Review of U Tiny Boutique Hotel Suvarnabhumi Bangkok - SHA Plus 4*

I can't say enough about this hotel. It was 5 star all the way beginning with the pick up at the airport. Our names were printed large on a paper in the waiting area at BKK. The van was new, clean, air conditioned. You are welcomed with smiles from the staff, welcomed in with a cool towel to refresh with and tea. Check-in is simple, they bring your bags up, show you the amenities and explain anything you need to know about the hotel. When we needed directions to the train station we were taken to the nearest location free of charge. Our party left at 2 different times to the airport and both were free of charge. One ride was at 4 am and we were greeted with a smile and a punctual driver. The food was very good at the restaurant. The room was impeccably clean/included toiletries. The pool was clean and added a lovely atmosphere with the twinkling lights set into the pool tiles. Guests all over the property had smiles and were enjoying their stay. It was ideal for our last day and a half in Bangkok to rest up for the long journey home. It is also very close to Piem Paragon Mall where there is a fantastic cinema. Hats off to the owners of this fine establishment. One thing to keep in mind is that it is closest to BKK airport (Suvarnabhumi Airport not Don Mueang (DMK) Our friends were leaving from the DMK airport and did not realize this, however, the staff accommodated them on their departure and also helped them with directions and taxi information. Again-fantastic service.
