Superb service — best staff on the island! Take care of all your needs, advice and tips for Zanzibar included. Rooms very very clean and decorated to the top. Breakfast also great, they have real coffee (no instant, which can be viewed as a rarity there). Only street noise may be a bit nasty, so be prepared to sleep with fan or AC.
