Great location, lots of good restaurants walking distance, can walk to terminal 21. The coffee club on the ground floor has excellent coffee. Staff very helpful and are efficient. Love My stay and will definitely stay again.

Shama Lakeview is a great place and I was there in May, sorry for the late post. Everything was perfect, had great food at the Thai restaurant on the ground floor. The HOD’s were around and always greet everyone. Front office team are always helpful, the concierge would always be hospitable and drive you to the main road in TukTuk or electric car. Accommodation was nice and the team would clean the room perfectly. Engineering supervisor came to open the window to get fresh air from outside. Thai restaurant is better as we did not have any delay there and also the Team in the Thai restaurant know your food order and the next time they every ask you would like to have the same like yesterday, that’s is very good gesture. The owner of the restaurant was very hospitable too. Coffee club is poor for a well known brand like this, they need severe improvement, food takes far too long from the time you order till you get it on the table especially for breakfast. Guests will go outside for lunch and dinner but breakfast is key for everyone as they will have it in the hotel itself. Could be better. Wonderful hotel, with clean, bright, spacious rooms and wonderfully friendly and helpful staff. My wife and I have stayed here on several occasions and it is our fist choice when staying in Bangkok.

I will definitely recommend to all my colleagues this hotel. Very clean and the staff are very hospitable.

Very sacious and clean room. We enjoyed the pool and the gym. My kid loved the kids club. Highly recommended!

This is Amazing hotel event for just for friends over a night together. They made our birthday party not just party. Hotel care about color theme and cake with right theme! Room are fabulous. All bathtub in all bathroom. Great service of staff and facilities.
I highly recommend this Hotel even for a night or for more than one night!

Horrible customer service. Always the runaround… not American friendly… save your money go somewhere else well they treat you like a human.

Nice apartment, good layout, view of lake area. Only here for the 1 night so difficult give any meaningful feedback.

Recently stayed there. Great spacious rooms with plenty of functional amenities. Huge gym and pool as well. On top of this the customer service was excellent. Please pass my personal compliments to your receptionist Dada who provided me with excellent service and went the extra mile to ensure that our stay was amazing.

One of the best accommodation I’ve ever stayed in Thailand. All the staffs were very friendly and have a services mind. We booked a 2 bdrm apartment and they have everything we need. Kids club, swimming pool, shuttle bus to take us to the bts&mrt. At first I thought the price is quite high but with the service they gave me so far I wouldn’t mind paying for it. I have stayed in so many hotels and apartment in Thailand. This is a place that I gave it 10 out of 10. Totally love the place and all the staffs and definitely going back again in the future. P. S. The only thing that I suggest the hotel to change is the baby cot, it’s quite old and clearly is not safe to let the baby or toddler to sleep in it. We asked for 1 baby cot but at the end we didn’t use it coz it’s very unstable.

Superb hotel. Feels like home away from home. Great location, close to train station, quality for choices, confident l convenient store on property, and overlook a beautiful park. Shama provides frequent tuktuk to shuttle guests to the nearby asoke station. The excellent team at Shama made us feel welcome from hotel manager, concierge, housekeeping to wait staff. Perfect for families or singles.

Quite, calm hotel. Best for family. The staff was awesome and facilities too.

Same as others comment, Tower A is extremely old and in very bad condition. Very dirty and not fully cleanup before letting guests checking in. U cant imagine even the glasses for mouth washing are full of dirts from previous guests! I would suggest Shama to stop letting out tower A until it is fully renovated.

Perfect Place to enjoy BANGKOK. For me plenty of Indian Food, All kind of Shopping, Massage, Swimming with best of the views of City. I would specially thank Mr Sirichok Musikasiri, the duty manager, he has all the answers on earth, he has all the solutions to your problem, he is quick, very honest, very professional for foreigners to feel at home. I thank you from the bottom of my heart, specially for helping me with mismatched bookings.

Recently changed from Sommerset to Shama. We were here during the transition period. Everything went smoothly without tenents being disturbed. The property is very average in quality and major renovations is required urgently if the new owners want to increase the revenue. Check out the place before you make booking. Make sure you are not distracted by the noise should the renovations does take place.

We had a booking at the Somerset Lakeview and we haven't been advised that the hotel was closed. We have been checked in here instead. Disappointed for no communication and because bathrooms are old and dirty. I expect something decent from a 4*! Don't spend the money here.

Extremely good place to stay. Spacious rooms, well equipped gym, swimming pool and above all very friendly staff. Near to Sukhumvit and Asoke stations, hotel provides tuk-tuk service.

Modern Hotel with studio facilities equipped in Sukhumvit area. Close to transport D as far as the tuk tuk of the hotel is deposited and often takes us back to the crossroads next to the Skytrain D Asoke. Nice pool in front of the skyline. Small regrets: Friendly welcome but barely speaking English and no possibility to have a drink or breakfast near the swimming pool…
