Family Hotel. Attentive and helpful boss. Simple and clean rooms. Some a little small. Friendly staff. Swimming pool, deckchairs, sun loungers. Excellent breakfast and no extra charge.

Great service, nice and helpful staff. Great location with pool and beautiful garden. Perfect for bike enthusiasts. Great food at the restaurant and barbecues in the pool on the weekend

Good hotel, very good location. We were just eating there. The staff were very friendly and helpful. What you can also enjoy is a great terrace where you can sunbathe, take a dip in the pool and taste something. I think it was a good thing to come. To repeat.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Delfino. The rooms were clean and spacious, the food was delicious, and the pool was a welcome and refreshing break from the heat. We will be back! Sincerely, The Gords.

The room is clean and spacious. Breakfast served in the room on request, which is a + for the services offered.
However, it is not advisable to pay the reservation with a pre-payment card if you wish to pay cash. Indeed, the amount of guarantee is blocked within the next few minutes, while it must wait about 5 days so that the amount silk unlocked in case of cash payment at the hotel. With a normal credit card we do not have this problem, one is seldom to the limit allowed.

Room very well appointed, this space is all there is. The staff at the reception is attentive and pleasant, positive things, most speak several languages, very nice. As the information were wanted, we took the boat, and then visited also Locarno,
very pleasant stay.

I stayed only one night. Give a judgment for a period so reduced, to be honest it is difficult. However, I appreciated the care of the structure and the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. The buffet breakfast is very good, and the staff very attentive to every need. Congratulations.

We stayed in this hotel for the second time. A cosy, clean, with an excellent restaurant, comfortable rooms, decorated with taste, the bathroom large and clean with a bath and shower. Not far from the lake, the town centre and station. Breakfast was excellent with lots of fresh produce. Staff really friendly, helpful with every request. I will certainly return, thank you for the pleasant stay in your hotel.

Price of wines a little pricey. Nice atmosphere. The best is to come back when the pool will be open and the boats in circulation.

Great location Staff very nice and helpful. Ideal location in the centre of Lugano. Public Transport in front of the door. Possibility of professional massage on request. The meal options are really very good. Breakfast is very generous in its choice; The menus and the options at the menu at night are excellent. Wine card too. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

Room small but nice. To feel good. Staff supernice and helpful… ranging from reception to maid service. Frühstäck very good and great choice 5 stars for these services… would have liked to have a total of 5 stars but the restaurant was for us the absolute disaster… long wait though only 10 people were there with us. Well then you had time to look at what's fine. That's why we decided to take spaghetti al Aglio and veal sliced with fresh porcini mushrooms as the portions were plentiful at ubserem neighbouring table… far from it… Spaghetti without taste and we counted them. Say and write 25 cooked noodles for the price of 17 CHF. Then due coronation… Sliced… supposedly fresh porcini mushrooms that turned out to be pampige mass and here also 5 pieces of meat… not freshly prepared but lueblose frozen food and that for 38 francs… Staff did not go on a conversation but conceded and also moved NE pout when there was no tip… Conclusion! A maximum of 2 stars and we will nichmal superior to it…

Was already there 2 times, the staff is always very hospitable in the pool I was unfortunately never but siet very clean and cared for and the rooms are always cleaned very clean.

Very friendly and helpful staff. They were helping with any questions we had, especially how to get to locations. Great venue in excellent location, walking distance to downtown or use free bus pass. Room was quiet and with Lakeview.

Very well located — quiet — two communicating rooms ideal for family — good furnitures in the room : with desk — minibar — enough wardrobe.

Sometimes with the offers Magicbox and others we are a little disappointed with the counterpart. Here, quality reception, nice room and location of the hotel finally not so punitive. Thank you for the free travel ticket on public transport.

It's okay. A hotel, good location, but a bit noisy because of the repairs that took place at the railway line. The trains themselves are surprisingly silent, you can almost not hear them, even when you stand just 20 meters away. The breakfast was extremely old fashioned. One half of the breads were dry and had no taste at all, the other, Italian style ones, were nice. The breakfast room must have been styled in the nineties and did not get any upgrade since then. The room itself was fine and had a good flat screen HD TV and a balcony. What upset me a little bit was the pricey parking situation. 18 CHF for one day in a hotel garage is too much.

Very nice hotel, excellent pool and location. The buses are very easy to figure out and the front desk staff are super helpful. We found the room just perfect.

I accidentally discovered and selected the hotel Delfino. The rooms are modern and very clean. The staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a large, eclectic choice. I highly recommend this hotel to all Luganoreisenden.

Custom-made meals for my kids Age 3 and 7 at the restaurant in the hotel. The owner came around and make sure we were well taken care of, it was nice to speak with an English speaking person that has lived in the US for a while and studied culinary arts and hotel business. As you can tell from my notes, he spent some time with us while we were staying at the hotel would highly recommend!

Overall a wondeful experience. Friendly and attentive staff, clean room with good AC, good breakfast, great location with easy bus access and the pool was fab! Will highly recommend and hope to be back soon!
