Staff is very friendly and they are always wiling to help, no matter the question. Room is really quiet, you hardly hear the trafficnoise in here. From the corridors you don't hear any noise in your room. At least me and my family didn't. I would say that this is also a very childfriendly hotel. Hotel is located in middle of Södermalm so from here it's really easy to move around Södermalm.

Staid for 6 nights on business and had old Swedish money to post to "Vaerldens barn" as a donation. But the desk staff manager on charge didn't take the envelope because stamp for 9 SEK was missing…
I post it by my side in the shopping center around. Otherwise the hotel staff was very friendly and the food was very good. A very good hotel for business meetings and events. The rooms are clean and quit, but no window can be open for people who needs fresh air.

Conveniently located for our short stay, 1 night, before we boarded our cruise ship. Mikaela, sp?, at the front desk was Absolutely Amazing. She was Very Helpful and so Pleasant! Clarion Hotels should know that they have a Valuable Asset in her!

Very nice rooms. Quite, nice view and very good food.

If had of known how noisy and busy hotel was tonight would not have booked. Not against gay pride but would have been nice to know. Room sub standard as well with roll away bed shoved in corner. Here 12 months ago and much better. Will be asking for refund or better room in morning.

I was in Stockholm over the weekend and stayed in Clarion Hotel. I had the best experience with friendly hotel staff and luxurious bath products. Highly recommended!

Stayed one night, great big shower that I really appreciated. Nice room with high sealing. Only complaint was that the double bed was in fact two singles that came apart. Pretty decent breakfast even though the restaurant area is far from cozy.

We had two very nice and comfortable overnights stay to this hotel. It is a modern one with colorful decoration and clean rooms. The bar at the ground floor is pretty nice too, with good cocktails. The breakfast is good too, the staff is helpful and professional.

Loved our 'living' here, recommend this hotel. Rooms are nice and clean; lobby is great and breakfast has lots of options. Staff is very friendly and can/will help you with anything. Thanks!

Only stayed 1 night but very good hotel and good value for money. Breakfast was rather crazy with so many business man/woman it seemed. Seems to be used by airline crew as they had there own area. Had an ironing room which u was very grateful for. Would stay again. Very close to a train station and there is a supermarket nearby.

The breakfast was very hectic and to many busy people almost running around to get food. The room was good, but had some issues with the fridge. The restaurant and the terrace bar was good and cozy. We do recommend. The hotel say they have a pool, but its connected to a separate spa and cost 200 S. Kr. There was a long walk from the parking garage to the hotel with a lot of doors that had to be opened with a code. We got stuck in the garage one time with doors not being able to open and had to wait a long time.

It was one of the best hotels in which I ever stayed. The service was brilliant, the public places were beautiful, the room was great and clean and the breakfast was amazing. I will definitly come again!

The hotel is very big, at breakfast hustle. The room is small, there is no cupboard, but there is a kettle.

Very nice, nice services and friendly staff.

New hotel. My first impression when arriving to hotel was confused. There was loud music coming from the bar and that escorted me to the reception. The room was nice but couple of obvious things missing: Iron and ironing board (specific room) Traffic noices woke me at 6am. Hanger for suit trouser was missing… Additionally the pillows I did not like at all. One huge and one tiny one. Positive sides I found gym, restaurant and breakfast.

Very convenient little Hotel outside the center but with close parking and subway.

This was a very nice choice during our brief stay in Stockholm. While we lost a day of travel, due to weather, the hotel held our room and treated us well when we arrived. The staff was always friendly, the building was well decorated and well maintained. The room clean and comfortable, though we did find a literal board under our bed topper, presumably from a previous guest request. The restaurant put on a fantastic breakfast and the location was also wonderful. Highly recommended.

The Clarion Hotel Stockholm really made our trip great. The room was clean, tidy, and very modern. The hotel staff provided recommendations for food which were great. The location is fantastic and right new a T-bana stop. This has to be the best hotel breakfast I've ever had!

Great hotel. Nice room. Navis take a tunnel at the address. Therefore take the parking garage Q-park. Number for the Durchgangstür is on the ticket. The savings area with bathroom costs extra.

Really good brunch with great assortment of dishes. Lots of meat and also some vegetarian dishes. Nice cakes and ice cream buffet too. Dirty dishes are removed promptly and the view is great. Negative is the acoustics, it is surprisingly noicy and lots of clutter.

A so nice place to stay and relax when you’re out of your town. I came for a business journey and it was all wonderful: room, gym, food, staff. Recommend if you have to stay in Stockholm for a while.

Nice and comfy, excellent breakfast. Would have liked a richer set of channels on the TV, a few more news channels as well as entertainment. Beds were very nice, bathroom too. The staff were friendly and accomodating. Dinner was not included, but I dined there once. A bit overpriced, the meal was well above average, but nothing spectacular. Overall a pleasant stay,

Good location. The rooms are well-furnished but could be experienced as small. The view from the restaurant is nice. Breakfast is diverse and fresh.

I've stayed at this hotel several times for our work conferences, which are often held at the hotel. It's very well run and manages to host our conferences while also accommodating the international teams of the Swedish Open ping pong competition, which is always held nearby at the same time. Yet it has quite a lot of character and doesn't feel like a 'conference hotel'. I'd easily stay there when visiting Stockholm for leisure. There's a great bar and taqueria (taco restaurant) in the lobby. The breakfast is also excellent.

Rooms are super hot and you can't open the windows. On top of it the air conditioning unit doesn't work well so basically it's really really hot, you have a comforter to sleep in and no sheets. Called the front desk and all they could offer is a fan. If you don't mine hot rooms then this hotel is nice. Personally I like sleeping conditions in which the room is 75 or below. Disappointed.

Overall a nice facility. The rooms are decent size for European rooms (may be a bit smaller than what North Americans such as myself are used to, but I’ve come expect that in this region). The room was a little warm, and the thermostat didn’t seem to change that much (the radiator looked like the valve was controlled electronically from the thermostat), but it wasn’t terribly uncomfortable. Breakfast is great. Overall I’d suggest staying here, and I think you’ll enjoy it. It’s the most common place that I stay when visiting Stockholm.

We spent two days at a conference and it was amazing and also EA:s team of over 600 game developers made our stay a new experience.

Cozy rooms, clean, comfortable accommodation, near the subway. Delicious breakfasts.

A good hotel with decent service.

Comfortable and quiet hotel. Well placed.

Overall staff was welcoming, however beds were horrible, mattresses were so ruined and low that sleeping was really uncomfortable. Had back pain for almost one week after staying there for three days! On the last day we even decided to change room and move to a superior one, more expensive. Mattresses quality was the same and the only solution provided was to put a wooden table below the mattress… even more uncomfortable. It was like sleeping on a table!

Very friendly staff that I liked very much.
Breakfast is not as impressive as other Clarion in Stockholm.
Wi-Fi not very stable in my room.
Extremely happy about the room with street view, though it was a free upgrade after a bit mess up on the arrival day.

On a three week trip the hotel was the worst.
The staff were very nice and the staff were very nice. Spa area under renovation (originally a selection criterion for us), the swimming pool during the three days of our stay is not usable. Demand at the front desk revealed only a shrug. When booking we had not received any notice about the conversion!
The room (7th floor) Stuffy, no window to open. The hallway is also stuffy and also musty WG. Of the rug.
Everywhere constant noises, started at the bar at the entrance, continuing in the elevator and also near the breakfast area. To sit down in peace was only possible in the room.
For the car park you need a code, the clue is so un-seemingly attached in the elevator from the parking garage, that you can easily overlooked. There was also no welcome with any kind of briefing or instructions from the young staff that was otherwise understaffed. You should pay quickly and there was a hint of quick check-out by throwing the room card on departure. A welcome for guests looks different and we have not experienced anything as impersonal in hotels in Norway, Sweden and Denmark-mark as in the Clarion.

I was here for a massage course, the service was great with coffee and a light breakfast. Unfortunately I was not a guest of the hotel so I can't say how the rooms are but everything else was really OK.

Excellent location and accommodations. Small but very clean rooms. Well decorated. Full bar downstairs, breakfast included. Great beds/ mattress.

Nice hotel with nice amenities. The value for money is good, the location also with a subway entrance at the foot of the hotel or 20min walk from the historic center.
On the other hand a few small downsides on the cleanliness suitable but not irreproachable.

Nice place. Good location, next to a Subway station. Although on a main road, the the direction of the rooms are towards a very quite backyard. The breakfasts and the evening meals vere good, with viriety.

Located close to large streets, it offers all interior views like a beehive, making the rooms dimly lit. The buffet dinners are of very low quality and free of any courtesy, it looks like a business canteen.

Good food, cozy rooms with really comfy beds. There is a gym, rooftop pool with spa center, nice 'hipster' bar downstairs. Really good compared to other same price hotels around the central area.

The hotel was a very comfortable stay, while not in the center of the city, it had many dining areas and a grocery store right next to it. Hotel staff was very welcoming and accommodated us with an early breakfast due to our 7 am leave for the airport. I was very happy with my stay here.

A little eccentric for a tour of the city, the pass transport is a necessity…

Rooms are super small, 2 m wide, just the length of the bed. Room only a few lamps, for those who fancy a spot of makeup, lights are too Dim. But the room was clean and tidy. Weekend breakfast place Super champion, just like the season's playground. It's November. There is no moment to relax, on the other hand, is testing patience. Scrambled eggs with artificial sweeteners and other food is eaten.

Good but small room. You actually squeeze yourself around! I just love the fairtrade breakfast idea.

Location is fair next to a metro station, but not within walking distance from downtown. Rooms are decorated like in boutique hotels. The breakfast buffet is huge, with excellent selection and quality food.

Notes on my standard room: Cons: Room entrance very narrow. Bed soft. No shower mat. Poor bathroom lighting, was stronger from right side as you look in mirror. No bath. No conditioner, body lotion or soap. Only liquid shampoo. Pro: Huge shower.

Pure. Wonderful breakfasts. Too small room. No closet for things. No boxes and streak.

Loud music until 1am on weekdays coming from the hotel's lobby party. Not what I call a great experience. 2 stars because room was comfortable.

Had a nice stay. The hotel is modern and the breakfast was of top notch quality. The hotel Wi-Fi was extremely unreliable with bad coverage. Don't count on it.

Stayed there for a combined business (conference) and leisure trip. The hotel is very well situated in Södermalm near a subway station. The rooms are simplistic but modern and clean. The breakfast buffet and the lunch buffet was of very high quality. Fast and reliable internet access via Wi-Fi. All in all 5 stars, a really good hotel.

Pros + Two TV's in the room, one in the upstairs living area and one integrated into the bed end. + TV integrated into the bed end was hoisted up and down electronically + Good looking room + Generally clean and fresh hotel and room + Nice and friendly staff Cons — Loud ventilation in the room that we couldn't shut off or lower — No means to connect a phone or mp3-player to the speakers that obviously wasn't even used. Not even radio via the TV. — Both of the TV's responded to either remote control so when we tried to watch TV downstairs the upstairs TV also powered on, which was very annoying — The breakfast was extensive but bland, the hotel would do better to have a less extensive but better cooked breakfast instead. A large selection isn't everything. — No water kettle or coffee in the room — The wardrobe in the room was vey poorly designed. The drawer inside the wardrobe scarcely pulled out because of the width, that was almost as wide as the opening when the sliding door was fully opened — No personal safe in the room — The glass on the outside pool was really mangy and hadn't been cleaned in ages it seemed — One of the bathrobes we recieved at the spa had a large rip in it Me and my wife checked in to a suite for new years 2012/13 as part of a New Years Eve package, which included a junior suite with breakfast, five course dinner and a one day spa-access for the both of us. The price was 3990 SEK for the both of us for one night.

Very nice hotel. Outstanding, cruise-like buffet breakfast. AC, however, did not work as well as I would have liked. Nice 20 minute walk to Old Town.
