The 3 star hotel has 16 standard rooms and 5 romantic rooms in different typical wooden farm buildings from Wallis. The site acquires a particular charm by combining the comfort and authentic elements. From each room you have a view to the old village and the mountains, all set in a peaceful setting. Welcome to the Victoria where the time seems has stopped. We have a private spa (unique experience only by reservation).

The staff is extremely unprofessional. Due to very poor communication and an unauthorized credit card payment I payed twice. Even after promises made in multiple emails and phone calls, after two months still no repayment. During our stay the internet/Wi-Fi all of a sudden wasn't working anymore. After calling the reception it turned out no personnel was available to fix it. After an investigation by myself a few hours later, as no personnel was present in the hotel, it turned out the last person sitting at the reception desk (accidentally) ripped out the cable. The room was basic, breakfast had to be consumed a 15 minute walk up the mountain in a different hotel. All in all very bad service and a (very) costly stay.
