The dinner in the dining room is ok. You can't eat and decide there and Chf 20 will then be deducted, is not so forced to eat there, and has no drawback. Usually can be selected from 2 menus, you must decide on the previous day. Both contain meat. I have previously asked if there are vegetarian offerings, and then I get an extra veggie card (but then only I was allowed to choose) with about 6 dishes for a week is still ok. Wednesday is a great Buffet, unfortunately, almost anything with meat. Starter there was nothing without meat except for salad. In the morning, there is a Buffing with different types of jams, breads and muesli and cheese and meat. The hotel's own Pizzeria is great. Each guest will receive a public TRANSPORT card which covers a huge area and on all buses and trains in the area and all mountain tracks we have used in about 7 trips (think a few that are not). Otherwise, the mountain would be insanely expensive. As a result, the Engadinerhof is probably the best Hotel in Pontresina. The Hotel is beautifully decorated and the most beautiful toilet in the entrance area, that I have ever visited to see/. The owner of the hotel is the guests very close to you and talk with you. My family and I come every year gladly again here :)
