Cosy, neat and homely. Service was prompt before and during our stay. The linens are clean, the room is comfortable with toiletries and towels. We requested for a hairdryer and it was delivered promptly to our room. We used the hair dryer throughout our stay. The room comes with cable television, bar fridge, and an electronic safe. We stayed in a Grand Deluxe Room and opted not to have breakfast as The Coffee Club is close by. Nonetheless we frequently used the Lobby on the ground floor to enjoy the hot beverages, Milo, coffee and tea 24x7. We had an ample supply of delicious Thai bananas courtesy of the establishment. P&R Residence proximity to both the river boat pier and the River City Mall are a boon for travelers like us. We had a whale of time cruising up and down the Chao Phraya River at 15 baht each way minus the traffic jams and yet able to visit places like Chinatown, Grand Palace, Flower Market, etc. On the first day we paid 15 baht each and traversed the whole route (30 stops). The following day we stopped at Pier 5 to visit Chinatown and enjoy the wholesale market and the delicious Thai food. Will visit again.

It's well located. The pictures in the bathroom are not real (at least the bathroom in my room was old and Drrteriorado) but it's a nice place.

Not a hotel. A house converted into a lodge. Old rooms. Clean rooms, have basic amenities. Rooms lack coffee maker, hair dryer. In my view, its not worth the money (I paid around 1700 baht for one night)

The Clean Little Inn is near the Chao Phraya river in River City, with a simple breakfast package. The price is also cheap.

Nice and simple hotel, no luxery but clean. The personal is friendly and helpfull. In de neighbour of River City pier, easy to travel by boat. Thea & Coffee and also frute are for free… Always ask for a hotelroom with airco… Top location, try also bycicle trip Co van Kessel.

Super neat rooms. Nice location next to pier 3 of bkk ferry route. There is a 7eleven store very near. Perfect place to explore Bangkok.

Lovely little family run hotel clean and pleasant rooms and a cosy area downstairs you relax with tea/coffee facilities. Breath of fresh air following slightly disappointing stay in one of the huge modern hotel complexes. Very friendly staff. Didn't pay for breakfast but seeing it in the morning it looked very good and good value. Great location — 2 minutes walk to ferry which is fastest and cheapest way to get to main attractions and temples. Would stay again.

Sweet and nice hotel in a modern artful style with a traditional touch. The service was very nice. You will meet more locals than tourists in this district and it is closed to Chinatown. There is a bus and fairy station right around the corner.

Staff really friendly, nice and cozy place… quiet surroundings Good location. Simple and small with Thai traditional style furniture. Bad points are little noisy air conditioning and some rooms didn't have hot water. I would return and recommend.

Stayed here three times while we flew around South East Asia, was such a mistake. Taxis refuse to take you here, even if you have the name written in Thai, and tell them a big landmark. The staff were pretty helpful the first time, but the second time kept accusing us of not having paid for the room. If we hadnt already booked it and paid for the thrid time, we would not have returned. Not near many restaurants or anything, I think maybe a bad part of bangkok. Rooms were clean though.

Very good! Perfect room, excellent service, very valuable breakfast, good location for Chinatown and for river trips and some other interest points. Friendly staff. Quite. Not expensive for the value you receive.

The place I loved because it is ' very cute Japanese style breakfast is great and you can three types of sets, quality jams, fresh milk eggs the bacon and whatnot. Very clean room with efficient and spacious shower the staff efficient and very kind in particular to the reception, but especially the fantastic location a stone's throw from the pier on the river from where to get to every Bangkok site to visit… Right next to the Sheraton gives you the opportunity to take advantage of everything you can serve! The price-quality ratio is remarkable. Definitely to go back!

Oh god! This is wrong address! 34 Captain Bush lane is totally far away from here… please search by the address "34 Captain Bush lane… " instead of the name "P & R Residence" I use almost three hours to find this hotel as none of the tuk tuk / taxi drivers know this hotel! Btw, despite of those, no hair dryer provided and the shower is no good for keeping the same warm water temperature… etc.
