This place is magnificent. Everything is good. Food, management system, receptionist everything.

It's a stunningly and basking place to enjoy.

The sunset view is so beautiful. I loved everything about this place. Food.

We went there for a coffee at around 10.20 pm yesterday. Waited for almost 15 min for someone to come and attend us. A staff was passing by and we called him and requested if someone could attend us. To our disappointment, we were told the shifts were changing and no one would be able to attend us until 11pm. We decided to just wait until. 11 but requested atleast he could get us the menu so we would be ready with our order. He said he would bring it to us. We waited another 10 min and finally left disappointed.

I spent 15 nights out of 17 nights I spent in Dar-es-Salaam from Nov 28 to Dec 15, 2017. LOCATION, STAFF and how extended is its Wi-Fi gave 5 STARS to Coral Beach. But, I left the premise on Dec 13 while my room was paid till Dec 15. Even though I was careful when I book ed the room on policy regarding reimbursement, I was told I could not get some money out of the 200US. For this and how they did it, Coral Beach gets 2 STARS, not more. I still feel I have been treated unfairly. Hotel easily abusing on guests. I still expect some reparation.

Good views, good food. Service is Abit questionable. But overall a nice place to sit back and enjoy the ocean and sun!

The view. To die for, great service for corporate events and even during your stay. Definitely going back there.

This is a good hotel. Rooms are cleans and I like the style of my room which enables me to see the sea from my bed when curtains are open. The staff is nice and welcoming. 1 star deducted for the breakfast buffet which I feel could be better.

Air condition in the room is noisy and eventually stopped working. The reception keeps interrupting with unnecessary calls. Tv channels are all Indian. Breakfast menu is so limiting. Bathroom smells of drainage. I had a bathtub I could not use coz there was no water stopper.
But enjoyed the serene environment eventually and beach side view.

Have been struggling to get an invoice out of this hotel! I need to supply it to my employer and no one is responding to my request! This after I had to wait an hour for change and almost missed my flight! Can someone please contact me urgently.

Right at the end of msasani penensula in Dar! Rooms are spacious enough! With a water front view and a makeshift sand area to chill! The restaurant serves good food. I would recomend their salad.

One of the best place to stay n look for sunset. Their services also are so exceptional. Nice drinks n food with reasonable price.

It is a very good hotel in an upscale area. You will get a very good service and customer care if you have a white or pick nose.

I am still staying at Coral Beach. This is my 4th time in as many months each is for 2 weeks at a time. It is a wonderful place the staff are incredibly warm and welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are very comfortable especially the beds which are fantastic. I will recommend this hotel to any one coming to Dar Es Salaam you will not be disappointed.

Very good fish and sea food. Service is slow but the view is amazing and you won’t be bored waiting.

I'd give it a 3.5 star rating. The room's safe never worked, seems the batteries were dead and the follow-up to the service call was poor. Finally never got it fixed at all. The TV couldn't synch with the cable/satellite box, I didn't bother with that after the room-safe experience. The ironing board and box are conjoined in a very interesting way. The ironing board was broken, it couldn't stand and since I couldn't use the iron separately from the board, I just had to soldier on creased clothes and all. The hotels menu is good but the chef in the kitchen makes the meals fall short of the mark. Medium to well steaks should be just that, not have burnt portions and rare portions all on the same steak. AND chicken should never have any traces of being rare at all — that's a lawsuit waiting to happen. Service recovery was great for the blunder on the steak though. Great beds too, I might add. All-in-all great potential.

The cocktails are mediocre but the night time vibe is exciting and fun. There is lots of space for children to play and it's a good location for a family day out.

This hotel is best described as Home Away from Home. Because of my pleasant stay Coral Beach hotel from 2 to 24 March 2018 I fell in love with Dar Essalam & in Tanzania in general. I will not hesitate to recommend this hotel for friends and colleagues from Canada & the USA to stay in the hotel on business and/or pleasure.

Nice place with friendly personel and good food. The air conditioning is quite noisy. The bathroom needs repairing — there was some glass door in the middle of nothing. The swimming pool was in repairing. The beach is really nice, but forget about going into the ocean — the water is too dirty. Really nice solution with a lot of open air spaces including the hotel floors.

Excellente hôtel. The food is Good, everything is clean. I really envoyed my stay.

Very good hotel, Excellent location, cool sea breeze in the afternoons. This makes the terrace and rooms balcony a pleasant place to be in an otherwise very hot Dar es Salaam. And the service is excellent.

Furnitings in room are past their prime. Strong mold smell in room. A/C leaks. Key card did not work. Nice breakfast, nice location. Loud disco music until midnight on last night for private party who rented grounds.

This by far holds the flag as the best beach in Dar es salaam, the views and scenery this place offers are mind-blowing especially during sunsets, the food and drinks are amazing the staff are amazing, I love the seating near the beach, the food menu has alot to select from, it's located at a very romantic calm place, cool and vibrant. The breeze and sun at the right mathematics, worth the visit and experience, the perfect weekend get away Spot.

One of the best places to watch the beautiful sunset right at the Indian ocean. It was recently expanded and made Cozy and also very good for family outings. BWCBH has a rich fresh sea food menu and other exotic food. Excellent restrooms, well cared for. The parking unfortunately isn't enough during high visitor turn up, you will struggle to get good parking.

The hotel is located right at the beach. From the entrance the staff are very welcoming right to directing you to various areas within the hotel, in addition the place has well marked areas so it is easy to locate the rooms, marquee, gym facilities et al. The views across the ocean are splendid and to die for. The food is sumptuous and a lot in relation to the price. Worth a visit.

The most delicious food among all 4 stars hotel and good customer services. Wonderful ocean view and that cold fresh air will make u enjoy ur stay.

Very nice hotel in a quiet and safe location. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. There is a pool with sun loungers only unfortunately no beach in the immediate vicinity. Otherwise, I can recommend the hotel in any case.

Amazing service, great view. Some minor details were missing in my room — struggled with warm water for instance, hence not 5 star rating. Rooms are well equipped for business trips — ironing board etc. Lots of water. Hotel is in close proximity of lots of major businesses.

Very good service and good for all business trips, my favourite time was dinner at the terrace to the seaside with relaxing atmosphere, gym, room all clean and silent.

Beautiful buffet breakfast offered during the weekends till 11am. The view is beautiful and relaxing. The service is quick and professional. I enjoyed working on the balcony overlooking the beach. Price wise $$ — $$$

Mostly nice — but very expensive. At that price point the small things start to matter, and when they constantly get them wrong it ruins the experience.

Whilst the hotel has its scenic position next to the estuary which is a plus, I am much in agreement with other postings, in that it is expensive, the rooms are getting dated and in need of some TLC and having now stayed at all Best Western branded hotels, my opinion is that there are better options to choose if you are wanting to patronize the Best Western brand in Dar es Salaam.

Its such a beautful place with nice designed rooms.

My company and I are on our way, to Barrick Mine Site in Buswagi and we had to stop here to take a break from all our flying so idk if its that we are all tired or in need of a bed but non the less the people, the rooms and the look of the place was very beautiful and an amazing place especially with the harsh city around it, this is luxury (if you have been where I am you would understand why I say what I say) and I absolutely enjoyed my stay here even if it was for a night, the employees were on top of any and everything when I or my co-workers needed it and the rooms were very nice so any of you who give this place any bad comments, well then your just stuck up selfish people and have no clue what its like to have less than comfortable, so I give this place 5 stars, makai loa! Mahalo a nui Coral Beach Club, aloha a hui hou! :P.

I recently stayed at Coral Beach while on business in Dar. My stay was for two weeks. I enjoyed a room in the older portion of the hotel, with a balcony directly in front of the bay. Absolutely beautiful view! The room was spacious, clean, colorful and inviting, with enough storage to accommodate clothing. All electronics were in good working order. Air conditioner works very well and will freeze you. However, they advertisement states all rooms have irons and ironing boards (which is encouraging for business travelers) but unfortunately they kept removing mine from the room. I was always able to access the internet from my own computer without interruption. No power outages. The staff is friendly and attentive. One of the room attendants, Mohammad, was especially helpful and always, most efficiently attended to my needs. The food in general was good, though it would be nice to have more "Swahili Food" options. Fresh fruit, meats cereals and breads on the hot breakfast buffet and made to order requests are taken. After a few days the attentive staff knows your likes and dislikes and will ask if you prefer your usual? There is a small pool, bar and outside lounging area near the waterfront w/a vibrant floral garden. Again absolutely amazing day and night views! The managerial staff is very friendly and is happy to help you with any issues, often asking how things are, upon greeting you daily. Yes, Oyster Bay is outside of the city center area. Thank goodness.
