Everything was absolutely perfect. The rooms are beautiful and what a view! All the staff is very attentive, it is becoming rare nowadays. And what about the bar 😍 just beautiful.

We were in the Swiss Diamond for the twelfth time and it was as always perfect.
Great room with lake view, spacious bathroom with modern shower.
Breakfast super tasty and in the restaurant noble dinner.
The staff is super nice, they do everything they can to make you feel comfortable.
Our dog was also Willkommnen.
In summer it is the perfect holiday place, sun lounger between hotel pool and private jetty, with free pedalo.

Very nice hotel directly on the lake. Rooms very large with beautiful views. In the room, everything your heart desires is vohanden. Quiet location, no restaurants, shops nearby.
Breakfast buffet delicious, but not a great selection.
Due to the current situation, the wellness area, gym and restaurant was closed. We were a bit annoyed because we paid a lot of money for our planned wellness wknd and couldn't cancel and didn't get a discount.

Reception truly special environment in the beautiful spectacular view and a great wellness area.

We wanted to celebrate our 2nd wedding anniversary with nice atmosphere and live music. Even though the temperature dropped significantly since the last summer days the performance still took place at the outside pool bar. The ambience is very nice — however the two musicians were in fact only one guitarist and a singer who (it was a girl) seemed more of a decoration than really singing! Th whole evening she performed only about 4 songs out of 20 and enjoyed more the breaks than the audience! A hint did not help to motivate her and a particular music wish was just ignored rather than excused that it was not in their repertoire. We just felt betrayed for an evening full of joy and happiness — at the end even the rather expensive drinks did not taste well anymore. Unfortunately it seems the Hôtel is loosing it’s focus on clients — we learned our lessons: not to come back and enjoy our evening in LUGANO or Milan instead of spending time on the road to reach the offsite Hôtel! What a shame!

The rooms are very small. Undoubtedly the location is beautiful as well as the pool. The staff are very friendly and very welcoming. Since I leave Milan I would not sleep there anymore Mma I would gladly spend the day in the pool.

Great rooms overlooking the lake, helpful staff, the rooms always have apples and water of 2 kinds (bottles in glass) wonderful spa complex — saunas, hammam 2 views — dry and wet, pool, Jacuzzi, spa coolers with water, as well as mint water and hot grass infusion, apples. The outdoor pool is combined with a restaurant and a beach area by the lake. Descend into the lake through bridges. The lake is clear. There is a catamaran for walking on the lake.

The worst stay in Switzerland. Average breakfast, outdated rooms, bad service on reception. Stayed from 7th to 8th of May.

Very friendly staff. Room very clean everything works. Very fine food. The bar with live music is very tasteful. Parking in front of the hotel. Highly recommended.

Perfect chillout destination for the full wallet.

Perfect stay. Large room very comfortable with panoramic view of the lake. At this season (mid-January), few guests in the hotel. So the staff, really attentive is to the small care. Gourmet Restaurant on the sixth floor. Good meal card, but relatively few choices. Quite expensive all the same. We were accompanied by a small dog, accepted just in the room, too bad. It could just have been tolerated at the bar (almost empty in our passage), which also offered a very nice musical animation).

Very well located by the lake, beautiful rooms quiet and cosy super comfort. The service is at the height of the stars, warm and helpful. Breakfast, super copious and fresh produce. Also included for our children.

Really enjoyed with my family the place and the service. All was perfect and we felt like a king family in its kingdom. Great place for kids too. View is beautiful and rooms are spacious. So all good.

An excellent hotel, service was very good. A courtesy bus to take you into Lugano. A beautiful lake right in front of it also. There is a nice spa on the — 1 level which we used every day of our stay included in the price.

Top of the top at all levels!

We stayed here two weeks ago for my birthday. Fantastic hotel, great service and the food was amazing. Not to mention the most stunning views I have seen from our lovely balcony.
Would highly recommend this hotel and we will be coming back!
Only negative was that there were no tea and coffee making facilities in the room.

Definitely a chic place, for fine palates. A breathtaking view of Lake Ceresio. A restaurant and hotel for special occasions: excellent service, careful choice of dishes and wines. Who tries to come back, sure!

A beautiful place with a very nice staff. I flew from Chicago last April and stayed there for a couple days. The view was breath-taking like a Panorama! This is a must visit hotel!

The bar has poor choice of wines by the glass at disproportionate cost. The bar service is terrible. After giving a greek salad topped with pepperoni, the chef wanted to insist that I am right. Before I ordered I asked specifically the ingredients and they told me: "the classics". And then I find a whole pepper! All for 20 francs.
The room only had a surface on which to place bags. No Chair and no space to move around in the room where I was.
The front desk failed to fulfill a request for a pill for a headache.

Great service and hospitality. Rooms lived up to expectations. Recommended.
