Love this place! Close to centre, I arrived very late and although the reception was closed they left very clear instructions and it was very easy for me to find everything I needed. I love the atmosphere and I can say this is the hostel with the most services I’ve ever been to!

Cozy, friendly, very clean and spacious! Super nice! And it’s very close to the city center and central station, just 7 min by foot.
My 5 stars of 5!

I arrived and was desperate because I did not find my room. But so nice people who helped me. And really great hostel!

Had an excellent time at the Hostel very cozy an relaxing. Highly recommend trying out the Viking Sauna tour. The tour took a nature walk while the sauna was heating up, that was peaceful and informative.

I've stayed here for 5 days and I really appreciate everything: from the guys at the reception to the free coffe/tea/pasta, to the cleaning of the rooms and common rooms, beers and köttbullar at the Nomad. The hostel is in a very good position, near T-Centralen and the city center.
I'll be back!

The interior design is top-notch, clean and simple. And I don't wonder why it was awarded as the best hostel in Sweden. Also offers many free services at certain times, such as free tea & coffee from 11 am and also free pasta downstairs.

Very cool building with everything you could want. There's a sauna, kitchen, luggage lockup, showers, many washrooms, lounges, TVs, breakfast (which is extra), longboard rental and also a really good restaurant/bar that's part of the building complex. It's in a great location and has reasonable prices. Definitely recommend. I'll be staying here if I ever come back to Stockholm.

Definitely a top-notch hostel! Well-run, great location, friendly staff, very clean. The cozy bar right next (or within really! ) is a great place to mingle. The sauna and all the freebies are a nice touch. Highly recommended.
Shout-out to Michael who gave us a fun and insightful city bike tour today (Mondays & Wednesdays), complete with coffee & biscuit. Well done!

Smoking killed it for me. They allow smoking in the courtyard which might as well be inside since my room's only windows were into the courtyard. I also didn't like many of the spaces being in the basement — dreary. On the good side, the location is in a nicer area and very close to the Central station… 6 min walk to Arlanda Express. Nice park across the street. Nice to have a kitchen. My all women's room for 6 was actually divided in two and had it's own shower, washing machine and kitchen. But the shared toilets were across the outdoor courtyard. Not a problem in summer, but I can't imagine other seasons. It was clean.

Very secure as the security code changes everyday. I like the take off your shoe policy. Very chilled. They do a bike tour which takes you around Stockholm. A little further away from the old town but close to the high street. Free coffee, tea & water after 11am (breakfast). Reception is 24hrs but check-in is not. Was able to check-in the next morning. Staff are super friendly and great to chat with. Cool place to lounge around and chill. Discounts at the Nomad restaurant next door. Love how the place is like a maze as you walk through underground. Free pasta is awesome. There is a fridge for each room but still doesn't stop people from stealing your food. The room itself had a humming noise from the ventilation making it very hard to sleep. Plenty of WC and Showers. There are lockers inside and outside the rooms. I prefer the outside lockers as you can freely make plenty of noise when shuffling around in your bags.

A bit "Kitch" but well located in the city and close to the transport and site to visit.

This hostel was a great stay at a reasonable price. All members of the staff were super nice and extremely helpful. The place is clean and there is plenty of spaces to hang out and meet fellow travelers. The hostel is centrally located and within walking distance of most of the places a backpacker might want to visit (I walked everywhere). I also participated in the free walking tour which takes place on Thursdays at 10AM. The guide is a local who is involved in theater. He provided great information and tips about what to check out as well as what to avoid. If I’m ever back in Stockholm I will definitely try to stay here again, and I recommend that you do as well.

As far as hostels go, this place is a good. Very clean and very friendly and helpful staff. They are happy to answer any questions and offer great advice about where to go. Like most hostels, it can be tough to get a restroom during the busy times, like in the morning and before bed. Never had to wait for a shower but we showered in the afternoon, which I recommend, the mornings can get busy. Beds were decent, I wish the rooms had more shelves. They do have 1 washer and 1 dryer, they’re old and the dryer doesn’t quite get the clothes completely dry, but it was free so no complaints. Can’t beat the location, it’s right downtown! All around this is a great affordable option in a city that is notoriously expensive.

Youth hostel with a neat, pleasant and friendly decoration. Very good maintenance of the common rooms, all the comfort for this type of establishment. A try, the breakfast which is a slaughter! And to top it off, the staff is adorable. I recommend!

Great hostel. Included in the roughly €22/night I paid was coffee after 11:00 and a fair sized locker with built-in socket, which is a great feature. There's a large kitchen and lots of space to get to know other travellers. Pasta was also included in the price, as well as really helpful, friendly staff. The location is fantastic, at around 10 minutes from both a discount supermarket and where the main shuttle bus from Stockholm Skavsta (NYO) airport stops in the city. Pretty much everything is walkable from here. Though not super cheap, you get what you pay for and I think this place is good value.

My first real stay in a hostel, but it was a good experience. Takes some getting used to sleeping in a room with 12 beds of course, but it's a lot of fun meeting people from all over the world and everyone was friendly. The staff was also friendly and helpful and I'd stay again.

Finally the place to be for young starseeker. For young people between the ages of 23 and 30. Definitely the place to be; P.

Excellent place, very well equipped, collective kitchen, free pasta, nice decor and economical.

The hostel was lovely! Clean rooms, friendly staff, lots of spaces to relax in. The kitchen was spacious and easy to use. The only downside is the bathrooms are few and far between and the showers take creative problem solving to be able to change and keep your clothes dry. Also be prepared to bring your own lock. The lockers don't lock and I couldn't get my normal-sized carry on in them so it sat out at all times.

The location is good, close to the metro. Inside is great, I particularly loved the decor. Staff I spoke with were very helpful and went out of their way to provide a very good service. The bunk beds were comfortable and clean. The toilets and showers were also clean. I liked that free tea and coffee and pasta was provided. I would stay here again and also recommend to others.

This place is a gem. Cleanest hostel i’ve been to and friendly staff (shoutout to karel for his excellent service! ). Free sauna, great location, cozy atmosphere. You can also have free tea of coffee during the day. Highly recommend to anyone, and good place to meet people from all over the world.

I don’t usually prefer staying in dorms but decided to give it a shot to get a new experience. Found this place to be pretty awesome, to be honest. Made a bunch of new friends with the roommates and explored Stockholm! If you’re looking for a place which is located at the perfect location and has an amazing staff — this is where you should be going! Thanks again guys for having me. It was a pleasure. Will definitely prefer this over hotels next time I’m in Sweden :)

Rated as the best hostel in Sweden by hostel world. Good, comfortable rooms. Toilets are not attached but nearby while the showers are even further away. Doesn't pose a big problem. Big kitchen space and common areas with computers to access the net. They however lack things like a pool or foos ball tables which could've made the space much more fun I felt personally. The board game selection alone doesnt pose that opportunity. The free sauna is a great add on and also the discount for the attached bar. Plus don't forget to bring your own bed linen, else you get charged.

Cozy, special vintage atmosphere, many free services (Wi-Fi, sauna, coffee from 11:00). Get ready to talk to people from all over the world.

Great hostel! Very well located (one can walk to the main points of interest), very clean, the staff is super friendly, and a real good atmosphere reigns there. Lots of little ones on the side that make it a nice place (free pasta, ice skates lent free, coffee offered, etc. )

The most beautiful and cool hostel I ever saw. The personnel is great and welcoming, the rooms are clean and comfortable and the shared areas are full of art and people from all the world you can connect with. They also give free sauna once a day, free ice skates to skate in the gorgeous ice parks of Stockholm, free Wi-Fi and free coffee for most of the day. Such a pity there are not 6 stars to give. Perfect and cheap.

The location is excellent, it is easy to find and is a very good starting point to tour the most popular areas of the city. The cleanliness is pretty good and the staff very attentive recommended totally.

Really great experience here. It may cost a bit more than some of the other hostels around but it is completely worth it. The rooms are comfortable and clean (though maybe a bit out of an IKEA catalog ;) ), and the kitchen facilities meant I didn't have to spend much on food out. The staff are friendly and helpful, and I met a number of interesting people here.

One of the best hostels I've been to so far. Staff are very friendly and calm at all times, all the facilities are very clean and in a very good shape overall. Common areas are large so meeting fellow travellers is quite easy. Meatballs at Nomad's are worth six out of five stars. Got no regrets recommending this place.

Best hostel yet in Stockholm I have stayed in. Good kitchen, happy atmosphere and good mix of friendly and social people. A bit loud and cold, but plus for the sauna and cute design and international staff. (Hostel only allows short-term stays for temporary visitors. )

I loved my stay here! The rooms were clean and spacious and the layout of the place was very cool. There are plenty of bathrooms and showers (private and shower rooms) that all seem to be kept up quite well. It is nice that they are a keyless hostel, you enter doors with a pin so you do not have to worry about losing or misplacing a key. You do have to pay extra for linens, and towels, and a lock if you did not bring one. I also wish that more of the bathrooms has electrical outlets. There is a hair dryer that you can use below reception. They have breakfast you can buy beforehand for pretty cheap, and then tea is free after 11!

This was a very great hostel! I loved the atmosphere and it was very clean and safe. The restaurant next door offered food and drink discounts so we were able to drink and eat for fairly cheap. I loved the charm of this hostel and everyone was nice and friendly. Also, they provided coffee and breakfast for free. I would definitely come back here!

Excellent atmosphere. Excellent location. It was weird how I had to make my own bed and take the sheers off afterwards. Nice staff. Clean n tidy. Not bad but I can't recommend over Generator.

Great hostel! Probably one of my favourites I've ever stayed at. The location was excellent, the staff were friendly and the place has a really fun vibe. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

The staff were very friendly and the food in Nomad restaurant excellent. I was given a voucher for 2 beers at SEK 29 each and the restaurant offers a discount on their delicious meatballs until 7pm. The interior of the hostel was very funky and clean. The bunk bed and linen was very comfy. The Wi-Fi was working without any issues and the breakfast was fantastic!

One of the best hostels I've stayed in anywhere. Super clean, Great community of travelers, good vibe, nice fairly well stocked kitchen (utensils, cutlery, pots/pans, not food) with tubs and fridges for you to store groceries in. Draws an awesome crowd of folks. Staff is great as well. It's not the sleekest or edgiest spot if that's what you're looking for. Only complaint I have is that there's only two single seater toilets, and only two shower cabins with no places inside to hang your clothes… small drawbacks though… and I stayed a week and never had to wait for showers or toilets. Somehow just worked out.

Just wrapping up a 4 night stay here, using free internet and computers they provide. Quite a few computers, so no wait. The staff is very very helpful, welcoming, and professional. Helped print out documents for me, helped look up bus times and routes, helped with luggage… super friendly. The rooms are clean and the space is relatively quiet, despite it being fully booked. Lots of mature, respectful guests from around the world. Lastly, it's in a great location. Definitely stay here if you can — worth the money, and very competent staff.

Everything was perfect in the hostel. Such a great value to stayed in a Scandinavian city where they have pretty cool decorations. The staffs were all very helpful and friendly. Their bed was so far the most comfortable one I found in the hostel, I enjoyed it too much that I almost couldn't get up the next morning. Love their breakfast too. I will definitely wanna come back again next time I visit Stockholm.

I really enjoyed my stay overall at this hostel — a good atmosphere and a fabulous breakfast! The reception area is a great space. I have some feedback that was the only negative of my stay — the beds needs tightening, they are very creaky and noises and kept interrupting my sleep. Hopefully you can find a solution, I think it would make it amazing! Also, is the reception a coffee shop too? Perhaps a menu or two on the tables would be a good idea? Thanks for a great stay, the staff were incredibly nice!

Friendly welcome. A bit expensive, but everything is expensive in Stockholm. The toilets are shared and I had the misfortune to find myself in one of the rooms adjoining the toilet, c. A. D. I heard everyone go to the bathroom, especially during the night.

If you are no longer a young student and you care about certain amenities, I would advise against this place. The toilets are to be shared, you are obliged to put the sheets of the bed and remove them when leaving. I heard the comings and goings to the people's bathroom… All night! For the price of a room you might be disappointed with the services. The common rooms are nice and decorated in a vintage style. You have the right to drink tea or coffee at will in the entrance hall (positive point). Good location. The staff is super friendly and warm which makes me give Qlqs stars. Breakfast for 50 SEK.

Clean hostel, great staff, showers are not my favorite because all the room floor gets wet while you are having a bath not only your shower.

I love this hostel. It's roomy, clean, warm, and has the nicest staff. The only reason I give it 4 instead of 5 stars is because it can be a bit cold around 5pm-9pm because the air conditioning.

The place was gr8 10/10, but I never want eat pasta again (having had it 4 days for lunch and dinner). I am drunk writing this bc my friend reminded me of the time we spent there but it was legit so fucking good. I recommend xxx.

Great experience! You get free pasta in the kitchen, the beds are comfy and there's always interesting people to meet.

Great location, friendly staff, clean, cosy, comfortable kitchen, nice details like old suitcases for decoration, free skates, free sauna, free pasta, free maps, a great place also for kids, table ice hockey is a fantastic way to relax, super cafe, Swedish movies with subtitles, offers like pub crawls and trips.

Great Hostel. Nice Staff, No Shoe-Policy makes it welcoming clean inside, good kitchen (with free pasta and a leftover fridge, which sometimes seems to be a treasure-trove).
Usually quiet at night, but always some people you can hit the bars with.
Guided bicycle tour and Meatball cooking was great.
Nothing to do wrong with booking this hostel. (Just leave out the breakfast, it's cheese sandwich and cornflakes every morning. ).

Well organized, clean, spacious rooms and a great policy of taking off your shoes at the door. It is also very central and generally well kept. Good.
