The villa that we rent totally equipped felt like home, service are great, nice people, private beach, the villa decor and space was perfect totally different from other hotel really, I didnt feel like that I felt its my place with all this facilities, nice swimming pool, nice green park.

Fantastic hotel, clean and tidy rooms and great food. Beautiful pool. Hotel serves only lunch and kitchen closes at 16:00, so no chance for dinner. Recommend going for a beach-side dinner at W15, tuna and drinks fantastic. Hotel has no alcohol license but allows you to drink your own beer, wine etc. Lunch at the hotel was however really good and breakfast was both plentiful and amazing. Nice staff but hotel feels quite understaffed and you have to go and fetch a server to order food.

A tranquil cove built by private villas. The bottom is rocky. A great place for solitude and contemplation of wonderful nature.

This villas & gardens is absolutely beautiful. The location facing the Welligama ocean is incredible, wonderful gardens, magnificently furnished rooms with delightful deco and artwork, polite staffs plus high quality food served.
It would be difficult to fault this place.

Wow place. Rooms are beautifully designed and well appointed. Nice secluded private beach.

Lovely place, nice view, big and comfortable room with beautiful furniture, huge rain shower (the biggest we've ever seen! ), fantastic hard wooden floor, large windows, beautiful terrace right on the pool with a sofa and 2 big armchairs, tropical garden and very good cuisine. On the down side, the staff needs improvement in quality of service and serious english courses as some can hardly understand what we ask for. It's also the only place in Sri Lanka where we had a not so warm welcome… There is a lack of tidiness here and there, their little beach is pretty but not cleaned and they didn't clean our terrace neither clear the table, until we asked! Gone out part of the day, when we came back, somebody else used our dedicated terrace, cushions were damped and water everywhere on the floor. No hot water the next morning, the guy told us "I'm gonna switch on the boiler" Why they shut it down when a lot of customers are in the house? To save money of course but not the planet since they switch the fan AND the AC on while we were outside! No internet working when we arrived but it came in later on. We talked to the manager about our complains and he handled things professionally.

Very nice Place if you book the front row rooms at the pool! Great pool and beautiful garden! Small beach with small swimming area, some rocks. Food is better to eat somewhere else like in mirissa at the beach!

The staff is friendly and welcoming, and with a refined menu.
