It's a nice hotel. Lots of rooms. Green, quiet, calm. We had a house at the top, the smell of elephants did not feel. They trumpeted once, so did not bother, but on the contrary, it seemed, it is funny. It is better to take a room with a conduit, because even in the off-season, sleep was hot, stuffy, even with the windows ajar. Above the bed weighs a mesh, but the mesh on the windows, too, would not hurt. The soap is given, and the gels, your shampoos. The location is very convenient. Opposite the fruit shop, cafes, massages. Rent a bike 250-200 baht/day. It's 5 minutes to the sea on foot. Elephants are brought there to bathe and entertain the people. The water, however, was a little cloudy. The cost of the total songteo from the pier is 100-80 baht.

Very, very nice place to stay. The place and the room are clean. Good location, don't have the beach but don't miss it, 2 minutes to walk and you have all beaches what you want.

Great place to stay if your on a budget. Nice rooms in a nice garden setting.

Comfortable, good location to sea and everything else in Kae Bae. Coffee, tea and nice staff included, which helped us to find the best transfer option (to Bangkok).
We had a bungalow on the hillside with AC.
Do not miss the associated massage parlor — Sawadikaaaaaaaap.

NOISY NIGHTMARE, NOT Paradise at all! This place has pokey small filthy 'bungalows' which are not seperate in their own right as their false advertising suggests. Smelly. Next to a v. Noisy kareoke bar, I'm all for a bit of social but it was horrific constant noise til 1am every night. The staff are unfriendly, cold and really don't care AT ALL. Yes there is free tea and coffee at reception thats the one and only good thing but there is no peaceful place to sit and drink it! And you are surrounded by miserable staff. The 'balcony' is shared so it is not private and it has a tiny wooden bench. It has a bad vibe here. Stay away. I've stayed in many places in Asia, THIS IS THE WORST. Oh and watch out, the have a zero refund policy too.

I booked the cottage and was very pleased. The room is totally worth the money. Spacious, clean, everything works properly. The air conditioning is quiet, there is a fan, big fridge. Good location. The staff are helpful. Thank you Ken. We checked in earlier, at 12.00. Cottages are a 2-minute walk from the beautiful beach. I recommend it. Other rooms did not see.

Great little bungalows quiet location very good and very friendly staff. Free Coffee and strong Wi-Fi.

Very large hotel area with a bunch of cabins for 2 rooms in each. Lots of greenery and very cozy. But sometimes, with the right wind direction, there is the smell of an ivory farm, but it is rare and only in the numbers on the mountain, which is close to the corral. Cleaning in the room every day, always put each person in the room on a half-liter bottle of water. Wi-Fi is good everywhere, the speed is normal for watching the news feed. No TV channels in Russian. To the beach to go minutes 4-5 foot by foot, PM did not strain. The rooms are small, some hooks are everywhere instead of shelves. The neighbors are heard, as if the door is ajar. The room was very clean and comfortable. And yes, the Condeans are new and work well.

Great place to stay. Kai Bae is the best part of Koh Chang and these bungalows are right in the heart of it. Good clean rooms that are d every day. You can get a massage right across the street and rent a scooter from the front desk. The staff of Khen and Ticki, are welcoming and friendly and will help you with all of your requests.

Price/performance compared to the offers of the environment too bad.

I'm in trouble … On one side, there are a lot of positive feedback (thanks to which I took it for five days) about this hotel and, in principle, it's all there, but I bet it's bad and I wish I could put it back, but the last one's wrong. 1. The sea is very far away. 2. There is virtually no parking lot (for me it's critical). 3. The main rooms at the hotel on the mountain (about 100 meters from reception and going to the hotel), near the Elephant Nursery, at 6 a. M. A tractor is bringing them food and they are joyfully blaring. 4. The bungalow is small at 2 rooms, the sound insulation is questionable, the space is written 15 meters, but it is with shower and toilet, max 12, and in the end the bed is small, the closet is not, and still close (the photos are probably reception). 5 I'm not choosy, but sleeping on such a mattress, I couldn't, in the end, screw the money, go find a place where there are no mattresses. At the next hotel, I as a mattress for five minutes. There's a lot of change in minus, a kind of location on the south slope, and there's not a lot of wind in there or a construction through which you go to a bungalow or a blanket instead of a quilt (shuttle sucks and it's cold, it's suffocating). There are pros, like, a price, a nice area, room cleanliness and friendly staff. Yes, we found the hotel (almost instantly), 200 butt road, but with breakfast and near the sea.

That's a true paradise. Big, very neat, clean, quite and peaceful, plenty of cats for all tastes) ) ) free coffee and tea, the nicest staff ever! Close to the beach where you can swim with baby elephants and swing on the swings above the water. Very comfty bed, cheap massage next door, nice cheap cafeteria with buffet breakfasts for 150 baht, fantastic sea view restaurant 3 min walk. Nothing to complain about. Many thanx to the owner who gave us early check-in.

The place is very beautiful, surrounded by greenery, in nature, 200 meters from the sea. Very very nice.

Very clean and nice rooms, definitely above average. You kind of walk into their garden to get to the rooms, so the place felt secluded in a way even though it was just 50m from the road. Staff was friendly and helpful in the reception. You could even get free coffee there! Try the massage place right next door.
