only flaw that with this cold we had the bathroom with the heater off. It is not a 2 star hotel that could happen a cold room (never gone anyway) but a 4 star and find me in the cold … no comment.

Very good spacious hotel room with super nice clean and friendly staff balcony, always smiling and worrying about our desires.
Pool and garden and in addition to the terrace a typical Tesinian Grotto with a very accessible menu of local specialties.
Hearty breakfasts with a variety of dishes available always served discreetly by available staff.
One can only recommend this hotel for holiday stays as close to transport services.

Impeccable service, nice room with space bcp, high quality kitchen. Small flat slippery bathtub. You had to ask for a non-slip mat or if mobility was reduced, a disabled room with all the security. Good to know for next time. To recommend.

Very nice hotel by the lake, you can go to the city center walking. The view from the balcony is breathtaking, you can see the mountains and lake. Rooms were very clean and tidy and the stuff were very nice, pleasant and very helpful especially Mariam and laila. I highly recommend to stay in this hotel and experience the joyable stay.

Very nice hotel next to the lake. Well located and with a very nice poolside setting with free parking. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Breakfast is full and varied. Unfortunately, this happiness has a price and you have to pay a small sum to enjoy this pleasure.

I stayed at this hotel for 4 days of training. Very nice Hotel in a nice location. Very large parking lot with lots of car seats. Special mention for the reception staff, always very polite, welcoming and smiling.

It was held the annual conference on tax News 2018 and I found myself quite well, the staff is very friendly and the property is well maintained.

I stopped for one night, rated five stars for tidy and clean rooms, with a nice entrance to see worthy of four stars, located in an area near the lake and in the center of Lugano, of course with private parking.

Not good for group tour. You have to drag your luggage a long way from the car park. Also the bed is quite small, queen size I think.

Classic hotel, cosy rooms, and relaxed atmosphere. Free parking and a nice, romantic pizzeria. Only complain, service couldn't provide an alternative for laundry when I just needed an iron…

This is a really nice hotel. Friendly staff, nice and clean rooms. The breakfast was also good.

Very good location, extensive Zmorgenbuffet as well as good evening meals. Unfortunately, the thread was torn out of the shower head, which made it impossible to shower. I put the defective shower head on the bathroom, but it was not replaced.

Keg Restaurant was once a guarantee of quality food and service. Returned after years and tremendous disappointment. Infinite waiting time, wrong order twice for the little girl. Under all expectations a disappointment! Staff not up to the height and listless. Really a shame.

The hotel is pleasant in the common parts and quiet but it is the kindness of the staff to make it unique.

Vey friendly and accomodating staff. Rooms have great ambiance, though too much space. Atmosphere given by the coloring and dim lighting of hallways give an unwelcomed creepy feeling to hotel residents. Food is exquisite. Overall nice hotel, but could still be improved.

We were only so 'okay' satisfied with the hotel. We (2 adults) had a junior suite which was quite the name just in terms of facilities and size. We had a great balcony with a beautiful view. Cleanliness etc. Everything was good, however the bathroom was not meeting our expectations. About 3-4qm small and arranged in such a way that it is practically hard for two.
Apart from that we but nothing more found the breakfast buffet although ok. Populated was often far too late, so that for example you Before the juice, but had no glasses. Or also coffee was served to the table, but had no cups. :) The express was not even noticed and we then had us themselves that get out of the kitchen.
But overall a good hotel with very nice staff and erwartungsgemässer equipment — up to the size of the bathroom. :)

Its realy good place to stay in lugano very comfoy and lovely stuff & friendly, maryam was really good helper for all the custm who needs any info or any service need to be provided just call maryam and she will get what aver u need done & the Wi-Fi is the best of the best.

Quiet, clean and good restaurant. Breakfast is average.

Wifi is heavily restricted. Chrome will not work. SSH will not work. I got several SSL certificat errors. If you are a security and privacy aware person you avoid this hotel. Proxying connections via tor works for bypassing those restricions though.

Great location and ready to go to Italy. Area with Italian atmosphere. Like it.
