Went for lunch… made the wrong order. Water orange juice, dried cake. The food was horrific. Very low standards. Service was good. But no point if you can't enjoy the food, absolutely no value for money.

Recently went for a dinner @ FLOW with my office colleagues. Their food and services offered were exceptional. Staff went out of the way to provide with something off their menu when requested. Great service from the point of making the reservation. Dinner buffet was a real gastronomical experince. Still thinking of those pork dumplings 10 out of 10 customer experience guys! Great Place for Corporate Functions and Events with courteous staff who are very helpful in a rush, case in point was a few days back when I needed to get a gift wrapped urgently, Clyde at the concierge was there to the rescue, he had it done in double quick time. Very Professional. Great Service!

Love the staff, always helpful and at your service. The 2 bedroom suite is spacious, clean and tastefully decorated. The location couldn't get any better, right in the middle of everything. Food City, Keells Supermarket and Gangarama Temple is a few feet away. I would most certainly come back to this place on my next visit.

Great stay, Good Food, Courteous Staff! I have stayed here for long term and I must say that the apartments are really good. I stayed in the Master Bedroom and I found it good and spacious, however other rooms are a bit small with no attached washroom. This might be an issue if you are not staying as a family and the reviews may change from that perspective. Apartment has all the amenities and the living and dining area is also quite spacious. Talking about the breakfast, I would say it's good, however when you stay for long term, you kinda get bored since the things keep on repeating and they hardly change 5% dishes everyday. Also, there is nothing much you can change in the English breakfast. Pool area and gym is good with poolside bar and restaurant. Location is also good with beach and train station nearby. Overall a nice experience.

I attended for a corporate night party at Hilton Residence. Place was nice and well arranged. Staff was really helpfull. Had a calm relaxing experience at poolside area. Food was really good and well combined. Only concern is, there were no direction boards shown from parking to elevator areas.

This is the place to be if you are looking for a classy service apartment experience… Good service, nice location, fair price… Their buffet breakfast is awesome… Only flip side is that they have just one room with attached bathroom… The other rooms have to share bathrooms.

Great experience, Good food and environment. It was a Muslim wedding reception ghat I went in to, the food served were of very high standard, staff nicely took the challenge of serving on tables for the large crowd present. They even went to individual attention and served a personalized menus for vegetarians. Super service and planned execution.

It's such a shame for the entire HILTON chain I've arranged one of our high profile clients to stay at Hilton apartments in Srilanka. And my client had gone through lot of difficulties due to their poor and shameless reservation arrangements. I don't recommend HILTON for anyone
You don't even deserve one star.

I made an online dinner reservation for Saturday (9/6) on Tuesday (5/6) evening and the site said "Thank you for your reservation" and at the bottom said "Please allow a lead time of at least 12hours for bookings made via the FLOWlk website. If you wish to receive a confirmation sooner, please contact the restaurant directly". I called the hotel the next afternoon and asked them about the online confirmation and they said, they will only receive it within 2 days. I called yesterday and checked on the reservation and still they said no reservation has come. Today is Friday and I still haven't got any confirmation on my booking no any email alerting me of any booking I made. Please tell me how long do you guys actually take to confirm a booking made online and if you'll really do accept online reservations.

Excellent Place to Stay on your Vacation to Colombo. Most of the ameneties are provided within the rooms. Excellent breakfast buffet with live cooking station. Dinner served at the same place with live music. They have a cozy bar that serves alcohol. Nice big pool is located behind the property as well. We had our wedding at their banquet hall and they provided a super service and delicious meal to everyone with complimentary stay at the hotel. Highly recommended to anyone visiting the country for a long journay with a crowd. Make sure you get a recently renovated floor to get the most out of it.

The one if best n centrally located 5* class apartment in heart of Colombo. Main shopping places n food city outlets are near by. Easy access to the nearest bus station n railway station / hospital n many more. A decent n reputed brand to enjoy your Colombo stay with family of 6 maximum in an apartment, and also a good choice for a gathering.

Visited one time there for a job related product launching program which was conducted in a meeting room. Interior and hospitality is great. Food supplied by the residencies also good. But I dont gave any experience about rooms and restaurants.

This is now my 4th stay at this establishment. Fantastic team and service. From the Concierge through to the staff at Flow, we had fantastic experiences all round. Highly recommend.

It was a night function which I attended and food was ok, not the best certainly. Dessert was also pretty average. Conference room arranging and the wash room facilities were excellent. With the name being Hilton I expected more honestly. Ample parking was available, so no issues were there. So overall I think the experience was above average.

Good : * Lot of options to serve. * Food is yummy. * Good place to have training sessions, Team meetings etc. Bad : * During one of my visits here I experienced something that shouldn't have happened at a hotel in this category. One guest used the spoon she used to serve a pork to serve other dishes and there was no one to stop her. And surprisingly no one corrected this either and I had to warn one of my Muslim friends who attended the same function with me about this. If there was someone from the hotel supervising this wouldn't have happened! Worst part is this happened at the area where the main course was served. * Poor maintenance is visible here and there.

Suitable venue for weddings and corporate events. Few halls available here for different sized events. Nothing special to complain of compliment about staff, food and the service. Access is easy to this place form the main road however the parking space is limited.

A well throughout out spaces for reception and other events, over three ballrooms, in three floors. (I was only attending an event, not taking residence) Good facilities for any event, from sound systems to seating to food. You'll do well to chose this venue. Be mindful of the menu as the low budget events may suffer from less than memorable dining experiences.

The food of the hotel reception was delicious with a huge variety. From the starter to main meal, all the items were really good. However the service of the staff (waiters) were not that great. They must train the employees in a way to give the guests a world class service to maintain its name.

Stayed at the Hilton Residence for a week and experienced the best hospitality by far since we are both in the hospitality for over 25 years, all the staff were beyond exceptional and was very friendly and always willing to help the Ftont desk, Restaurant staff to Housekeeping got the best service daily and our Appartment was fabulous had a beautiful view. The food was great at the FLOW And nothing to beat Sri Lankan Hoppers were the best, tried the Buffet in Shangrilla too but can’t compare to Hilton, my First choice will be Hilton and would recommend to anybody, well done to all the Staff we came across who made us feel at home,

Great place to stay with a glorious view of Colombo skyline. Gym is clean and the breakfast is brilliant. There is Cargills market next door where you can buy essential items which is quite convenient.

One of the best places to stay in Colombo. Right in the heart of the city. Amazing rooms, friendly staff and good food. The newly renovated rooms are very nicely done. Room service at it's best. Highly recommended for all age groups.

Visited the hotel to hold a seminar. The price is little high, though the auditorium was better than average. A pre installed LCD projected is expected from. Such hotel. Better electronics for A/V presentations during the conference would surely improve the conference experience. There should be instruction to electronics staff to be present during the presentation to handle any situation.

Superb 2 or 3 bedroom apartments with kitchens or single rooms without kitchen, great views and superb service by the staff. The staff is generous and you can have great conversations with them. Very helpful and good cost for such service and rooms.

I am a doctor from Dubai. Came here for exam yesterday They didn't give a room for 3 hours despite booking 2 months earlier Finally at 6pm they allotted a room in 12 th floor and there's construction going above They are laying flooring There probably and banging and grinding noises all day HILTON hotel which is 5star alotting room like this! Shocked I seriously need an explanation from the management Manager feels sorry and cannot help! Its disastrous for someone studying for a post graduate medical exam which is held in Hilton who can't study or sleep in the room! I even pleaded to stop the work for sometime as It gave a headache. They said they cannot help!

Some rooms in desperate need of an update. I stay at Hilton a lot and this was one of the more dated ones. Pool is a good size with a children's play area. Location is good for visit some of the local sites.

Great hotel with many facilities and dining options. A great conference location, conveniently located in Colombo.

This is not a traditional Hilton Hotel. This is a mix apartment and a Hotel building. Staff was nice. Room was great. Cons — Elevator was a huge problem. During rush hour one may have to wait 10/15 minutes to get to desired floor. 3 elevators for guests and 1 for staff. But most of the time staff uses guest elevator and that also causes more delay when trying to reach floor. Happy hour — Buy one get one free policy is kind of crappy. One would have to wait 20 minutes plus to get hold of the staff to bring beer or drinks. Than subsequently wait more times for drinks. Happy hour is only and hour long too. Gym and sauna — water fountain in the Gym did not work properly the entire two weeks I stayed. When asked the staff they explained they were waiting on some parts! Found sauna to be off on more than one occasion, when asked the staff turned it on but did not work for me. Staff — was very professional at all times.

Nice place to have a corporate event, but the Union Ballroom is having pillars middle of the hall, therefore the space cannot be utilize fully.

The rooms smell of cigarettes! But the service from the staff is excellent. 3 stars becuse of good service otherwise one and a half. The place is in need of a refresh and none smoking rooms. Get with the times. Not hilton quality.

One of the few international chain hotels in Colombo. We were upgraded to a Three bedroom apartment on a topmost floor with a view of complete Colombo skyline & sea. Apartment was uniquely designed to get a view of city from every room. Apartment was very spacious with every possible facilities in it. It is located in the upscale areas of Colombo closer to Galle road & hence quite expensive! Buffet breakfast is wide spread with various options of Continental, Indian, Chinese & Srilankan delicacies. Don't forget to try out food prepared from Coconut, especially a dosa made out of Coconut milk which is a must try. Overall a good hotel for business stay.

The Hilton Colombo Residence is one top place to be, whether it's for busniess or pleasure. I've been hear couple of times, the parking is ample and has 3 levels of car park. I attend a meeting in level 3, the food served was really good, with a wide selection. Staff was really keen and helpful. I have to add Clean washrooms, This level has a gym and pool. This was lovely experience however when I attend a meeting in level 1 the service was not up to satisfaction, the good wasn't good due to limited range. Never the less the level might be of different pricing and varying level services but overall Recommended.

Which trick the client to fail any legal action. When things went wrong, it is impossible to contact himself or office staff. No one will response to any phone call or mail. Even after you just sign in check his mobile numbers, they only ringing. Himself or staff sign top of the profession appear in NOC, not top of the shortage list.

We organized several corporate events at their ballroom. The service of the banquet staff is good. They offered the best for us with all our requirements such as lighting sounds & support for hilarious group photographs. The food is fine, the whole day what offered us. The location is convenient for a function or a group event.

Flow has the best food along with the friendliest staff ever. Great hang out spot. Try it out.

Very disapointing. Booked room for an inetrview 2 weeks ago. On interview day hilton made us stay till they get a room for us. Till then 2 hours of use went off. Sham on such management.

We had an excellent stay here. The suite was spacious and very clean, with modern decor. The buffet style lunch was one of the best I have had, with an impressive range of cuisines to choose from.

Accommodation is decent enough though beware! there is construction in the building and you will be awakened every morning by a jackhammer and saw. This occurs 9am till 5pm six days a week. The manager basically blamed me for not knowing this was happening. Not cool.

Amazing view from the top floor. The rooms were large and very well managed. Location of the residences is ideal for families. Food is great which is served at their restaurant.

Had a pleasant stay at Hilton Colombo Residences in November 2015. Here is my feedback. PROS: — Excellent room (I stayed in a fully furnished 3 bedroom apartment here). — Very friendly staffs. — Amenities inside the room. — Excellent menu on the complimentary buffet breakfast (Sri Lankan, Oriental, Continental and Indian). — Lake view from the room. CONS: — You get free Wi-Fi for only one device per room. — Wi-Fi coverage inside the room is not good. The connection is faster only at some areas within the room. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a comfort and luxury.

Stay at the Hilton Colombo instead! Do not stay at this hotel if you plan to use the internet. It does not work, no matter how much money you pay. We even had 2 guys from their IT department come by to fix it, and it still did not work. Also beware that not all rooms are apartment-style. When we first booked, we selected a king room at the same price as a 3-br apartment (we were just 2 people, why would we need 3 bedrooms? We also figured all rooms were apartment-style since that's what they were advertising at the Residences). Well, it was a very nice room (newly redone 28th floor) but it wasn't an apartment, so we asked to switch. The front desk said they would check on it and let us know. 24 hours later my wife called down and asked about the status, and they said 1 more hour. This was the point when we also learned that there was some serious construction noise nearby that made it unbearable to be in the room. It then took them 3 hours from that point to give us a new room, and that room was a very dated smoking room. It had a nice apartment layout, but the smell was unbearable. Felt like they weren't taking us seriously, or that their offering just wasn't very good. After 3 nights we checked out (2 weeks early) ; they told us they would "make it right" but after getting the run-around for 2 days we'd had enough. On the plus side, the breakfast was absolutely amazing and the wait staff there was phenomenal.
