Great hotel and great breakfast.

The water is not hot enough, the rooms have a musty smell. Very bad attention.

The hotel is located in walking distance of the city centre. Additionally, a metro station is also located nearby. The staff is friendly and willing to help out. The rooms are divided over different buildings that are situated next to each other. The room we stayed in was spacious enough, though the bathroom felt a bit cramped with limited movement space in the shower. The interior is modern and a Chromecast is available for casting. Breakfast is served in the main building and consists of various items with lots to choose from. We noted the hotel tries to be environmentally friendly by choosing for bigger cartons over individually wrapped items. (though we wondered why we got new towels when we put them back on the rack while the card told us they would be replaced when left on the ground) Overall a nice hotel to stay and explore Stockholm from.

Satisfied with my 4-night stay at Best Western KOM in Stockholm. The hotel is only a 10-15 minutes walk from the center of Stockholm. Quiet neighborhood. The room nice, bathroom small. The staff professional and helpful.

A centrally located hotel. 2 stations from Gamla Stan. Very close to the Tivoli Luna Park … the staff were nice. Great breakfast! Overall I recommend staying here.

Really nice with extra features. Perhaps this is an European thing. Great breakfast, convenient location to the rest of Stockholm. Only if part is that it is the Ikea bedroom and bathroom as found in the stores. Still real nice. Definitely recommend.

Ideally located for a City break And a very good Value For Money. Breakfast is very good with great Choice. The Rooms were very quiet, clean and large. Conclusion: On the next Visit to Stockholm gladly again.

Loved the delicious full breakfast, but really appreciated the counter staff more. They took the trouble to provide information on how to get somewhere, to where to eat. Their enthusiasm in wanting to help was genuine, which makes the difference between a good hotel and a great one. Lots of eateries, 7-11, & shopping with bus and T stops able to bring you to suburbs of Stockholm. Enough said.

Great room only the bathrooms have been a bit over the years. Breakfast is generous. The hotel has a very central location. 15 min to the train station and only a few minutes to the Metro or main road.

Relatively nice hotel with good value for money. Everything was clean and handsome. The breakfast was very rich and perfectly fine. Can't complain.

Brilliant hotel. Normally use Scandic but they let me down a few times so tried this now. Really good. Very friendly check in staff. Brilliant breakfast. Fantastic location and pet charge half the price of Scandic. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Travelling with teenagers can be full of small logistical problems. The Best Western Hotel was extremely accommodating. Lost items were returned, teens were allowed to be teens, charging stations and fitness rooms were perfect for their needs. The location was nearby for our attendance at the SIS MUN, having three to a room meant the cost was similar to a hostel. The included breakfast was delicious, although they perhaps need more choice for celiac sufferers. Personally I loved the magazines in the room and my ballerina room was admired by the girls traveling with me. All in all a great experience.

This was a dirty hotell, bad breakfastand unpleasant staff. I will not book it agan and of course I can´t recommend it.

I like this hotel! For expensive Stockholm it's the best thing to choose it. In the hotel I had a clean comfortable room, a comfortable bed and a good breakfast. For me this is more than enough. hotel is close to the center of the city. Me and my wife had a great time in Sweden. It was in the New Year. I recommend this place anyone who wants to visit Stockholm.

A modern hotel located very close to the subway and many bus from which to reach all the important points of the city. Best Western quality, clean and dignified room, great breakfast. Very good quality price. If you want there is also the gym and the sauna inside.

The staff is so friendly, the hotel and the rooms clean and well furnished, free coffee, tea and cocoa 24 hours! Great location.

It's very good. Small but quiet rooms in the hallways there are water sources to drink. There is also a room to rest and drink water-coffee-cafe with milk-infusion free.

Good hotel, good situated, friendly personell, coffee and tea free both in the room as well as in the hall where you can pleasantly sit.

The hotel is fine, good value for money in Stockholm. The breakfast is great, but it does get extremely busy in the morning, waiting for table, etc. The worst part of the hotel is the basketball court in the basement… whose idea was that? They start at 6am and finish well after 10pm. Woken up by the thuds and being kept awake by them "slightly" ruined the sleep experience.

Great hotel, pity that the accommodation was in the Strutrura near so to go to breakfast you had to get out and re-enter the main facility. Very clean room Tv 55 "with Chromecast inserted. A 15 min walk from the center.

Excellent clean and really cheap hotel within 2 steps of the city center. I recommend.

The rooms are spacious, acceptable and clean. Breakfast is plentiful and good. Unfortunately, the dining area is like a bit crowded. Coffee, espresso, tea and cocoa are free in the lobby. The shower is getting used to and a little cramped, the shower head a faulty construction. As is evident in Sweden, soya and oat milk are available at breakfast (naturally also normal milk). Umbrella is borrowable at the reception.

Very nice hotel room quite small but quite sufficient breakfast v good if I was back in Stockholm for a weekend I would happily stay again.

Booked a single night here after we couldn't extend our stay at the previous hotel. In hindsight this was the hotel we should have stayed at for the duration of our visit to Stockholm. While it's a bit further away from the city centre it's just a short walk or bus ride away. Nice spacious rooms, with comfortable beds and a decent sized bathroom. There's a sauna and fitness centre you can make use of in the basement and free coffee in the lobby. The breakfast was a good buffet style with a great selection of healthy food.

A can far from the sea and the old center but for those who like to walk perfect.

Room freely upgraded form double to triple. Nice and clean. Position in noormstad seems fine at the moment.

Amazing hotel. Many facilities, free coffee and tea, excellent breakfast, nice room with a great decoration. It has also a interactive table and friendly cast. Such a nice experience.

Great location and good value for money for the city. Helpful staff, a plus the possibility to enjoy free drinking water on the floor via vending machine and a coffee maker that gives hot chocolate tea and cappuccino in the lobby all day.

We stayed with two toddlers 5, and 4 years in this Hotel, we found it a good compromise considering the not really cheap cost of the city. Our room was on the ground floor, with two bunk beds, reminded a lot of a cruise ship cabin, but we had a comfortable bathroom, television, closet, and free Wi-Fi;

Great Hotel in great location. The room was spacious and clean. We were in the Christmas period for which they were available Groll and treats.

Staff is very friendly, there's always coffee/tea for free and the gym is great (sauna included, didn't check it out though). Breakfast buffet is quite large and tasty. Cleaning could be optimized. You should know that there are more than one building and the equipment differs. Hotel is located very central in walking distance to the center/central station.

I was robbed by a gang of the pickpockets right in front of the hotel lobby while waiting for breakfast to be opened at 7:20. There were 3 men, one of them used a trick of dropping a package of facial tissue paper to deviate my attention, the other guy standing next to the counter by the receptionist to give a signal to the guy standing behind me to grab my bag. The whole action was done so quick, I realized that my bag was gone until the last men who asked if I dropped a facial tissue putting that facial tissue back to his pocket and rush out. I couldn't believe that it happened right in front of the hotel staff and they didn't seem to take any quick action to protect their customer unless I asked them to help me.

Clean and modern room (at least the one I was in), unfortunately I didnt get the luxury of a beautiful landscape, instead I got another building straight on my face so I had my curtains closed at all times. I had double room with my boyfriend, bed seemed a bit small for a double size, but we both fit on the bed easy. Theres nice closets with mirrors and a free safe for you to use. As far as I noticed the washing can be left at reception and theyll do it for free, you get free sudoku notepad with your room but mine was missing a few pages. Neat en-suite with a nice walk-in shower. Small and thin pillows but you get 2 each (for two people) and itll get you through the night easy enough. Small fridge would of been nice. Hotel seems neat and secure, youve got the usual key cards and after midnight (? ) you have to use a code to get in to your building. Breakfast is included to the hotel price (which also was quite cheap considering the location) and there were various different breads and toppings, cereal, scrambled eggs, bacon, fruits… even waffles! (that you have to make yourself, but trust me, theyre worth it). All in the end, itd be a 5-star-hotel in my opinion, if the place had fridge in the room, better view from the room or more variety with breakfast. I do recommend this place and I would go again if I ever come back to Stockholm (which I probably will). :)

Meget små senge. Ingen A/C, Ingen køleskab. Kun lille top vindue, selvom vi bor på 7 sal. Så rummet føles som om man bor I kælderen. Wi-Fi er ok.
