Poor service and poor room condition. Sanitary facilities are not up to the mark. Breakfast is worst.

The atmosphere was great and the scenary was great and people was awesome a place you can come again and have a relax time. But the pool cost is really high for the type of pool.

The best hotel I've ever been to.

Paradise Corner. Very beautiful, quiet, calm beach. The place where you rest body and soul. There are no passers-by, crowds of people. Very well arranged rest on the beach, sunbeds, hammocks, showers. In the evening there are a lot of crabs in beautiful shells. But the monotonous breakfasts, pleased with the papaya. Very tasty seafood is cooked. We took for dinner from the menu and several times brought fresh, we were cooked. And another half the time of the stay in the hotel was summer water, hot turned on when more people came and almost all the rooms were occupied. All rooms overlook the ocean (glass wall and door). The incredible atmosphere of the noise of the waves and the chirping of birds, both fall asleep and wake up very high. The site is gorgeous, organized by 4k.

Basic. No hot water. Stayed 1 night and left the next day.

The first thing to note is the hospitality and friendliness of the host, Misha, for the duration of their stay, he did everything to decorate our time stay. When choosing a hotel, the emphasis was placed on a good beach, and the beach at this hotel is impeccable sand, ten steps away. Beautiful view, friendly staff, convenient location (to the city 10 min by bus). All very much! Recommended!

Very nice place to start your journey in Sri Lanka. Staff is awesome and gentle. Rooms are neat and the view is perfect. Cannot be closer to the beach.

Very good hotel for solo travellers. Your beautiful beach protected from the waves. In the evening a beautiful sunset. Large air-conditioned rooms. At the same time is located away from the bustle of Hikkaduwa and the accessibility by public transport (10 min by bus). Delicious Breakfast and very friendly staff. In the mornings the local fishermen dismantle a catch and they can get hold of the freshest lobster, crab and fish at ridiculous prices. The food here can be cooked for you in the kitchen. Of the shortcomings — the hotel would not hurt cosmetic repairs.

This a wonderfully hospitable hotel on a magnificent private beach. We were made to feel so special everyday. The rooms a lovely and brand new with air conditioning and fans and Wi-Fi to boot. Breakfast is included but lunch or dinner is available if you want. Sri Lanka at its best. Unspoiled natural beauty with a genuinely warm welcome.
