The room smells wrong cause there's no window. The fat receptionist is very inflexible. Cleaner services are very poor!

The hotel is quite promising since the management is under Forward Group. However, the hotel needs a major improvement in the following: 1. Hotel Facilities — the hotel is very old and smelly. Rooms are not sound proof, so you can hear everything outside. Windows are broken, thats why a large mosquitos also occupy some space in our room.
