We had a very enjoyable overnight stay at Oak Ray Beach. The staff are very friendly, professional and very supportive. The rooms were clean, very comfortable. Food was amazing 😍. Oak Ray Beach gave us a memorable stay. Thank you everyone ❤️ Highly Recommend.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown♥️

Nice hotel best in sri lanka.

A very shabby hotel. The staff does not know how to deal with guests. I have Booked This hotel on 24th Dec 2020 for two nights. I had a chat with Ashoka and he said everything is ok your booking is confirmed, they will send a e mail to me mentioning my booking details. But I did not get an e mail even on the 24th night. On Christmas day Morning I was called To Ashoka to get a confirmation of my booking. Even at that time also Ashoka said everything is ok booking has been confirmed. I received the email while I was on my way to the hotel. Then I got a call from the hotel. They said there is no rooms in the hotel and the last few rooms were given a short while ago. When I call Ashoka again and ask him what this is, he says, the hotel has space, this is due to a fault in the air conditioning in the rooms. Although Ashoka told us to go to the hotel without any confidence. I was so angry that I suddenly spoke to Ashoka. But I did not get any accurate information from Ashoka or the hotel. I was just wasting my time. Due to their activities, I had to stop and look for hotels again. I never recommend this hotel to anyone.

We have booked October 3rd to 4th, paid the advance, after 2days booking canceled because managment decided to carry on renovations, they promised to refund our money, but still not received a penny. Bad managment, not recommend at all.

Rooms are not in good condition and overall cleanliness is very low. Poor hygiene and safety in washrooms, even in the pool. The only good thing that I could recommend is food.

We had a great time there, staff friendly and supportive… overall experience is good as there are more to improve on maintenance, specifically the cleanliness of the swimming pool…

Worst experience ever had, we were there without water and electricity around 12 hours, they have no genrator, also mangemnet never try even apologize from us, nvere ever go for there if electricity had gone u will fell terrble experience, we had faced lot of problems with kids there.

Worst experience I have ever had. Rooms were not clean at all. No variety foods. Overall cleanliness was zero. No staff service. TV didn’t work. No guest friendly staff.

Excellent hideout. Great staff. Wonderful rooms and lovely housekeeping. Nice fine dining experience. All in all it was perfect. Will make it again to taste them all. a kind proposal to add a few action stations like hopper kotthu to add more colour to your restaurant. cheers.

We stayed at oakray haridra beach resort on 21st of february. Excellent service. Room decoration, food was great. Specialy reception and f&b staff gave us superb service. Great location sea front. Had an amazing time.

We got ocean view room and service is great. Food & service is great. We got good discount in spa. Manager mr. Gamini also spend some time with us when we check out. Specially thanks for mr. Dhammika and mr. Dilshan.

It is unfair to classify your hotel as five stars I think it deserves more than that
The services were very ideal and more than expected from the moment of arrival to the hotel to the moment of departure
The hotel staff is very professional and I thank them all, specially Mr. Dilshan and front desk staff they were very friendly and helpful.
Restaurant food was amazing and service is all so excellent. … The pool is clean and has a magnificent view of indian ocean Rooms are spacious and nicely decorated
