Well located, cozy rooms, friendly staff. The dining room is reminiscent of the times of the Grande hotel industry. Absolutely recommended!

Hotel located downtown, and well connected. Very spacious and clean rooms. Restaurant deserves, we enjoyed great courses. Space pizza.

This hotel is amazing, right in the center of St. Moritz. Thanks to the super kind receptionist, we got an upgrade to a fantastic room with an astounding view of the lake. The personnel is very kind and helpful at all times. The only problem with this hotel is that we never wanted to leave… :-)

It is just amazing with snow fall, great place to relax and enjoy the peace. Walk around the lake, listen to the music… for me it's the best wonderland ever. great place to get away from all buildings, traffic, dramas and stress…

Hotel has already come a bit into the days but everything is well maintained. Apparently, refurbishment work is under way. Come back very gladly!

Very friendly and helpful staff, comfortable garage, communicates directly with the reception, located in the center, has a shuttle service with the station where you can take the famous red train of the Bernina. Breakfast rich with different choices of sweet and salty, only missing the toaster. Spacious rooms with balcony and TV, Wi-Fi available. Bottle of water in homage to the reception, and also an apple.

La struttura è in posizione molto comoda nel centro di Pontresina e a pochi minuti da st. Moritz. Le camere sono confortevoli, la colazione abbondante e il personale simpatico, gentile e veramente molto disponibile. Possibili le navette da/ per la vicina stazione. Struttura dotata di garage in opzione.

Highly recommended! Rather 4 stars than 3 stars. Central location in the village. Quiet. Very clean. Staff speaks German as well. Bus stop, pharmacy, ski rental, ATM, tourist office, supermarket, shops, etc. — all nearby. By car or (ski) bus and train, ski and hiking areas can be reached quickly. Beginner's slope right behind the hotel. We (3 pers. ) checked in there for the 4th time for the ski holiday (junior suite) and not for the last time. Rooms are very well renovated. Very good beds/mattresses. Excellent food early and in the evening! Breakfast room with Mountain View. Although only small wellness area with only a few rest possibilities, but effective: hot steam sauna with lots of steam and Finnish rehashing sauna 85 degrees as well as 2 very good whirlpools — all fully adequate after a ski or hiking day. In-house, unfortunately close, underground garage (8 CHF/day). Super Service: You can always get-free! — Take apples and 0, 5 litres of water bottles. There are minimal blemishes, such as the loud BadLüftung or a non-attached hook. I can recommend internet searches; You will find much cheaper package deals than directly at the hotel.

Price/performance is great class. Informal atmosphere.

Very nice hotel in the best location of Pontresina. Nice room with balcony. Excellent evening meal (half board is recommended). Delicious breakfast that leaves nothing to be desired. Very friendly and helpful staff. We are completely satisfied!

Well, the locale was obviously beautiful. The rooms were modern, efficient, and oh, so comfortable! The restaurant and bar service was excellent, and the Aperol spritzers were a great day-ender!

Breakfast could be better. Apart that, the hotel is modern, comfortable and well furnished… I would recommend it!

Friendly staff, nice and right direction for the good view. You must not miss the sauna. We love it — always a must go every night when we come back from outside.

Friendly staff, good breakfast selection, great views from the room. Would highly recommend having the 3 course dinner at the hotel, we dined there both nights and the meals were excellent and well priced.

The perfect place to be at in Pontresina. Very good facilities, friendly staff, pick n drop from the station, big spacious and fancy rooms and a perfect elaborate continental breakfast. Icing on the cake is the Alpine view from the hotel rooms. Its gorgeous!

Absolutely loved our stay here. The staff were wonderful, the food was excellent in both the restaurant and the breakfast buffet and we were sorry to be moving on when our time to leave came around.

Decent hotel in the center of Pontresina with good public transport acces. They also offers an underground parking place for arrivals by car.

An all round first class hotel with excellent facilities, attentive and friendly staff and a lovely view of the lake. It's only shortcoming is not facilities in the rooms for making tea.

Beautiful Hotel lived up to expectations! Location in pedestrian area; spacious and spotlessly clean with excellent service!
It has everything you need at a reasonable rate to be in Switzerland.
During the summer there are also included free access to public transport passes, including a portion of the Bernina Express train and the lifts.
We'll be back for sure.
