Very nice staff, very friendly. Small place and looks a bit run down outside but extremely clean and well kept on the inside. Food is basic but good, breakfast had a good range, although coffee could be better. Overall good!

Good location. Looks old but clean. No AC at rooms so its kinda hot and humid at night it should be cheaper.

We were so happily surprised at what a great hotel this was considering the price was so much cheaper than other places we looked in Montreaux. Family-owned is what makes it special because you care so much about the quality. Thank you! The location worked out perfectly for our friends who we wanted to spend time with. It was easy for them to pick us up.

We spent a few days here in late May. Family run so the care for the quality of the rooms and building and guest experience is high. Newly renovated, nice touches, so friendly, great breakfast, easy access to auto route if you are driving but also by local bus quickly down the hill to Montreux. This will most certainly be our go-to anyone we return! So much more than we expected based on the rate that is low for Montreux.

Frankly the top of the top! Young, professional and full of goodwill team. Very nice setting and delicious food.

Menus of the day friendly, service not always very fast.

Very nice and inexpensive place to stay while visiting the area. We were especially pleased with the restaurant recommendation (Le Globe) the two women at the front desk gave us. It was a nice little non-touristy restaurant and we really enjoyed eating there and speaking with Nanda.

Nice place! Good food! Very Clean!

Only downfall was no air conditioner, however I really loved the open air windows (would be nice if they had screens to keep out the bugs). Very cozy and clean hotel. Free parking was a plus.

Good hotel. Nice spacious room and bathroom. Very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Very comfortable 2 night stay here. Breakfast is not included. Carries a charge of $15 per person if you want to eat here. We didn't bother. Overall great place to stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would recommended it highly. The staff is friendly, Jean Phillip at the reception was very helpful and accommodating to our needs. The location is good since it's right next to a bus stop but can be a matter of inconvenience on weekends when their restaurant is closed and there aren't any other food joints at a walkable distance. Although we were recommended few nearby ones that delivered (we ordered from a pizza place). The breakfast spread at hotel de chailly restaurant is good. The room was very cosy and clean. Since discovering Montreux and nearby area more during our this time we are tempted to come again and might end up staying here owing the good service and room.

Excellent service!. Rooms are clean and the location is a little away from Montreux but can be easily accessed by bus.

We were a group of 20 people. Impeccable service and food. We had the choice with the menu of the day between a fish, a meat or a vegetarian dish. There was something for everyone!

The hotel is near the highway (but not noisy at all) and they have a great cook in the restaurant.
