The view, rooms, pool, and food are excellent. A lot of the food are made locally and in-house so everything is very fresh and tasty. However, the real delight are the staff; I can't express enough how amazing each person is. They have a strong camaraderie/culture which shows in their work ethics. This is why you will go from not just having a great time but a memorable experience; they will go above and beyond.

The best architectural conversion I have encountered in a long time. A former cable car station transformed into the main lobby of a hotel with a huge window over the valley, just breathtaking. Nicely appointed rooms, great food, great service.

Warm welcome, magnificent views and a water dish has been proposed to our dogs. However, very disappointed to learn at the time to pay the bill that there must be a minimum of 15. — to pay by card without any mention anywhere. Knowing that we have taken a 2-a tea cold 33dl home made 6. — (I don't know where were the 33 of cold tea with 8 ice cubes…), we are then suggested to buy a bottle of water 3. — … I was first told that the machine could not accept below 15. — … due to a doubt expressed on my part I was told that it is a choice of the boss… a little disappointed.

Very quiet hotel at the top of the mountain. You can take your coffee in the veranda overlooking the valley and enjoy an amazing view.

I would say 5 for the place, everything is beautiful, especially the view! For the meal unfortunately the prices are overrated. Going for a cappuccino or an aperitif is definitely the best option.

Incredible setting. Great room. Very good restaurant with products highlighted. Very attentive staff. And inevitably difficulties related to the situation… you can not want an outdoor swimming pool in 2100m and hope that it is at 37 degrees… so everything perfect for us.

I had never seen a restaurant charge for a beer — lemonade, 6. — for the bottle of beer, and 6. — for the bottle of lemonade. It puts the cooler to 12 balls anyway! Otherwise, a bistro that promises a lot, but that doesn't keep its commitments. No bacon, no Pagan, no water in the carafe. I will return not.

An experience that is very intimidating! a sight to cut the breath. I highly recommend it.

View, service, food… all amazing.

Made a reservation for the shuttle to go up to Cry d'Er, but they prefer other guests… so we had to walk.

Great food, nice location, but unfortunately the only way to reach the restaurant right now is by shuttle. This shouldn't be a problem normally, but the staff wasn't able to organize it. The shuttle was completely out of control, we had to wait 30 minutes and then had to argue with the staff and some other guests, whether we are allowed to travel to the gondola. (Although we had a reservation for the shuttle, but the staff preferred to not stick to their reservations/plan. ) The final result was that we had to walk all the way and almost missed out our final possibility to get to the valley.

We went to the Chetzeron this summer for a weekend. The access by Jeep is a little sport but it is an insignificant detail once arrived in the building decorated with care.

Fantastic food, view is amazing and the rooms are to die for.

After this one, all other 5 stars will lose their appeal. Stunning hotel.

It's a beautiful place! Design, service, everything is delicious and made with love! It's really not easy to get to the hotel.
