Lovely historical place, great for meeting friends for lunch, or having drinks in the afternoon. Nice ambiance.

Centrally located with easy access to train, tram, bus, and taxi services. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is wonderful. Would highly recommend.

This is the hotel with the most unfriendly staff I have stayed at. Totally not customer friendly! I stayed here for 2 nights. The first morning I leave my things on the table to go to the buffet again. When I come back to my table everything is gone and other people are sitting at my table. When I ask where my things are, I get the answer: "There are still people who have to have breakfast". I am not offered any apology from the staff, nor a solution where I can sit.
The next morning I also want to have breakfast and do not immediately find a place where I can sit. I ask a staff member where there may still be room, I get the answer: "This is self-service, you have to find a place yourself". So the first morning my place is simply cleared off and given to other people (a Swedish family) and the next morning your plan draws. Maybe in this hotel Swedish tourists should be given priority over foreign tourists?

Brilliant location, very central. 1920s theme to the decor and music. Very tasteful. Lovely market right outside as well as the concert hall.

Everything is very complicated and you don’t get what you expect! The pictures not matching with what you get! I booked a “spacious” double, it was a narrow dark room for 5.450 Swedish crowns! In the website it’s 1.400? After 11 it’s very complicated to get a coffee, you have to take it yourself from a neighbor shop, you must go out and next door in again. I talked 2 times to the reception because of the room, they said the pictures are not correct they know it’s a problem. Breakfast is like 20 years back. For this price not enough good quality after all. For this money you get much better hotels in the center of lovely Stockholm.

Great locations and interior is very tasteful. Room was very dusty — needs more attention on house keeping. Bed was also only okay. Can hear noise from other rooms/floors given flooring is wooden. Decor is gorgeous and staff very friendly. Would stay again for a good deal.

Very chic hotel, very good breakfast, perfect position!

Generally excellent. Great vibe, aesthetics and style overall. Room had good amenities too and location was super convenient to pretty much anything you can possible need. Breakfast was more than enough with plenty of options. Only fault was the slow elevators, took us always at least a minute to get down to the ground floor from the 4th when there were 4 elevators. Waiting whilst the elevators all sat at one floor for 20 seconds constantly for no apparent reason was annoying as hell.

Don't paly on the PIANO! Rooms are small but nice. Showers are really neat. I'm a pianist so naturally I will play on a hotels piano unless there's a sign instructing me not to. Here, where there was no sign telling people to refrain from using it, I started playing some melodies and was rudely interrupted and told to stop because they liked they're lobby music better… :/ Not a problem here if you're going to stay away from the piano, but the staff IS rude lol.

The location of the hotel is great first of all. Also the roaring 30s style is great en present on every floor and room. The breakfast is good, fresh and more than enough to choose from. Greta, the little cafe is also really nice and the food is good. I stay here quite often and everyone is always really friendly and helpful! Why than 3 stars instead of 5? I like my rooms really clean and unfortunately that is not the case. The doors and handles are always dirty. I found products of former guest more than once in the bathroom, and last time even the writing desk had sauce on it. Overall sloppy cleaning in all rooms.

Excellent Hotel very well located!

Lovely stay here for 2 nights over midsummer wkend in Sweden. The hotel is packed with character & is clean and seems to run very efficiently. Breakfast was beyond exceptional — every single taste catered for & all delicious (I managed to sample a bit of almost everything over the two days). Reception staff, bar staff & restaurant staff were all helpful and courteous at all times too. Rooms were good too — we were on the top floor, & whilst the room was small it more than suited our needs, bed was comfy & shower was lovely. Fab wkend out sightseeing etc meant we didn't spend much time in our room, but we did manage to sample a few cheeky cocktails in the bar on our first night — they too were lush!

Sorry Scandic Continental! Think now Haymarket has topped off Scandic Continental to be my favorite now. Great breakfast selection! (I have stayed at both for weekends and it seems that Continental is more crowded) very characteristic decoration. Fresh and clean room. Fantastic location! (100m from Hötorget metro station) and Cody bars with great music. Love it! Front desk ppl were a bit snobbish to compare with friendly Continental staff.

Perfectly located in the centre of Stockholm. The hotel has great 1920s decor and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was a good size, the bed was comfortable and the shower was great! The included breakfast buffet was really tasty and there was lots of items to choose from. Only criticism is that breakfast was always really busy. This did not affect the quality or the availability of the breakfast, it just was not the most comfortable experience.

Truly amazing hotel! No wonder it won the award of best hotel in Sweden! We had a fantastic time. Best breakfast, such a great variety and the bar is so lively and trendy. We loved the cocktails especially recommend ‘A night with Julios’! It is amazing. And the bar has a DJ until 2am.

A very nice hotel in the center of Stockholm. Excellent breakfast. Nice themed rooms, good staff. Really recommended, however be aware of the following: some rooms do not have desks, no way to connect your pc to the TV and use it as a screen.

Amazing and beautiful hotel in a convenient location. Staff is very friendly and accommodating in English. The complimentary breakfast was varied and delicious. Shopping and dining options are varied and close. Rooms are clean, and the hotel is very new.

Ett coolt trendigt hotel I centrala Stockholm. Omgivning, hotellet inklusive rummen är mycket bra. Speciellt frukostbuffén är lite utöver den normala Scandic-standarden. Har 2 saker att klaga på: 1) ingen shop kopplat till receptionen. De hänvisar till den dyra minibaren på rummet. 2) Ingen möjlighet att koppla datorn till TVn. Rent utsagt dåligt 2018.

I really liked this hotel. The lobby was decorated like an old film set with video reels and cameras and the bar was large and lively. Our a room was quite small (although we only booked the smallest) but very fresh and clean. Breakfast was really good, but it was hard to find somethings as all the food was quite spread out.

Great location and cool art deco/old cinema themed decoration. Rooms are a bt small but to be expected in the centre of Stockholm. Underfloor heating in the bathrooms which is so nice if visiting in winter.

This hotel is amazing. Really cool interior, excellent food in the restaurants. Great beds. We were upgraded to superior room with windows overlooking Hötorget. We can really recommend this hotel.

The cocktail bar is fabulous: The staff is very welcoming and knows its trade, the decoration is very pleasant (atmosphere Gatsby the magnificent). The place is often crowded for the above reasons! To do for real cocktail lovers.

Attended on a couple of occasions at lunch. Very nice place made from a former department store in central Stockholm. Great for a brunch or a cup of coffee on one of the city's main squares. To try.

5 stars for being a perfect place when working out with of office. Different type of seating (normal tables+chairs as well as more laid back armchairs). Buy your food/drinks at ground floor and walk up the stairs for the best working places. Awesome staff working here as well.

The girlfriend was not admitted, although it was booked in advance, on the pretext that she is "not so dressed", simply speaking as a prostitute. And this is in Sweden, where the law accuses the client, not the women! She had to come to the next day during daylight hours (! ) to not be on the doorstep again.

The location is central. Great breakfast but be prepared for the crowds. Very small rooms.

Nice place with several restaurants and function rooms etc, The hours of some of the restaurants is a bit limited, and the price is a little high, but the service, once over there, very good. To work in the areas of public, access to both electrical outlets and the service of porters is limited, although the environment itself is very nice.
