Review of Vann Spa Hotell & Konferens 4*

When I booked for a SPA package I specifically mentioned we'll arrive after 8pm so we won't be able to use the Spa that they so I asked if we could use it on the next day when we had to check out (11am) … I didn't get a reply on this but I thought when we'll arrive we will fix it… at the reception the lady didn't know what the policy is about the SPA but she was nice and told me to speak with the morning personal and tell her the story and hopefully they can extend our stay for 2 more hours so we could use the SPA for half day :-) … morning personal at the reception was rude and rolling her eyes. She told me NO and if I want to extend the check out time it cost 100kr/hour/person… I payed 1990kr for the package what I would not be able to use if I let her push me away with her rude attitude! I believe it would be a bit pricey just for a night and a dinner. Dinner was excellent and the service in the restaurant was very professional. The bed was very uncomfortable and couldn't sleep on it so I put the top mattress down on the floor to be able to rest a bit, the pillow was very small and uneven… in the end I asked the SPA if we could use it untill 13.00 because of our situation… the lady in the SPA was very nice and helpful so we could stay there for longer. It is a nice SPA in a pretty surrounding but it is too expensive for the price and what they offer. Coming from Gothenburg there are cheaper options and closer as well not to mention better service and more comfort. Therefore I don't recommend this place for people!
