Hôtel Victoria is chalet-style hotel set in a spacious garden with very good behaviour. The family hotel is situated in the centre of the quiet village of Vercorin. The 3 star hotel has 16 standard rooms and 5 romantic rooms in different typical wooden farm buildings from Wallis. The site acquires a particular charm by combining the comfort and authentic elements. From each room you have a view to the old village and the mountains, all set in a peaceful setting. Welcome to the Victoria where the time seems has stopped. We have a private spa (unique experience only by reservation).

➜ I had a relaxing time happiness and I did not think that such a place existed in Vercorin beautiful places bravoooo and thank you.
We came to Vercorin for a romantic reviews for the Victoria Retreat & Spa were very good and we chose this place for our stay.
Let me start with what was good:
— the food in the restaurant was extraordinary
— the lady and gentlemen doing the massages in the spa were absolutely fantastic
— the rooms was very nice and clean
Now what did we not like about our stay:
— the service in the restaurant was dreadful
— we asked for a table for dinner for 20:30 — we were told that 19:00 was the latest
— we first ordered white wine and then moved on to red; the waitress poured the new wine into the same glasses we had our white wine in
— we ordered a cheese platter and a parfait for dessert; the cheese platter had a massive hair in it and the parfait was served much later then the cheese. When we asked for the dessert to come together we were told by the owner that it is common practice to have the cheese before. When we questioned it the owner was very arrogant and unfriendly
— we went for breakfast (well within the time when breakfast is served) ; we had to fight for coffee cups, plates, bread, etc.
