Good food, friendly staffs, nice rooms.

Were guests from Thursday to today, and were received so friendly. A big compliment to the whole staff very friendly, and the kitchen was great again. Highly recommended. It was great again 👍👍Friendly greetings Silvia & Karl Kümin.

It was a dream for us and just perfect. Since we were Sunday to Monday, it was quiet and we were able to really recharge our batteries. The wellness area is exactly in the perfect size. The service super. Massage really professional. Eat very fine. We'll be back!

Sehr sehr gutes Hotel. Ruhige Lage. Nettes und kompetentes Personal. Große, moderne Zimmer. Exzellentes Frühstück! Sauber. Schwimmbad vorhanden und kostenlos. Whirlpool draußen. Hatte ein Zimmer mit Terrasse. Fliegen Gitter vor der Tür so das vernünftig gelüftet werden kann. Große Auswahl an Kopfkissen. Minibar im Zimmer (kann als Kühlschrank missbraucht werden).

Unfortunately, we have had bad experiences. We had booked for 2 nights, unfortunately we had a very loud extended family right next door who didn't let us sleep. Since the hotel was fully booked we could not go to another room. We decided to leave the first night. As goodwill we were credited one night and promised to discuss this with the management, but we heard nothing more. Something like that shouldn't happen in a golf — wellness hotel in this price range.

Very nicely located hotel, clean and functional rooms, good value for money. Why three stars — we probably always have some bad luck in this hotel. On the last night, the guests in the adjoining room probably had a somewhat too hearty party. Sleeping was hard to think of and when the window was closed it became too hot in the room.

Ideal place to escape from everyday life for a short time. Everything very clean and tidy. The complex is large enough to find a quiet place.
The offer of food in the restaurant is top.

In principle, a very good house. Very friendly staff and top location. 4 stars only because there is a lack of little things that would not have to be. Example: Room (bed) was garnished with rose petals. Very nice but unfortunately they were artificial leaves. Then prefer a fresh rose, which is more romantic than plastic stuff! … As I said: Little things!

Very nice hotel including grounds.
The rooms are modern and have a spacious bathroom.
The restaurant is welcoming and the food and wine are delicious. Also find the mix with buffet and operation top.
The wellness oasis is very nice. It is large and clean. Unfortunately, it had too few loungers in the relaxation area or these were occupied even though the people were not there.
The fitness area, however, was disappointing. It only had a very small range of devices and no weights either.
The service in the whole hotel is very friendly and professional.
We are coming, despite the proud price, for sure once again.

Great brunch for all needs. I was very surprised when they charged us 18. — for water which was on the table when we arrived, it should be normal that only ordered food and beverages make it to the bill.

Stayed for four hours at the spa and enjoyed it very much. The only drawback, it was well booked, therefore all Liegeflächenen were well staffed. Pure Relaxation.

A professionally managed hotel from reception to departure. Dinner was a culinary delight at a high level and the breakfast plentiful.
The rooms are modern and comfortable. For a wellness hotel, however, something lacks the coziness. It seems more like a business hotel.
The wellness area is large and modern. The somewhat impractical arrangement does not completely leave you to rest.

We were in the evening in the wellness area which is absolutely top. At the bar in the restaurant we were somewhat rudely "cleared" as the lady would prefer to entertain with "her" guests. Not professional in such a nice hotel.

Very nice hotel, modern rooms with pleasant lighting, large balcony with best view, comfortable bathrooms with elevated temperature, curtains, night curtains and blinds, spacious wardrobes. For the top equipment the TV is a little small. At the dividing wall to the bathroom is a part of frosted glass, someone goes to the bathroom, the bed is heavily lit, can be tedious. Staff always friendly, kitchen excellent. Would love to come back.

We had a very pleasant stay.
Very accommodating staff. Good infrastructure. Good restaurant. For a great many guests cooking at 14 Gault Millau level is a challenge, for example, On Saturday evening.

Very nice hotel, large and very well maintained rooms. The Wellness area offers a wide range of services. We got all the information at check-in in the form of a clearly arranged information sheet. Completely satisfied and therefore absolutely recommended!

Amazing hotel in a great location.

We were in the day spa during the spring holidays — unfortunately this time it was a totally flopp. In the morning we spoke on the phone and asked if it was still possible. No problem, the lady said, and she would reserve a table for us at noon. In the morning we came and moved for fitness, but what was there? A conference room — on demand we heard that the next 2 days no fitness was offered. I think that if you call in the morning or at the latest on arrival, you have to mention it — after all, you pay for it. Dannach we are just on the outside — but you couldn't talk a bit there, because next door there was extremely noisy construction work. That, too, should be mentioned in the foregoing. We would certainly have come on a different date. Are then to the reception to complain, because at least about the fitness one would have to be informed after all. But didn't come much… I think at least one coffee to eat or something should have been donated. Well, this stay and especially the customer service on the day left a lot to be desired. Other stays there were already much more angenher! Food and restaurant is always great there, although it was forgotten to make a reservation for us, although she specifically mentioned it in the morning…

A great hide away just I e hour from home (Zurich). Spa is very nice, the staff very friendly. The service in the restaurant excellent. Food could have a bit more carachter / spice.

The facilities were excellent, the rooms beautiful and very spacious. But! The food choices in restaurant very limited and quite pricy. There was also some form of racism — guests not going into the water while we were in, reception treated us differently and almost did not provide shuttle service to train station knowing there is no other public transport, etc. I think the staff reacted to the demands of their anti-foreign SWISS guests who were not very open to Africans (us).

Already, the splash with cider was awesome! Then, the room was top modern and very spacious.
The spa was very and saunas were never crowded. Cleanliness and friendliness are capitalized. The spa area is also a snacks available. The indoor swimming pool is suitable for the swim.
The hotel restaurant Lion d' Or serve premium seasonal food products from the region (see separate review).
In brief, it is from the hotel by car to Lake Constance or in Germany. Many beautiful places in the area.
The hotel can be recommended to 100%.

The Spa (service & infrastructure) is at a very good level. At the restaurant, also the operation as well as kitchen is true. Unfortunately they charged a "table charge" (for 6 persons CHF 60) here in Lipperswil, if you have a table at the front of the window would, even if the reservation is made months in advance. This is not at all common in the Switzerland.

Hotel, Restaurant und vor allem Wellness Anlage wunderschön. Exzellenter Service und ausgezeichnetes Abend Essen. Umfangreiches, perfektes Frühstücksbuffet. Besuch wird sehr empfohlen!

Very nice and relaxing spa hotel. Excellent gastronomy! Very attentive and friendly staff which discreetly and quickly fulfills every wish. The hotel has a convenient size so that you always place area in the Spa. Great treatments and very good in-house products. Sauna is not overcrowded. Depending on the season is painfully divided even among themselves — very well. Visit it at least every year 1-2 times. To recommend also: new year's Eve package! There is trumped up culinary again!

Fantastic! Wonderful Spa, food was fabulous, service very friendly and obliging. Huge rooms (almost too big, because they work partly empty, is but a matter of taste). A few mistakes here and there, but really fantastic. Is priced slightly raised, but the offer is, in this sense, the price — to-performance ratio is very good but just not low-budget,.

Am always happy in the GOLF PANORAMA Lipperswil. It feels very comfortable, it has very friendly staff and super you can relax from everyday! Also the hiking possibilities are great, and the way to Constance not too far. Look forward to take time off every now and again a couple of days.
