The suites are large well appointed and reasonably priced. My wife and I with our two children stayed there. Our suite had two large bedrooms, a huge lounge, two bathrooms, kitchen and laundry. Lots of lights, good air-conditioning, a balcony etc. The service was good, the staff helpful and friendly. The self service breakfast was fairly basic but adequate. The lifts and rooms are card controlled and security was fine. The Wi-Fi worked well except we had to keep re-signing in our devices. We were give four sets of User name Passwords for our many devices, which was enough but repeated logging in was a pain. Wi-Fi reception and speed was good. The only negative during our stay wasn't the fault of the hotel but there was a pesty little Samlo (tuktuk) driver who hangs around the entrance. On our first night we were tired from the flight and not yet in SE Asian mode so we accepted his insistence that he take us to the main street food area for 40 baht. Of course instead he took us to a seafood restaurant which was OK but expensive because the driver got a "coupon' kickback. He was insistent on us using his "brother"'s taxi as well which we resisted. He was a pain until we discovered that the hotel has a card controlled exit into the back lane which we took to avoid him. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the rooms were excellent, we will be staying there next year on our way to our Issan guest house Thailand Painting Holidays:). We have stayed in many Bangkok hotels over the years and this is one of the best.
