The services was not good started since making a reservation. Hotel staffs seem to have problem in communication among them and to customers. Look like they didn’t talk to each other. We have contacted more than 3 times to get what we want. Beautiful hotel, room and nice food. But we may have to think harder if want yo come back again.

Everything was great including the management who are well groomed professional hoteliers. The only absolute drawback were the emotionally challenged or E. Q. Deficit female trainees working at the M Club on the 31st Floor. They do not know anything more; beyond what they can see with their own eyes and would gossip and spread bad rumours about the guests amongst themselves. Also, they spared no expense displaying their contempt towards the guests by snubbing at them and stomping their heels loudly on the parquet flooring as they whizz pass you!
I brought it up to the good management but only to make matters worse because now their guilt tripping, sulky and solemn demeanour blames you for the cause of their misery at work! Like you just took something away from them!
Now you can comprehend why I say it was a total letdown. These female trainees are pompous little spoilt brats that should have just stayed home and be daddy’s little pets instead of throwing their immature tantrums in their place of employment!
The entire 3 nights stay left an extremely bitter aftertaste in my mouth and hence, until the management can do a better job of either training and nurturing their service skills or qualifying better candidates for the hospitality industry; I wouldn’t recommend this Hotel to be a Professional Business Class Hotel for the discerning business travellers!
In a nutshell; GOOD RIDDANCE TO BAD RUBBISH!

Amazing grand hotel, wonderful modern space.

In addition to excellent service, delicious food is detailed in a special decoration with Thai art and the cleanliness of the room gave us the greatest impression.

Been to the Yao Chinese restaurant to try the Peking duck and was impressed. Crisply delicious duck. The service and the view were just great too.

We visited the Rooftop Bar and Restaurant on New Year’s Eve. Fantastic gin an and tonic drinks, great nibbles, a stunning female DJ, and a breathtaking view of the city. Had a wonderful time. Next time we are in Bangkok we intend on staying at the Surawongse.

This is an amazing hotel, a beautiful roof top pool and roof top bar. The views are incredible and the staff always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect! Definitely recommend this place!

The option to stay here 2 nights was due to its brand and newly opening in 2018; however, you still will feel some staff are not well trained on their attitude when contacting! On the another hand, the plates for breakfast are not entirely cleaned! Some dirt from last using can still be found… really unpleasant experience in this hotel.

Our stay at the Bangkok Marriott Hotel was fantastic and memorable! Hotel is great and modern and we had everything we need. Swimming pool is great and not crowded. Breakfast was superb and there was a big variety of food. Most important, all staff we met were nice and helpful! Especially, we would like to give a big applause and compliment to Mr Endre Kiss, the Front Office Manager, who made our stay an incredibly enjoyable! Once again, thanks so much for all yr hospitality. I have already recommeded this hotel to some of my friends and will keep on doing so without any hesitation! What a great hotel! I seldom give reviews of over 4 stars, but this was definitely worth a 5-plus star!

Nice hotel, location is a little bit far from malls but doesn't matter, transportation is very cheep, good breakfast, but staff not that much good with english language, clean rooms, bathroom as well, friendly staff, pool in the 18 floor with good view we like it, sona not available, steam room is always close. Breakfast restaurant looking so good very nice welcome when just arrive. Good room house keeping. Taxi helpers were good. Fast check in. Nice lobby. Everything were just fantastically.

At the Surawongse with a group of 60+ from around the world. It is a gem in Bangkok, the staff will treat you like family. Wonderfull staff in the lobby, the 31st floor M Lounge, the 32nd floor restaurant and the rooftop bar. Thank you all for hosting us!

Actually I get a voucher from facebook activity but it is the most wonderful memory of myfriends and I can have in our life. We got a free night stay at suite room with M Club privilege for 2 people but my group has 3 people so we decided to pay for extral bed. The hotel gave us a free M club privilege for extra person. Thank you so much. The room is decorated in the elegant style. There are 2 bathrooms, one living room and one bedroom. We can see the city and swimming pool view from our room. We went to M club to have some cake and snack. I like chocolate fudge the most. Cake is very delicious. Then we moved to our room and ordered some food to eat before cocktail time. We had pad Thai, cheese burger and carbonara spagetti. They were all delicious. After that, it's time for cocktail hours in M club. We drank some cocktails and wines. However, I didn't like these drinks. We enjoyed the moment of taking photos, talking with friends and watching the firework here. At night, we went to Yao rooftop bar. The view here is beautiful. It's peaceful. The cocktail is good. Staffs and services are nice. However, it's quite hot because the tables are surrounded by the glass walls and the wind cannot flow freely. So, we cannot stay here as long as we want. In addition, I went to the restroom and found it is broken 2 of 3 restrooms. Water cannot runs and air conditioners are stop working. The restaurant and the hotel should do something to fix it.

I just have a chance to meet my family and friend at the Lobby Lounge for 2 consecutive weeks. We had tried both Western Afternoon Tea set and Thai Afternoon Tea set and found both set well prepared with variety of savory and sweet finger foods. Coffee taste good as hotel standard but I found Tea more impressive. The overall atmosphere is really nice. The tall ceiling and natural light from outside make us relax and feel like time flies. I will surely take my friend back there again very soon.

Front desk check-in experience is very good even we checked in early. Welcome drinks are refreshing. One bedroom suite is spacious with windows facing city view. It has it’s own living area, dining table for four and bar area. 31st Floor — M Lounge — is a must for 180 degree river views. All day snacks and alcohol/cocktails happy hour starting at 5:30pm — good selections of free beers, wines, cocktails and mocktails. Tips: Kids also can join in a separate area in the lounge. Pool has the opposite 180 view of the lounge. Water is a bit cold during cloudy days. Good overall experience. Don’t forget to check out the under rated rooftop bar during the evening.

Rooftop bar is tight, though prices are all on the high side. Furthermore, the hotel isn't really close to anything, no tourist attraction, BTS, shopping center, etc. Also, I quickly learned that they don't like you jumping into the pool and they confiscated my beer. Fun.

Love my stay in this hotel. Everything was excellent except perhaps the location. To those who love to shop, this is not the hotel for you. If you want to be pampered and if you want to stay in a nice Thai-inspired hotel ambiance, excellent service, very good food, and a new establishment, this is the place to be in. Highly recommended.

I had postponed the date for the most comprehensive seafood meal (as recommended by their staff…) however…

Lobster and Rock lobster ran fast within 20 minutes (less than 10 ppl had a chance to taste it…).

For Foie Gras lover as I do, be expected that it's just a temp menu, rotating. (Certainly, you won't get the message on the confirmation)

Some might think that the variety of buffet line is a bit less than what you normally find elsewhere. But for dessert fans, you may love it here.

Apart from that… the overall food tastes great. The ambience is not bad.

My recommendation is that call them on the day to find out what is missing. Otherwise, you might be disappointing that you don't get what you paid for… as I did. A bit sad to say that I'm not impressed and it ruined my night.

昨天晚上, 我跟我家 在这里 尝尝海鲜自助餐。
味道不错, 但是海鲜的数量很差… 尤其 龙虾, 只有 10 个人有机会尝一尝。鹅肝也找不到。感觉不太开心… 应该改进。

Easily one of the best hotels I have stayed at. I am writing this in a taxi after departing from the hotel. Iwas looking at hotels in Sukhumvit but I decided to go with this one last minute and boy am I glad I did. Room was spectacular! View was amazing. Staff were very helpful and kind! Breakfast buffet was excellent! The Art in the room was beautiful. The person who designed and decorated the room really knew what they were doing. I highly recommend this hotel! You will not be disappointed!

Modern decor with Thai infused. Staffs are really nice. If you come from Silom rd, suggest go thru Decho rd as Soi Silom 20 would be too close to the hotel entrance.

We loved our stay at the hotel! We didn’t want to leave! Everyone was soo nice and helpful especially Kyo at the concierge desk who went above and beyond to help. Shout out to Kyo! Breakfast was excellent as well!

Newly opened Marriott hotel at Surawong road. Very nice and hip interiors, big ballroom, cool landscape deck… one of the many properties owned by the TCC asset world group.

New hotel on surawong Rd. 4 at least. However this is very traffic Rd. So if you rest here should stay on sat. Or sunday. Or you must use public transits like taxi or bus. 15 mins to MRT BTS.
