Lovely hotel. Staff very friendly and efficient. Good night's sleep and very quiet. Due to Covid no facilities for coffee and tea in the room, no bar or restaurant open therefore gasping for a drink in the room or just water, no mini bar in the room either, you have to ask for the drinks at reception!. Bars and restaurants closed at 5pm and therefore you have to get take aways delivered or eat just before the 5pm deadline.

Lovely room and good location but shame no effort made for a birthday when specified on booking.

Very close to Plaza de Toros, the hotel has rooms are very spacious, immaculately clean and furnished with taste. Fridge-bar in the room stocked, bathroom bright and very large. The staff was very friendly. Recommended!

OK location but €300 for two small beds one next to the other when online it said king size bed. Terrible. Room is small and hotel is clearly overpriced at this point.

Great location in the city centre with helpful staff and good modern facilities. A doddle to get from the Airport on the metro and ideal for a city weekend break. Close to the train station too, which is worth a visit to look at the stunning tiles — see them before heading out to the Arts and Sciences to make sense of the architectural references. Easy to travel around on the local buses as the main square close by is where most start and finish.

Lovely and cozy hotel, friendly staff. I have appreciated the room interior. Negative was uncomfortable beds and a broken shower.

The lobby and our hotel room are very beautiful. The hotel is located on a beautiful and lively side street. It's close to the metro. The front desk has been extremely helpful with confirming our shuttle reservation and giving recommendations.

I stayed for work at this lovely Hotel located in the heart of Valencia.
We were fortunate to be able to stay in the Junior Suite with spectacular views.
The attention is unbeatable as well as the cleanliness and those little details that make the stay really comfortable.
Definitely a very discreet hotel and a wise choice to enjoy at 100%.

The location of the hotel is excellent. In the heart of Valencia. From your location you can go to any of the important places in the city.
Not a very large hotel but very cuckoo. The reception are very friendly, and they always have a smile.
The breakfast buffet is not bad but I have really been to better at 4 star hotels.
The best of the breakfast buffet is your NESPRESSO coffee. It is truly amazing to be able to find those types of best coffees in breakfasts, and even more so if the coffee they have is the best brand of coffee for my taste.

As upgrades, it could be the loading and unloading of the hotel, and especially the lack of a gym.
A hotel of its characteristics cannot afford not to have one in its facilities.
Each time it is more demanded by the clients, and it is a positive point when choosing hotels.
I really do not give you the 4 stars you really deserve.
Regarding the cleanliness was usually fine. The only thing is that the décor is a bit dark and you could get even with classic touches like the hotel style.
As a negative fact, I left a laptop charger plugged into the room, and the next day when I called, I was informed that they would look for it and deliver it to me.
When they called me the next day, they told me they hadn't found it. Someone from the hotel staff kept it and didn't deliver it.

It is such a nice hotel that it is sad to leave it! My use has been professional for convention, we have used the room and has all kinds of details, the buffet of the break you prepare it right there. I loved it!

The location is great for visiting the sights. Breakfast is good, fresh juices. The rooms are clean and the hotel itself is clean. The beds in our rooms single twin were not comfortable. I do not know can eat in Dr. The rooms are double beds. Parking at the bottom of the building. There are no sockets at the bed (only for lamp). The price is expensive of course, compared to other hotels. The picture in the selection of course affects…

One of my favorite hotels. It has a perfect location, as it is very close to the RENFE train station and the city Hall Square. The rooms are very spacious. The bed is very comfortable. The bathroom has all kinds of toiletries. Breakfast deserves a special mention. It's spectacular. All quality products. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Very good alternative to stay in a central location, comfortable, good price, with all the necessary services to enjoy a stay in Valencia.

What this hotel has going for it is location. Hotel is over priced for what you receive, hallways are very dark and dirty. The rooms are bellow average and in. Need of repair. The room I was in the. Floor was separating and I kept tripping in it. The lounge staff and front desk staff not much help.

Truly a great hotel. In the center of the town, nice large rooms, nicely decorated and very clean! Breakfast was included during our stay and offered many different products. Also the staff speaks good English and kindly helps you with whatever you need during your stay. Only downside we experienced was some noise from the street during the night and the fact that the room was overheated. The airco solved this last problem quickly. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

4 star Hotel of the Vinccy chain in the centre of Valencia a few steps from the railway station, from the Metrapolitana stop connected directly with the airport, in a pedestrian street, but with own garage. It is located near the Plaza del Ayuntamiento and the Plaza de Toros. To the best shops and restaurants in Valencia. A very good choice for those who want to know the city of Fallas.

Good Maguire really from 1 star although I complained they tell me that the whole hotel is so.

Vincci Lys Valencia surpassed our expectations. Once we located the hotel, our vacation immediately became relaxing. The hotel is an easy walk from the Metro station for quick and efficient access to the airport or other parts of town. The hotel is located in a bustling part of downtown but the room was quiet and we were undisturbed by any outside noise. The location served as a easy way to explore the heart of Valencia and we could pit stop back at the hotel between outings at a whim. The location ensured that good restaurants, shopping or activities were just a few steps out the door at any time. The staff was authentically friendly and spoke excellent English. The room was pleasantly sized and we had no issues of hearing our neighbors through walls. The breakfast was not complimentary but was delicious and a good value based on the quality of the food. The Wi-Fi was free and worked in the room, unlike some other hotels we visited on the trip. Of the four hotels we stayed at during our vacation, the Hotel Vincci Lys Valencia was our clear favorite. I would recommend the hotel to anyone and will definitely stay there again on any occasion I get to return to Valencia.

Okay to €79 q rate we paid. The people are friendly and the rooms are clean and large for a 4 *. Very good location with parking to 23€ / day.

Nice hotel in a great location, near the Estació Nord station. Rooms are lovely, would have awarded 5 stars if it hadn't been for the expensive Wi-Fi (15 eur per day) and similarly expensive breakfast. There is a cafe just around the corner with free Wi-Fi.

Okay hotel, though can be noisy.
