It's pretty cool place, awesome view and the service are always the best.

Incredible stone structures, 5 star greeters taking the luggage and welcoming with a smile, followed by an entrance and greeting with specialty teas and a fireplace. Entertainment before dinner was spectacular and authentic and personalized. Room with a view, an understatement. Dinner, flavors in every course, service exceptional and exceeding expectations. This is only our first several hours. This is a very very special place. Can’ t wait for tomorrow!

Right on the edge of the crater, the hotel is built to be part of the land and does an excellent job of that, staff friendly, each room has a view of the crater, not friendly for the physically challenged.

This is a special place. Well always remember this place.

This is a the most wonderful place on earth. Super customer service, nice rooms and its a nice place to meet new friends as its always full… I loved the trip to see wild animals and I love the fact that elephants are all around the hotel everytime… I learnt that they are so friendly… Loved the place.

Stunning views of the ngorongoro crater. The staff here are extremely helpful and the food is also great. I would highly recommend this place.

It’s beyond our expectation. Stunning lodge and interior, super friendly staff, really thoughtful services. They would place hot water bottles under our blanket in the evening to warm up our bed. There’s acrobatic show in the bar before dinner. Laundry service was superb (we really needed it after staying in tented camps for 3 nights). Complementary champagne for honeymooners at dinner. We had to leave before breakfast is served and they prepared breakfast boxes for us to take away. Highly recommend Serena Safari Lodge!

This place is amazing. Serena Ngorongoro Lodge top notch. The wild life in the crater spectacular.

The Serena lodge in the fabulous Ngorongora crater is an elegant hotel complex. The food is excellent, the evening masai show is spectacular. You got to live in the crater in order to see the wild animals, it is a long way to descend from the plateau. It is easier to handle as the huge Serengeti. Here the animals has just limited space to move in.

Wow! The lodge is perched on top of the west side of the crater and you are greeted every morning by an incredible vista. Every room faces the crater with its own balcony. The safari into the crater was simply amazing. Large diversity of wildlife. A must!

This is a great place to go down into the crater.

Fantastic location! Each room has an own view on the crater. A room is very comfortable, quite big, clean, tidy and fully loaded. Inside there are radiators because at night temperature can be relevant lower than during a day.

Lodge located on the edge of the crater. Great staff. Great atmosphere. Views of the crater from your room.

My favourite lodge in Tanzania. Lovely rooms, superb food, helpful staff and a lovely hot water bottle placed in your bed in the evening. All rooms look down towards the crater.

Luxury lodge. To go with the most amazing safari. Food is warming and wholesome. An amazing place and setting on the crater edge.
