➜ Dated hotel, poorly insulated rooms with a cleanliness that leaves something to be desired (when we arrived the toilets were clogged with cutips), hair in the bidet.
Breakfast from 7am to 10am little varied with few / no homemade products BUT at 9:30 am more possibility to have a scrambled egg and the buffet is not refilled so if you arrive at 9:40 am you are just entitled to a dry croissant and jam.
The POMPON for a so-called 4 * hotel is that the arrival road and not clear so snowy and icy and… Not illuminated so in the evening take your sled otherwise you may fall.
In short very disappointed because the price is not given and it is a little shameful to our beautiful Swiss resorts.

No covid control. Debit on the credit card without having the agreement. Lunch until 10am… At 9:30 am the staff starts tidying up… At 9:45 am remains dry croissant, jam and industrial orange juice.
