Family-run holiday apartments 200 meters from the Como Late with very friendly and accommodating owner. We stayed for a week in one of the ground floor apartments. The building has been recently renovated and we found the apartment in an excellent shape (clean and usefully furnished). I reckon the standard is around the high end of 3-star mark. The facilities in general seemed very well maintained, for example I believe the outdoor pool has been cleaned daily.
