Nice, clean, modern hotel. We got the room with early sign-in and breakfast was good. Best place if you are attending an event in Globen! It's right around the corner.

Very confusing system of room numbering relative to the different elevator signs. Asked 2 different staff which elevators and got 2 different answers. Showers tiny and they leak out onto bathroom floor. As he seal is broken. Would not be my choice to stay in future.

Everything fine. Reception is frendly. And there is a 6parking space for busses!

Not in the centre, but easily connected with the metro. The staff was very friendly.

Hotel is somewhat ok. Room was noisy because of "music" in the lobby.
Communication is on this level:
before you have even checked in they send you an ukase to remember that TOMORROW IS CHECK-OUT! Remember to pay everything (we had paid the accommodation beforhand). They remind you to pay minibar and there is not a one.
Breakfast is so late that you have no chance to have it if you are leaving by morning ferry. We asked for earlier breakfast into room but we were promised "breakfast bags". They asked if we have allergies. My husband has and we told he is not able to eat nuts, apple and carrots. The breakfast bags were wastebags: huge wheatbread from yesterday filled with yesterday's surplus salad (already spoiled! ) and ONE TINY SLICE OF TOMATO and one sloppy bite of cucumber, a hell of a pile of cheap ham and even cheaper cheese! A risifrutti without spoon! And on the top AN APPLE! We mentioned that and heard that they have information only of nuts…
No napkins, no nothing.
Where was 'quality'? He was probably off during our stay.

Hotel is very, very fancy looking. There's food and a bar in the lobby which is a huge plus. Highly recommend!

It's great. Good Wi-Fi signal. The room has a refrigerator and even a shoe-cleaning machine. They are not allowed to use heating appliances and there is hot food in the room. A hot water machine around the clock and a table for food in the lobby offer.

I gave only 3 stars because of the following. Staff was really nice cannot complain. The regular dinner buffet is ok but nothing special and no dessert. Breakfast is on one half good and on one half really bad. Scrambled eggs are from a tetra pack, bacon is most of the time not crispy. I don't liked the taste of the sausages. Bread choice was good. What is the problem to put coffee machines on the buffet with different programs? Bar closed at 11 p. M. Too early. Beds are too small for men. This is a constructive criticism not a complain. Maybe you can change sth for the future.

Modern, chic, amazing, wow! I can only imagine what it would be like staying there during a concert, must be great. The room that I stayed is was brilliant and came with a glass wall into the bathroom… great fun if visiting with your partner. A little out of the way, but it’s a modern city so transport is no problem… o yeah, the breakfast is amazing also.

Great breakfasts and gym. The green line of the subway is a 7-minute walk away. TV with side HDMI, convenient to connect to the laptop. Finishing with a bare wall is a little unusual.

Great experience, great hotel I visited Stockholm a few years ago on vacation and had the chance to stay at this fine establishment. The staff was very accommodating and friendly, and the breakfast was third in line to the best hotel breakfasts I've ever had in my 7 years across Europe. The room was very cozy and warm, very comfortable and somewhat chic. I particularly liked the bed and the bathroom. The curtains were very cool; Best of all all the television stations were in English! A nice change from most countries here in Europe where everything is synchronized. It was right smack dab next to the Globe arena, the main purpose of our stay there to go to a show, and the surrounding area was very clean and inviting. Stockholm itself remains one of my favorite cities in Europe, and I highly recommend the city and this hotel to anyone who is traveling there either on business or pleasure!

Good economy class hotel. Clean, there are shower accessories, iron, hairdryer. Good varied breakfast (I'm not fussy).

Great location The long corridors are dark and austere but the rooms are bright and very well appointed. The bed is super comfortable.
Very good atmosphere in the evening at the bar with music background trendy.

Nice room. But the lack of a fridge and coffee in the room makes it a lower grade. Otherwise easily 4 stars. Great breakfast.

Stayed here lots now for various work trips and the hotel is always in great shape. Staff are friendly and helpful, rooms kept clean and up to date. Lots of spare plug sockets, even near the bed which is unfortunately rare in many hotels.

We are currently a city traveler in Stockholm on the axis and located in the Quality Hotel globe, a modern hotel with civil prices, restaurant, bar, conference rooms, fitness facilities etc.
We have a great super quiet room, morning to the adequate breakfast buffet and the day can start. The hotel is centrally located and is through the S-Bahn line 19, station globes in about 300m very good to reach with the Öfftis, we recommend to load an SL-ticket, so that you can go anywhere with all the facilities such as bus, U & S-Bahn, Pendulum, etc. The good thing is the man a Uch can use the connection to Arlanda Airport.

Nice and classy hotel for a good price, they played the artist that was performing later that night which was a real mood booster. Overall great hotel and service!

The hotel is super well located, but the bad thing is that there are no boots. So you have to go up and down your suitcases.

Absolutely amazing, I really liked the breakfast as there were so many options. The view on the stadium is nice too. The rooms are big clean and comfortable.

I stayed in this hotel some time back for a period of 3 weeks. I had an amazing time in Stockholm, but I should say that your hotel is what really created all my awesome memories. Your staff are so friendly, we'll done to you. As a none Swedish person, your staff were always on point with any sort of translation or explication. Never a day could I complain about anything, other than your seafood dishes lol (I don't eat seafood so it's allowed) … I honestly had an amazing time with amazing service. I think your rooms were very comfortable and spacious. Thank you for the memories I still have!

Good breakfast, plenty of choice. The station room is not big, but generally cozy.

Very modern hotel, aesthetically very refined, a little bit out of the centre but it does not penalize it that much since with the line 19 of the subway of Stockholm you can reach the center and all the major points of interest in a very short time.
The breakfast is very wide as far as the choice, Intercontinental, all but quality.
A great choice for a stay in the Swedish capital, also for the good value for money!

Modern hotel, very easy to reach by public transport.

Very comfortable. Not far from the center (5 metro kicks). Very good value for money. You can have breakfast inside the ice hockey stadium (kids love it).

Really comfortable and well located. Just beside of a shopping centre and 5 min walking from a metro and tram station with easy access to town. Nice bedroom, very comfy and nice shower. Definitely a good option to stay in. They have a nice bar, didn't try the restaurant tho.

A really nicely appointed hotel with modern facilities. Buffet breakfast is wonderful, catering for all dietary tastes and types.

Very easy to find. Close to the arena. Big rooms, quiet and clean. Good food. Close to a shopping mall. The tram station is in 5 minutes of walk. On the ground floor it has a huge space where you can have a drink.

While I didn't experience anything in particularly unpleasant during my stay, this hotel has a few problems that causes the fairly low score. As a reference we hade a double bedroom beginning with the number 2. The room was clean and rather spacious, and the beds were comfortable with a nice spring and double pillows. The staff I never spoke to, but they seemed serviceminded and nice. There were signs on the breakfast buffé for allergens which was nice. It was clean but felt rushed — the pillows were mixed up, as an example. However, that said, there were some problems. First of all — and perhaps most serious — is that the hotel is very lacking in means of information. There were no information in the room about things like Wi-Fi or how the TV worked — or what they pay channels cost for that sake. The only information about breakfast was the tiny card in which you got your room key, and a small note on which floor the breakfast was by the elevator. The elevators themselves are very confusing — there are no real signs here either and I saw too many people going up and down them unable to figure out how to choose a floor to go to. To add to it, the mish-mash way the hotel was built out makes some of the elevators not reach all floors (the elevator missing a 3 was interesting…) The design of the room was plain and didn't feel comfortable.

Modern but cold and impersonal. We had problems with the air conditioning and they passed us.

Everything about this hotel was great! The room was really nice, beds were very comfortable, the breakfast was good, and the service was great. The only complaint I would have is the noice from the street outside, but you can't really expect anything else with a hotel that's in the middle of the city.

Modern design Hotel adjacent to the arena where music shows are held. Small but comfortable rooms but beware the windows can not open for security reasons: If you are claustrophobic ask those with balcony! Great choice of savory for breakfast.

Finding the hotel and checking in was easy. The decor inside at reception is something to experience, it is absolutely beautiful. The lift has a catchy uplifting tune that works well with the quick acceleration of the lift. The room is well designed and modern. I was surprised by the room and really loved it. I would return to this hotel even if it is just for the nice room. Everything is well spaced and you can have 2 big pieces if luggage inside and not trip over stuff in the night. The bathroom as well is excellent designed, modern, has a big shower and some extra space for your bathroom items. Breakfast was both hot and cold and something sweet. The view inside the globe from inside the breakfast dining room is an excellent touch and something I would recommend. The juice /water dispenser is really cool as well. There are some gluten free options as well. The staff were friendly and correctly helped us in the direction of the ferries to go and explore the Stockholm islands. Thanks Quality hotel Globe, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again with you.

The hotel was very modern and clean and the staff was nice. However, the shower was strange. The door did not extend all the way to the floor which resulted in water coming out of the shower, covering the entire bathroom floor and even leaking out into the hotel room living space. Other than that the hotel was great. The breakfast was delicious.

The hotel is very nice but it is in a rather peripheral area of the city, although excellently connected to the center thanks to the Green metro line which you can take 300 meters away. The lobby area is very well looked after but the rooms are pretty basic, however well clean.

Was a great stay here. Clear recommendation. Nice service personel, comfy beds in a nice room. The location is a bit outside of the city centre, but that is no problem at all, because the metro station is near the hotel and one ride to the city center just takes 15 minutes or so. Besides that next to the hotel is a big supermarket where you can get a lot of food which is way cheaper as in the city. But the biggest plus for this hotel was the breakfast. I just loved it. It was a very big buffet and they got nearly everything you could ask for. A lot of fruits, baked goods, pancakes, eggs, amazing cereals and granola. Just the perfect start for the day. All in all it was the perfect decision and I just can recommend this hotel.

I had nothing to complain about in the hotel room, cleanliness in the room — and bathroom tiles were fine.

Recently, I was on a business trip in rooms at the hotel. The strategic location of the hotel, is located in the South of Stockholm, right next to the stadium, this is a good place to watch hockey and football (depending on rooms at the time of the year). Rooms a bit small, but very comfortable. Restaurant/bar staff were very attentive and helpful. Restaurant and bar food is delicious. Lunch food is fixed, but still very delicious. If you need a large room, there must be a better choice.

Excellent hotel with very good service.
The facilities are very nice, everything is very modern and welcoming also that breakfast that is served in the morning is very good.
I recommend staying in this place if you are looking for is quality and peace of mind.

An excellent hotel. Purely private, quality repairs. Able to settle before the time of arrival, for three hours. In the lobby there is a children's corner. Plenty of space to relax in the lobby, sofas, chairs with tables.

Room was OK bot not above average. Restaurant is excellent.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in while in a civilized modern country. The only reason you stay here is if you are attending a hockey game or concert and figured it was safer to walk here drunk after the game than take a cab. This place is piece of soviet era hotelier preserved in time. The staff are great, but the beds, shower, towels, etc are so cheap it's even hard to imagine let alone describe. Avoid at all costs! Pay a bit more and get something with a real bed.

As a tour manager this hotel is next door, the staff can not be more polite pleasant or helpful! If every hotel was like this.

The Quality – is absolutely overstatement. The staying in the Hotel Globe is one of the worth quality experience we had in a long time. I would call it “save where you can” hotel. Besides that half of the lightning in the Design superior room was not working, it was a discount all the way. You get a small piece of hand soap, which was removed by cleaning personnel the day after. And then nothing – it’s up to you how you should wash your hands. No shampoo! After complaining we’ve got a big industrial dispenser with a mix of shampoo and body wash made in India. The restaurant is awful – the food is over salted, very bad service level, no bread while waiting. There are few waiters and they forget part of the ordered beverages. Watch out for the parking agreement! If you are not keeping the car in garage the whole day, then rather chose to pay the parking ticket yourself, instead of paying it through the hotel. It’s mach cheaper. Have the hotel phone number by you, so you can call them. Otherwise try to stand freezing by the door in the garage waiting for 7 minutes – the system is not working all the time. If you are looking for a dissent standard – then look for another hotel! The breakfast is so boring. The orange juice from the automat is blended with water – big time. The bread is industrially baked. The choice is so primitive. I will not recommend anyone to stay there.
