or uber or taxi services may need to take note as there is no place for the car to stop in front of hostel.

Good experience! I've been here a couple days and totally love the place. Nice staff ever. They're very helpful, polite and friendly. It's good for finding new friends here. The location's super convenient whether from the airport or to the center. Definitely coming back!

On the level of hostels I can not say anything, but for this amount you can rent an average hotel 3 degrees, a little further from the subway. The only plus is that you can get to Suvarnabum Airport very quickly.

Clean, great Wi-Fi, friendly staff, a lot of foreigners come and stay here too. Very affordable as well. Should have found this place when I first came here. :)
