This people ruined my wedding which was held on 23rd of August 2018, Extremely bad management. We have paid full payment before the wedding. But when we went to the 22nd the ceiling wasn't painted (they promised all would finished before the wedding). We booked for 230 guests and they have only ordered 175 chairs. We fought with them for other 30 chairs and 3 tables. The buffet was not chosen menu by us. As they said their chef has left from the office because of a fight with the manager (Mr. Deen). The deserts are not which we chosen. There were no ice cream even. The service was null, Waiters doesn't properly served the welcome drink to the guest. I hate this place and never recommend for anyone.
A ruined short stay holiday… An unclean resort, unprofessional staffs, offers complementary lunch because of ignorance. We changed the room thrice within 3 hours due to impurity, unhygienic reasons, don't merely trust the pictures posted on Agoda. Charges for food without a menu card. No Wi-Fi in the room as lines were disconnected… I don't recommend to anyone who likes to spend quality time with your spouse and children. The above statements were written with the best of my knowledge.

Waiters were very over head and didn't serve the guests well. I never recommend this shity hotel for anyone in this universe.
