We have been a week and overall very well. Balanced price quality.
Clean rooms spacious balconies, good location.
The negative note for the receptionist who put us stuck for raising 2 danons and a pear to a guest who could not come down because he was indisposed.

I arrive at Hotel Rambla in Benidorm, where I have booked a double room that I will share with a friend who will arrive later and meet a double bed. I go down to say it and they tell me that doubles are like that here. We have eaten without refrigerated air and at the reception a single person with the arrival of two groups. The drink was included in the trip but as in my case it is water, from the jug or I pay for it. I'm not repeating.

This is a Spanish occupancy hotel, so if you are expecting British people forget it. The pool is pathetic and probably one of the worst in Benidorm. We were supposed to have a front balcony room and ended with a rear with the smallest of balconies with a low screen 4 floors up a bit scary. Bit like Fawlty Towers with the owner turning TV off 2mins before end of Spain World cup game. Entertainment was all In Spanish bar staff was awful, like they didn't want to be there. Too many times was pushed or jostled in the cafeteria, just plain rude. So for 3 star just about tolerable but not looked after.
