The place has a nice vibe and a great looking menu. However, some dishes were not available. Our pasta took an hour to prepare — service was so slow we wanted to leave. The place is bit pricey for what you get in the end.

Ok — all tourist should know this is the place eat and stay! the best in the area and the most pleasant experience in my 2 week holiday in Sri Lanka — sincerely friendly staff, delicious coffee, drinks and food — best view from the roof deck.

We had breakfast there this morning and loved it! Very local place, a few tables in what seems to be someone’s home, real experience and authentic! Loved the creamy cappuccino, the avocado toast and peanut butter toasts. Service was really good and friendly and big plus, they are dog lovers! Absolutely recommend this place! IG @girlsworldwild.

Great food and drinks. Not too many options but was enough. Don't skip the dessert. Milkshake were awesome but a bit pricey.

Great location, average price for western food, great taste. We had BYO wine which was awesome. The only annoyance, the waiter gave us the bill after the main course, we wanted dessert — cheesecake is beautiful! Again we were rushed with the bill because he waiter wanted to meet his mates. At least he was honest :)

I dont recommend this restaurant. We were waiting 1, 5 hr to get our food. One of it was a SALAD! When the waiter noticed we are quite angry he said 2-3 minutes but only salad came (after an hour) and then after 20 minutes another meal, after I already finished my salad. No apologies from the stuff. Simple sorry could make this up. No one told us in advance the waiting time will be this long. We were actually in a hurry so it has completely ruined our plans. We told the waiter how dissapointed we are, but again, no apology. Then the bill came and they charged 10% for the service (typical in Sri Lanka) however I asked to pay just for the food, without the service. Waiter said the manager said its not possible to pay without the 10% tip. So we had to tip them even the service was terrible! The prices were quite high for Sri Lanka (expect 7-10€ for 1 meal with a drink). Food was good but unfortunately it ruined our whole experience.

Extremely overpriced, tiny portions, food is OK at best, and it takes a lot of time untills you get it. Got food poisoning from eating there as well. There are plenty of great places in Weligama, stay clear from this one.

Bit over rated … menu not terribly extensive… local staff are great! Can't say the same for the foreign managers who tend to like to sit around and are not a great help. It seems to be a bit of a Russian hang out … I'm not sure if I'd go again … the food was tasty however the portions were small despite the price …

The only place in Sri Lanka with a civilized toilet. Clean tables and room. The coffee is also good, freshly brewed and no instant coffee.

Soul places — the kitchen, and it's here and delicious! Coupled with responsive service give the opportunity to enjoy time spent here! Thank you for working for the people!

Everything is delicious and everything is clean. Both are very rare in Srilanka. There are people who love their job very much, it is immediately felt. It's all with soul. I am happy to know this place, I highly recommend it.

It's okay. Service is nice. Tuna burger is tasty. Nothing extraordinary, just solid dinner. Probably I'm prejudiced as it was hard to get there — the place is randomly closed or full so finally we managed to make a reservation which was slightly irritating.

Very nice place up stairs from the street. Super friendly staff great clean place. Food is fresh and prepped at order so wait could be a bit but well worth it. Few seats to if you show up at peak time you will have to wait or sent away. Worth a visit (and a revisit for that matter)

Breakfast bowl with banana ”youghurt” is amazing.

Aloha has a great vibe, soft lounge music and a stellar view of the bay. Food is nice and simple, might be a bit on a pricier side (considering that 10 euro for a full meal is quite a lot here), but you get much more than you pay for. Outstanding friendly staff will make sure you'll enjoy it here.

We go for the third day here for lunch and dinner. Guys good! Yesterday even in the queue at the table almost stood-a full house. More precisely, sat comfortably) it is difficult to recommend one thing, everything is very tasty.

Very disappointing and worst service in Weligama. I ordered an omelette without toast and with some greens as a side. The omelette arrived with toast and no greens. When I asked about the side salad they offered me avocado toast and I explained again that I’m gluten free and cannot have toast but just avocado would be great. They charged me full price for both omelette and avocado toast although that wasn’t what I ordered. Food wasn’t great and service was extremely bad, no apologies or smiles or nothing. It wasn’t a question of language barrier either as our waiter was foreigner and spoke good English.

Spiritual place with proper coffee, great lemonade. Burger with tuna-a must to eat!

Its okay maybe for a juice and coffee in between a session or for their guests. If you like quality food and service, I cant recommend. Wouldn't return at all.

High quality food and style! We had super breakfast (fruit bowl with yoghurt and nuts). A little bit more expensive than other places for a reason…

Aloha is located right across the Weligama Bay. The upper deck for dining is a great choice as you can munch whilst staring at traffic and the waves. Had the Tuna Burger which was good but they bun gets too wet due to the coleslaw and the ketchup and mustard. All flavourful but just a bit wet. Service was fantastic and very efficient. Will be back to try out the other dishes soon.

Truly nice cuisine based on local products, but reinvented and served in a surprisingly new way. Tasty burgers and waffles in Weligama? Hell yeah!
