Amazing experience at the Le Crans! We celebrated our first wedding anniversary and the service was amazing, super clean rooms, the breakfast is included and the dinner at the one Michelin star restaurant Lemont Blanc was delicious!
The inside pool and outside pool are worth to visit! We highly recommend this place.

We spent 4 nights and had a great time. The spa was fantastic and the restaurant had an excellent lunch menu. The concierge always went out of his way to help us, as did all the other staff, too, in particular the Front Desk Manager and spa staff. The peaceful location of the hotel is perfect to take walks and enjoy the scenery. We will return as our stay was so enjoyable.

Came only for the spa, very happy with my passage. Very friendly staff and spa very well run.

I went there to enjoy a pastry by chef Pierre-Alain Rouchon. Great service, great welcome and pastries are extras!

This is the best hotel I have stayed in, with only 16 rooms, the dream rooms, all its facilities are luxurious, the attention is very personalized, in the restaurant it eats delicious, do not stop ordering the spaguettis to the carbonara. The spa is simple but the girl who attends does her treatments well. It has a heated and outdoor swimming pool, the verda is a great place to go in winter and summer. Don't stop going to this place if you stop by Crans Montana.

I've stayed there for 4 years and it's really nice always liked the view and spend time with family and enjoy the activities.

A sublime place as much for the location as for a service at the top, an unforgettable we. The restaurant is amazing, the spa divine, the masseuses very pro (after a day of skiing that happiness). By far the most beautiful hotel in Crans. And it comes with an excellent restaurant which I rate among the top 3 in the Valais. Super staff.

We had a drink with a group of friends. The hotel is always very cozy and the food great. It is not very convenient to reach from the center, as it serves the car (but I assume that guests are offered a shuttle service) recommended.

Disappointed with the Christmas dinner. Want to make it too complicated… foie gras. Fish broth… not at all convinced. Attention portion even smaller than last year. Staff very good. No wine below 100 ea… limit I will not return to next Christmas despite the setting and the good atmosphere.

Certainly in the top 5 of the best tables in Valais. Pierre Crépaud's Kitchen forces respect. The whole team is very friendly and professional. Muriel really liked it too. You don't know Muriel? Really!

Came to the restaurant to drink caffee on terrace. Slow service, misheard our order and let us pay for the wrong drink.

A Chateau Relais restaurant. Full of small portions as we find in the "gastro" expensive but rather well. Nice view. Swiss prices.

Private aperitif of a club. Great as usual. Good restaurant but beware of prices.

I was fortunate enough to attend a function hosted here. I do not reside in Europe. The views were spectacular, the food was phenomenal (I cannot rave enough about the food) and best of all there was snow. I had a memorable experience and crossing fingers so I can go back and stay at the hotel.

First time we went there in 2010 and this 2016 year again. I love this place, first of all coz of the view and decoration is very cosy, and second is that ski slop in 100-150 m distance behind the forest. Very convenient, but take a map while going to ski for not to miss a correct way back to the hotel straight from the slop!
