Friendly and helpful staff. The rooms especially with balcony to the lake are great. In the evening you can have a wonderful dinner on the terrace directly on the lake. This hotel can be recommended to everyone.

Room 20, clean, spacious. Laminate floor, minibar, extra bed, balcony on the side of the lake.
Shower, Lavabo, TOILET clean. The seat glasses of the toilet should be changed. Generous washbasin with storage area and large mirror. ***
Breakfast simple but good. Div. Breads, cereals, meat, cheese, various drinks, fruits, eggs, confi, etc. ****
Hotel with lake anstoss, bathing terrace, small pool, in fine weather breakfast on the long balcony by the lake.

View Nikel, Nice staff, room OK but not very soundproof (we hear well our neighbors speak. ) and no smoking ban on the balcony so the smoke of the neighbors enters the room because you have to open the Windows since there is no air conditioning.! parking often full and at 50m, you have to cross a street. Pool not heated colder than the Lake and not very attractive. Decent food…

Excellent hotel. Stunning location, very clean with friendly staff. Good breakfast with ample choice of breads, fruits, cheese and meats. Comfy beds. Lake side views and a balcony with table and chairs. Highly recomended.

Great hotel location on the Lake with calm. The rooms are arranged with taste. The evening meal is very good with good value for money, and the staff very friendly. We had a great stay and will definitely be back next time. Thank you.

Unwelcome and unfriendly! My girlfriend and I made us on Saturday after Melide and saw this Neat Hotel right on the lake. As we are on the terrace and sat down, we were after a short waiting period of the woman of the house served, even though we don't even greeted, we ordered something to drink and asked if it is possible for something to eat. We were very surprised when the lady looked at the clock (16.15) shake his head and in an unusual boshaftiger way gave us to understand: No hot food! It was already quite late and soon, there would be dinner. After you covered the table had asked/told/asked us not to stay too long, because the table later in the evening need. We have decided only to drink something and are then gone. Unfortunately, one encounters in the Ticino always such a bully in Service or as the owner/the property owner, but this lady has all previous outbid! If you value to friendly intercourse, should get to the Hotel Riviera to avoid.
