Superb experience! Higher customer service. It was an amazing experience we got in serene pavilion. Food is also really delicious and they served it very nicely. Staff is very friendly and always willing to help us. Always maintained the high privacy in each villa and whole villa is clean and attractive. Better to stay there more than one night and it is one of the best place to relax with luxury facilities including the plunge pool, jacuzzi and the sea view. Thank u Serene Pavilion for this beautiful experience! ❣️

It is a great place with privacy and a romantic atmosphere, ideal for honeymoon couples. The food was super tasty and the staff was very friendly and helpful. It is definitely a place to be revisited!

Fabulous holiday experience in a modern villa with a plunge pool, jacuzzi and ultimate privacy. One of the best hotels we have visited. Child friendly and highly recommended.

We were delighted to choose the Ocean Pavilion for our honeymoon and we spent 8 unforgettable nights with the perfect ocean views.
The experience was superb starting from the reservation and day one. The staff was very welcoming and hospitable. The Ocean Pavilion was well prepared, clean, and decorated. Mr. Deeptha Gihan was overseeing our meals and attended to all our requests with passion. He made sure that we enjoyed every moment and was always available for our queries.
The chef and the kitchen staff did an amazing job and the food was mouth-watering. The variety and presentation were perfect.
The housekeeping staff was fast, reliable and did a great job in maintaining the pavilion and the pool.
Amidst the current pandemic situation, the staff ensured our safety and privacy.
We are grateful to all of you for making our honeymoon a precious memory! Looking forward to being there again.

Loved the hospitality and service of serene pavilion on the two days of stay in the two bed villa karishma with my kids. Had a wonderful time, butler pasindu was so attentive and assisted us on everything. Great food, atmosphere for a quiet getaway. Hoping to come back soon again. Serene Pavillions is one of the best hotels in Srilanka! Prices and food are excellent and worth it, and honestly I am so happy we found this place. From the time we checked in and till we checked out the friendly and professional staff ensured we loved the stay. Our villa was spacious, lovely, super clean with an amazing view of the ocean. So happy with our stay that acually was sad to leave! Kasun who assisted us with everything was sweet and friendly. Definitely will back there and will recomend this peace of heaven in Wadduwa to everyone♥️

Had a wonderful night stay at a comfortable, clean and spacious villa at Serene Pavilions. Food was delicious and our butler Nadeera did a good service.

Serene Pavilions was a magical experience. We had our a villa to ourselves. A private space and a lookout onto the ocean. The service was spot on. The check in process was done very swiftly and we were given a very reasonable offer. We had a personal butler for our villa. Priyantha served some delicious food and made every dish and menu according to our preference. We really thank them for making our stay feel relaxing and calm. Would really recommend the place for the couples in need of some calm serene environment, privacy and good food.

Me & my wife came here without even knowing what would this place look like. But after entering it was like another paradise. We were given a two storied private villa with every facility included. Such a nice place for relaxation & for people who loves calmness. Private pools access to the beach, rooms, bathroom everything was exceptional. Must visit place. Hoping to come once again.

Excellent privacy in the Garden Pavilion. The plunge pool was great day and night. Unforgettable food and Very good Saff. They even helped us when our vehicle was in trouble. Love to visit this place again. It was two days full of love.

Place is really nice. Really peace full big time. You won't get disturb by any locals. How ever the food is in the a la carte menu is not worth to the price and the potion is really small.

Stay away from this horrible place. The lady in charge will try to rob you and the staff are very rude.

Excellent luxury private two storied boutique. Very calm and quiet place. Ocean villas are recommended over garden villas. Private pool is excellent. Private butler is available. No buffet available for Lunch. But for some days special buffets are arranged. 12 boutiques are there. Too Expensive.

Went there for our honeymoon. One of the best exclusive hotels I have been in. It had a private pool and a massive villa. Perfect place.

Unfortunately very disappointing. We were expecting a great three at a beach resort but decided to leave after one night. Staff was friendly and the property is nice but the rest was not up to expectation. No activities in the area. The beach is very dirty and we felt uncomfortable going for a swim. Food was average. Wine & cocktails were terrible. No proper coffee available. We had to use our own mobile phones to call the room service as no phones were available. Kitchen was not cleaned properly. Cockroach in the room. TV wasn't working. And the list goes on…

That luxury feeling, u will not have it anywhere else. Personal butler, beautiful cottage, yummy food, smell of the … I'm so glad that we choose serene as our honeymoon destination…

Amazing place. I came there after my wedding. Got there without having much idea about the place. But once we were inside the villa I wanted to stay forever. Butler and the staff were so nice and friendly. Would love to visit again someday. It is indeed serene!

Feel like a palace.

The first two nights of our honeymoon trip was in this resort. Our stay was simply unforgettable. We enjoyed every moment there. The pools, the beach and our private villa were all amazing. The butler and the workers in the hotel were so nice. I will give 10 stars not only 5 :)

Reason is there in the name itself. Ideal place to relax and the best hideout from the city where you will get pampered by them.

Let me list out the PROS and CONS PROS 1. Butler was excellent, Well trained and very friendly. 2. Villa's are very spacious 3. Private and Calm place to Relax CONS 1. The Ponds in the Front area was very poorly maintained. We first thought we came to the wrong place when we saw the front section of the hotel 2. Stayed in an Ocean Pavilion, The Gardening in private pool area and the area close to the beach was very poorly maintained. So the views from the private pool area was not so good. 3. The food was the worst part. They provided Al Carte meals and had only two options to select. The main course was tasteless and less quantity. 4. Breakfast was even more horrible, We ordered sri lankan breakfast, they just servered 3 currys with tiny quantities 5. I included my 3 year old child to the Package which was offered, however during the meals they refused to provide a separate small meal for the kid. Then when I inquired this, they agreed and provide a small meal which was the same main caurse meal we had, But they provided so little quantity even for the kid. This was the first time I had this experience in a luxury hotel. 6. One of the bathroom wash basins were blocked. 7. There was a water cut and I had to call front desk to fix it. 8. Definitely not a child friendly hotel. Didn't even have a High-chair for kids.
